Has anyone checked the Walmart stores announced in the pr for our products? (Texas?) Are they still being carried or were they too expensive? Did Walmart re-order or expand its "trial placement"?
If it dont sell, then out it went.
Cant find much on other brands at all....does Bainbridge still exist? The only article I can find is about how Bainbridge was failing, having only one major buyer, and then that buyer stopped buying...
Maybe things are not so rosy as the pr's made them out to be. Just plain silly to hold back GOOD news, but the silence from the company makes sense if they are in trouble?

If FF5 deal is real, absolutely no way you will pry any of my shares from me below a penny. With a million shares every penny is worth ten grand, and at two cents I will own my own GTM kit.
The projected GTM sales will fetch .002 earnings per share annually which aint too shabby from these levels. Also, give a thought to Penske....with the GTM just a few short weeks/months away from completion would Peter not want to shore up and solidify distributers for GTM?
Maybe the Penske Ridgeline trip Peter just finished served two purposes...Penske also puts out high performance racing parts and does a little manufacturing I believe. Could Penske carry both the Revenge Ridgeline AND GTM?

maronti: Dave Borden (the Black GTM)is headed over to FF5 today. Spent some time on the forums there yesterday and ruffled some feathers.
Does RVGD have a relationship with FF5 or is the GTM thing a scam? Guess we will find out soon enough. Dave Borden said he was gonna ask about our production GTM and forward partnership with FF5 (does it exist).
If its all crap, Dave wont hesitate to say so. If he doesnt say so, I'll take it as a go. For a large part, the forums there are made up of vendors who build cars for a living, or supply parts, make parts, and many owner/builders.
I really dont give a crap about GTO and Solstices, or even the Ridgelines. If RVGD does nothing but produce the GTM we will do okay. The aftermarket builds are just gravy, but right now perhaps they are paying the bills or at least I hope so.
Anyhow, I lit a fire on the FF5 forum and should make for some interesting reading there over the next little while.
For those that dont think the GTM will be a hit go to the FF5 forums and choose this thread to read: "Whats the coolest thing that happened while driving your GTM?" JMHO but I think the GTM will grab the automotive world by the short ones.
Peter Collorafi just might be the best thing for the GTM and probs it currently has. A car designer is what he is and does, not run corporations.

NO. 1 for 500 split!!NO. Why?? Just went through that with Perihelion or now prgl. AS went from 600M to 2B and then 5B about a month and a half later. Then the dreaded RS 1-530.
PPS went to .05 of course (from .0001 - no bid), no one is buying, stock is dead, prgl doomed, investors (me included) make sure NO ONE buys stock. The CEO performed outright theft, and the filings are there to prove it, along with a couple hundred screaming investors...
prgl stock now stuck at .015 and no buyers, dont matter AS is only 100M or the float just 10M. The stock is dead and pained investors making sure of it. We have stopped the cash flow to the company and they are in trouble.
We have not even heard yet WHY the AS increase. It could turn out to be in our benefit, however unlikely in pinkyland. AS increase not unusual for JVs or mergers....
WSM - put a few pennies together the other day and although I had planned on doubling down at .0008 I could not justify the purchase to myself.
The only encouraging thing to me about the whole situation is that the AS has not increased and should be too low for an RS.

BDRR - is this a recurring cash cow? now at .003 with good news could be a penny plus. Recently pissed off investors by some dilution,(still very small float)but is generating an steady and ever increasing cash flow that has been reported earning three times current pps per share. Company should be able to continue acquisitions from petty cash soon LOL LOL!

Limited downside at this level,upside is soon to begin production of the Revenge GTM Supercar in partnership with Factory Five Racing. Currently awaiting news with real "meat".
Partnership details with FF5 unknown and exists mostly with speculation and one vague pr announcement. GTM will slay most Ferrari's, Porche's,Vette's, Vipers etc. It is expected a re-announcement of an 80M contract will surface, with FF5 sign-off on production prototypes.Other contract announcements may include Honda (Ridgeline) and Pontiac (GTO,Solstice, and G8?).
The increase in AS has limited upside somewhat and I have a initial target price of .004 or ten bagger within 120 days.
SSTP/USSE are poised for multi-bagger over next few months starting with production and sale of product in under 90 days.
This could be a HUGE one in another year with coming developments on an international stage with billions of $$$ involved.
BLLB, friend or foe???? Although the charts show this one to have potential and dd shows well for this years sales, the companys performance in releasing news has punished this one and may not be done. Company silence has forced many many an investor to dump N run. AS at a billion shares and last count available for float about 750M. Not much available in current dd, but from last financial reports and pr's, Pen thinks annual sales might be between 2m - 2.5M and as high as 3M in sales.
"COULD" be a very nice run if news is ever released, and is good. Want at least a penny from this one, maybe two. Bllb operates as a food specialty business, and owns five product lines with over 220 products being distributed and sold. As far as I know, no further dilution planned or RS. Company has stated that they are "making money".
Order in for 515,000 shares @.0003 if someone wants to fill it.
This is my last doubling of shares, and good luck to those waiting for .0002 I just dont have the patience, think .0003 a decent buy.

