Sony was using VKNG's technology to showcase their new Sony 3DHD flat panel display, VKNG was using sony's flat panel to showcase their new "Next Generation" 3DHD camera system.

Thats it, There is NO other connection.

I cant remember a time where this kind of opportunity has come along, A 5 to 10 bagger is not out of the question from here IMO.

Interesting comments (full paragraph and link below) regarding the prototype delivered in Q4 to a "robotic surgical company" (almost certainly ISRG) in the recently filed VKNG 10k.

"It is the parties’ (ISRG)stated intentions that this development agreement will lead to a multi-year supply agreement whereby we manufacture and supply products to the other party."

In my mind these much more pointed comments significantly increase the likelihood that they will get some ongoing business out of this. Now the question is, if they get that contract how big will it be and when will it start? It is my belief that this is related to the integration of florescent imaging that ISRG has announced they plan to integrate into their current 3DHD Vision System. This is a technology which they have licensed from a company called Novadaq and which is expected to be launched some time later this year. One big unknown is whether ISRG will offer this as an option or whether they will make it a standard part of their daVinci surgical system. The first scenario would result in lower volumes and slower adoption where as the second scenario would result in several hundred units per year very quickly. In either case the contract is likely to be awarded fairly soon if the product is due to launch later this year. It is unclear how much detail we would get when and if such an announcement is made.

Our “Next Gen” system does not include the headset. The headset will be replaced with a flat panel monitor/display that utilizes passive eyewear for viewing in 3D. Additionally, safety regulations require surgeons to wear protective eyewear so the surgeon is not being asked to do/wear anything they are not already wearing.



We will still offer the headsets in certain markets or instances as there is a customer base that enjoys benefits of that product.


I wonder if they could Retro Fit the old headset and add the flat panel monitor/display that utilizes passive eyewear, Could that be done ??????

Blatent Manipulation Is The Only Way To Describe

What's going on with VKNG.

I have been trading stocks for more years then I care to remember, I make over 1200 trades a year and I have Never seen The In Your Face Manipulation that is going on here.

And believe me I've had some real junk and great stocks that have been Manipulated in my day, But nothing so Blatent

The only thing that keeps me in my chair is the fact that I am able to buy at these levels.

D. Whereas, VIKING desires to obtain from ISI and ISI wishes to grant back to VIKING a nonexclusive license under the Licensed Patents and Applications for certain products in the Medical Robotics Field;

As for a buyout price, IMO that would be so far out , I wouldn't even venture a guess.

IMO This is just the start for the NEW VKNG

As for a buyout or takeover, Its not gonna happen, The insiders wont let it happen, There is just to much to gain by selling any time soon,They have their poison pill, They own too many shares.

I think VKNG Is gonna go about this a little Diff. then they have in the past.

I think they will be selling their Product and Licence their technology for a steady stream of fees, To the likes of Sony and Intuitive Surgical, Also I do believe that the U.S.Army contract will be expanded to most all Hosp's and war zones.
They may do this on a fee based system or buy them outright, But to be sure the Army will expand on what they already have.

This will not happen over night, But IMO it will happen.
