I wouldn't touch this junk with your money... Investors... o.k. you have the same data everyone else has. Wait until they miss their filing date again and there's another cease trade order. Crap data and crap company
A whole 34 trades on this pile today. Boy, you'd think there was a huge demand for this junk by reading these comments
Play short? Are you kidding? Yeah, I'm chasing down a huge gain on the short side. lol. I'm dying to capture .0012/share. Fool
This stock and company are pure junk. good luck holding on.
I can't believe there are still pumpers for this pile of garbage... The chart has continuously gone from the top left to the bottom right and yet people still have hope.
No greenhouse. There isn't even the slightest sign of progress on the site. It looks like a forgotten, run down piece of land with some piles of dirt on it. No pad ready site, no road improvements, nothing. What kind of B.S. will we read in the next 10Q?
Are you out of your mind? This is garbage
Well, it’s July 2nd. Who’s beating down ACAN’s door to build a greenhouse because of the massive cannabis shortage? Good thing they got themselves perfectly positioned to take over the billion dollar Massachusetts market...
Diluting every quarter for the last year...
Glad to see some logical thought instead of pure hopeful thought. I agree, there’s a lot of shares to be dumped up here. All the growth was paid for in stock and now its time to pay up...
Giving out warrants for shares at half the price suckers paid. Sounds like another player in this space with ties to Mass
Cut the crap. ACAN doesn’t have their entire project all designed and approved nor the funding to even build a small portion of this project. ACAN missed the boat by spending all their time and resources on a little dispensary. There will be hundreds of thousand of square feet built and in production before ACAN digs their first hole.

$1.8 Billion industry and ACAN can't get any funding.
Big deal. Is C3RN going to be a significant revenue source? Enough to fund a giant greenhouse that nobody will lease? Do CEO presentations make big money???
That's what I thought. I'll pass and buy a real player in the MJ industry.
Wow, really? You don’t say.... those analogies are directly related to the cannabis industry. A trade war with China though? Seriously? Friday was the biggest volume day and most trades ever on this stock. To the downside... that’s not China. I’d believe it’s because nobody will be selling recreational cannabis in Massachusetts on July 1 before I believe it’s china. I’m believing it’s more like manipulation
So I’m supposed to believe a trade war with China has something to do with the heavy dumping of MRMD? I doubt that
The 10k doesn’t lie. Lots of debt, no profits
This stock was dumped heavily all afternoon. Probably by people smarter than me. The volume was huge and the momentum was fast. WTF... Is this another scam? They’ve yet to turn a profit.
A pile of dirt they push around every couple months so they can claim they have phase 1 under construction. Under construction couldn’t be farther from the truth. I don’t trust the CEO. He’s been slinging B.S. for a couple years already.
Yep. I feel your pain. Just another overpriced, over hyped cannabis stock.
Unless the federal ban is lifted, no major drug company is buying a cannabis company. There’s a lot of federal funding (via tax breaks, etc.) that drug companies depend on. I suppose it could happen in the future but that seems ions away as we speak today
I'd be much more relaxed if I bought it when I started watching it. I can't deny this company just keeps picking up more momentum and they actually have revenue (unlike others) but, that valuation.... It's just so rich. I'll hang on to see if there's follow through after the big July 1 date.
Yes, I’m very happy to be aboard but, I need to be talked off the ledge. I feel like I’m sitting in the nose bleed seats with this valuation. I’m not familiar enough with them to be comfortable.
Is ACAN really even competition? They've literally done nothing and have zero revenue until Bask starts to pay them back. Even the Bask payments will be peanuts. I just don't see them doing anything unless they get some dummy to give them a ton of money on cheap terms.
Well, better late than never. I hope to not get bit in the a$$ getting into this
You make a good point. It is going up but, it's still a cannabis stock and they typically reverse just as quickly. I'm not sure this company is really an investment at this point as I need to do more due diligence. I'll take a good trade though. I'm hoping there is some profit taking to come to shed some of that massive run up. Or I could miss the train completely. It's a dilemma...
You can keep buying all the way up but, there's no gain until it's "realized".
It's on my radar now, that's for sure. Hope I can get some on a down day
I hate that I missed out on this.
Agreed. Especially recreational. The medical people will continue to pay (the bargain price of) $350/Oz... LOL.
I see what you’re saying. $50-$100K per month is a big nut to carry before a grower can start to turn a profit. That’s assuming the utilities are included in the lease. Nobody will pay the prices they will need to charge for their product. An ounce would be like $600 with all that overhead cost.
When you own a 100k SF greenhouse, you’re now a building manager instead a cannabis grower. Not all growers know how to operate and maintain a building and may not want to own to building for numerous reasons. There’s a lot less risk and up front money required for a leasing grower vs one who buys 100k SF. I’m just considering both sides of the argument. Either way, it could be competition for ACAN.
Doesn't the 100K limit apply to the cultivator and his license, not the landlord/building owner? ACAN (or others) could be the landlords of mixed use greenhouses. They could lease to lettuce or tomato growers just as well as cannabis growers. I'm not sure you need any type of cannabis license to build a 3 million SF greenhouse
My guess is the ones with the $1.50 shares are dumping hard while the price is still inflated. The tail is wagging the dog on this one.
There are so many warrants for cheap shares. Why would anyone pay 3-4 times what the CEO's buddies pay for shares. $85 million valuation for a company with no way to generate revenue? How do they build with no funds? By the time this is built, cannabis will sell too cheap to pay the bills
How is it good for ACAN? There’s no building for Badk even if Bask could afford to lease it. Don’t forget, ACAN has no other partners. Just little ole Bask.
Only problem is ACAN hasn’t developed anything, ever and also has no cash to build even 30k SF. They appear to be relying on Bask Inc to generate funds instead of the other way around as it should be. All the focus for ACAN’s CEO had been pumping up Bask. They haven’t put anything into MMCC.
I see an opportunity that I thought I missed. I'd like to see this shed a few more cents before I pick it up though
There’s a big sale on MRMD shares going on. At least they have the ability to make money.
Yes, it seems rather clear that ACAN is funneling money to the pet project that is Bask Inc. They'll get their dispensaries/retail shops without ever building the much anticipated greenhouse. I already see complaints about Bask's cannabis prices and they haven't been open long. It's going to be a long time before Bask is able to pay ACAN back.