One can see from the pics that we have completed at least one silver Ridgline, a maroon one, two solstices, three GTOs
which although not great, proved to both Pontiac and Honda that Revenge can indeed not only do the work, but put out a very high quality product.
It is my understanding also that car owners bring their vehicle(s) in for custom work.

When AS goes from 100M AS to 500M or 1B AS, you will be singing the same tune as us. That is of course unless the plant is shut down as a occupational safety hazard, the SEC steps in, and our missing original biodiesel plant is found.
Producing one batch of ASTM certified fuel with brand new vegatable oil should not be hard for anyone to do in their garage. The question is can Beebe do it with real world USED cooking oil or rotting animal or poulty fats?
Using animal fats would require cooking up another batch of biofuel and having that tested.
BB and company is in trouble, and since he took over 90% of my money, has his eye on the remaining ten percent,we will all remain "negs", and if within our power to shut him down by legal means we will. An eye for an eye and all that.
Can you say that BB is forthright and honest with his shareholders?
Can you say that Perihelion or Paragon is poised for success?
Can you say for certainty that we have an operational biodiesel plant?
Can you say that the feedstock used to receive ASTM cert. is the one we are going to use and can be bought and processed profitably?
Can you say the radio station is not shut down by FCC and company not fined?
CAn you say that the "goldmine" is operational and will produce this year? Or that BB has the money to make it happen this year or even next year?

Like I said, if Revenge can sell the GTM's starting at 60-70 G's, it makes no sense to try and build one in the garage by yourself.....
Personally I dont believe our GTM dealers will be able to keep them in stock, and a waiting list will probly be the norm....our first ones will be going to the showroom floors.
Three to six or seven months I can wait. Is Revenge a scam? IF you ask yourself this, then you must also have to ask yourself if Factory Five is a scam, because we seem to be joined at the hip for the all new 2009 Factory built GTM.
In my books thats worth another billion reasons/shares to invest in Revenge.

flgtrnkng: spend some time of the FF5 site, specifically the forums. Out of the over 200 kits that have been sold, only one has shown up for re-sale, and build to order finished GTM's start at 130G's reflecting he huge amount of labour put into it. There are a few fellows (shops) who do build and they take months....
The Factory Five forum will show my build hours to be from people who have built one including Dave Borden. The significance of the FactoryFive/Revenge GTM and pricing is such that it would make absolutely no sense to build one yourself unless it was going to be a labour of love. It would still cost the average home builder around 50 - 60 G's anyway, and be built with used parts.
Why not buy one comes factory assembled and with a warranty for about the same money or a little more?
Corvairkid: Thats excellent news! From all accounts the build time on a GTM runs 1500-2000 hours. If they can shave an hour here and an hour there, we can put out more GTM's production wise with a decreased cost. Getting the build down to 1200 hours or less will be huge.
What I like about your post is that it infers a much closer working relationship and partnership with Factory Five than I had previously thought of. The issuance of the extra billion may actually be a GOOD thing!
Time will tell and Im not gonna get my hopes up to much, but I will be adding another small amount next week as my pocket book affords. Hopefully it will still be at .0004 but your call to Peter says my chances are good for doubling (or more)that over the next three to four months.
This will be the GTM's third improvement build, and no doubt Peter extensive experience will be helping to make this build the best yet.
Well, Im going to wrap my mind around an intial six month time frame to see the first GTM roll off our new assembly line. Considering that the finalized floor plan may not be completed yet having that mental six month time frame will help me ride the ups and downs between now and then.

Pending deals announced with intentions sometimes fall through, never to be heard of again. In our case pending might mean Peter has to perform or accomplish certain things first, including the new GTM assembly plant.
Seems to me Peter has only recently might have met certain conditions set by Honda or Penske, and orders being put in by dealers for both 2008 and perhaps 2009.
Now, seems to me a new Revenge shop photo shoot might answer a lot of questions and pose new speculation. There is a fella who post here (adiyoda?)could stop by Revenge and just do that over a lunch hour.

On AS increase...FYI part of the one billion AS increase will include a goodly portion of voting preferred for Peter C. so that he maintains majority control of company. From an earlier pr:
"The Company recently approved the conversion of one of its promissory notes. The total number of shares to be outstanding after conversion of all promissory notes and preferred will be approximately 977M shares. Currently there are 578,281,035 shares outstanding and 45,794,064 shares restricted. The Company also issued additional voting preferred to Mr. Collorafi to maintain majority control of the Company. To accommodate the increase the Company recently raised its authorized shares to 1.5B."

