Another ticker I was in went PC but TD wouldn't let them buy until next day at noon. Has anyone heard if TDA is allowed to buy tomorrow?
I have to say, this is different than I usually experience in the OTC. I've had numerous buy orders rejected in the past few days and mostly small blocks have been bought. This does feel like a clean trading ticker....almost like, um...an investment!
I thought that premarket order in the 3's was a head fake. Maybe that means something good is on the horizon?
Well, they didn't have to mention it at all, but they have been very open and forthcoming. That's refreshing.
I'm actually impressed by how controlled the spread is here. I dunno if it's caused by the new SEC rules or not. but not the usual casino.
Ha! Y3s, unfortunately. No reason to even average down when 1's are likely in a coupla weeks.
I agree. I thought it was a shitty article too. Way too many shares on both the bid and the ask to think dilution is finished.
Hmm...so "exploring merger candidates."
Sounds like nothing solid as of yet. This could be a while still.
The change happened around 1am this morning. I suspect the price action to not be parabolic.
This is going to be an anti-climactic day I think.
I see 5's on the ask. Will it happen today? Will 5's print?
Smells fishy in here. I might catfish today.
Went against my instincts yesterday. Shoulda waited to buy. Oh well. The bag swells.
Although I think that 10,000 sh early pre-market buy at .0031 is an MM scare tactic....and may just work.
does anyone know if TD is allowed to buy this now? Was it a matter of shell designation or not being PC?
buy when everyone's crying..." or so the saying goes...
haha...all ready red on it, but I hope you're right.
'Tis true. I keep thinking it's going to crash but seems to bouy well.
Well, not sure if I'm a believer, but I did put in a buy order just now.
I've only needed a tick or two get out of this thing for months now...friggin' hilarious.
Honestly, I've thought about averaging down here. I could triple my shares cause I bought in way too high, but then why buy today when I don't see any reason this couldn't fall into 3's in the next few days?
Ah. Good luck buddy.
What makes you say that?
Volume is slowing. Looks like those who CAN buy are becoming satiated. The longer it takes for PC the less volume we'll see IMO.
Doesn't look good for getting my .001 today, but it may tomorrow... IF I'm still interested...
Methinks this is a move to continue, or finish (hopefully) dilution.
Wait a sec! Fill my 1's first, Please!
Did some 5's really sell yesterday?
The issue though is, did someone from OTC Markets just make a mistake because of the NAME? It also said "expert market" NOT Pink Limited.
*Amended: I just googled Newtech Capital. They are all ready on the OTC as NWTT, listed as "expert market" AND with the security details that I saw (sorry it was a glance so not exact, similar to ETEK)
I'm now prone to think it was a blip of a mistake from OTC Markets because of the name and was quickly corrected....although NWTT is up 42.9% today. From the message board it looks like it is going through the process of being re-instated.
True.
Pittbrain posted the link to a company with the same name I saw. I also googled the company name and found the same site.
I dunno if it's the same company...based in Barcelona.
I tried to email the company at the e-mail given, but it came back as "blocked."
OTC Markets now back to Pink Limited. I think someone f'ed up. Posted it and took it down.
I hope so!

Same security details.
It literally turned while I was looking at OTC Markets ETEK
If that's your feeling maybe you should jump ship. This ticker was at these levels about a year ago then 6 months later it ran to .01. It's true that the AS has increased significantly since then, but so has the potential IMO.
I like the analogy to frogger and I agree. Time put in reduces the risk of going "splat."
Well this board's gotten ugly. That's never a good sign. It makes me expect a healthy drop in pps, but I'll be looking for bottom to add...because I don't believe the company's goal is to go out of business and because MOST tickers in the OTC have a healthy spike, or run, over the course of a year.
Yes, there is the fear of a RS at some point with the new AS. I am concerned about that.
Also, I take issue with the idea that the OTC is just gambling. If you're just guessing, then yes, but it's not just roulette, letting the ball bounce and hope that it falls on red or black. There is an acquired knowledge and/or skill to be applied and there are some fairly educated voices on this board.

I have a similar attitude. I added on Thursday and now think it may have been a bit premature. If trips come into play again, I'll add again.
I just don't believe all of this is only to fleece investors. Yes, they are going to make themselves rich and, I believe, through the common stock. Best to have of a bunch of my own IMO.
Hmmm....well... $5-$50 million dollar acquisition, as stated in that former PR.
Thanks for responding. I'm uncertain as well and I definitely understand bad OTC experiences.