How much did prgl pay for it? I know those home brew kits start at about five grand. Three of them would be less than the price of a car.

OUr biodiesel plant manager could not follow the video instructions on how to make biodiesel? Youtube has several good ones.
Maybe we can expand by hiring these guys to make our biodiesel in their garages and TRIPLE our daily capacity.

mmag: GM crate motors will be used as far as I know. For electric vehicles, you can buy a complete Ferrari or Lambo kit car outfitted with electric motors that do 0 - 60 in three seconds. They are now considering a GTM kit car to "electrify".
Since the company plans on building a hybrid that will go coast to coast on a single tank of gas, and they really love the GTM, we may see that car in the near future.
Forget the name of the company, but should be too hard to find while googling. Came across it while researching GTM supercar - many pages.

Maybe the AS will stay the same now(biofuels). Unfortunately After reversing us almost out, our div shares for new companies will be zilch. We just lose certain operations?
If Beebs would leave our phgl div shares alone and now reverse them, MAYBE we can come out ahead. Beebs should be busy selling shares of communications and mining divisions.

There are any number of reasons for AS increase:
1)from pr of 1/29 - "I understand that news was released by one of our current shareholders that caused some panic among investors. The 240M shares will be issued under rule 144 and would be restricted for at least 6 months. I regret the loss anyone may have suffered by the news issued by Signature Leisure." "
Guess we needed some startup money on the "buy now pay later" plan. Diluted this represents 250,000,000 shares we have to have on hand for conversion when restriction lifts - this is old news.
2)May 20th we started with Equi-trend. Most of you are aware that Peter and Equi-trend was in "negotiation" for payment to Equi-trend for services. Equitrend told more than a few people here they like CASH, not stock.
None the less without a contract in place they fielded hundreds or thousands of calls over a period of time, running up a bill of ????. No mention of the bill or how it was paid. NOW, did Peter pay cash or stock, or agree to a combination of both. I suspect both. Could not have been cheap Im thinking.
3) Prototyping new parts and casting, design testing, and modifications, and once part passes tests and FF5 final approval, an inventory of every custom part must be had in order to fulfill potential contract(s).
4)Peter has announced the future hiring of qualified staff to assist him, promote the company and vehcicles, take some of the work load off him. This will require $$$$ and or stock.
5)Employee stock - many employers make stock available to employee's for a number of reasons. We will need qualified staff to build the cars and we must be able to keep them happy.
6) Debt. I cannot see how the company can manage not to accumulate debt with all that has been going on. If it is significant it will have to be reduced.
7) Marketing and market awareness - this costs money. If we have dipped into the new building fund this must be replaced.
8)Extension consultation to improve manufacturing facilities. Specialized consultants dont come cheap, new floor modifications or additional equipment can get real expensive real fast.
9) Lawyer fee's. Again not cheap.
10) Totally unexpected expense not previously budgeted
11) Someone wants in, and will take an equity position. This might FF5, participating dealers,private accredited investor.
12) IMHO and just a guess, the new GTM parts and inventory have eaten into the million bucks we are supposed to have in the bank. If Im wrong we still have a million or half mil in cash for the new building.

Cash on hand (for building)a half mil.
2.5B shares @ .0004 = $1M
Like to remind folks that while the AS had increased, Peter has said he has not diluted leaving us with the potential maxed AS of 1.5 B shares or OS of 1.5B shares
At current pps of .0004 that is only $600,000 market cap. It is possible that we have more than that in cash on hand, never mind the building, and inventory.
My two cents. BTW I again doubled my position yesterday, pitiful as it is. It has taken Peter many many years to gain the respect of automotive industry and gain a good rep. Im hoping Peter still values that and dont screw us over. He has done this by building and selling cars and services.
Other: got a nice part of my portfolio wiped out by some REAL DILUTION from someone in the biz of selling shares and companies just recently, so I am well aware of the risks here. For example of a nasty CEO and REAL dilution see prgl. OUCH.

Summers almost over and the "gold" mine will be under snow for another 8 months....
I am sure that any current investor at a loss like me would be willing to do almost anything to shut this company or Beebe down. Our money is already gone.

On dilution issue, seems to me the market has already factored in the AS increase? At current pps of .0003 the bottom is just one tick away or 50%.
The update and pr has shown that good news CAN move this up.
.0005 represents a 66% gain, and .0006 would be a double.
No reason why this couldnt hit .001 over the next month or so with more good news finding its way to the broader market.
Its been mentioned we will have a partnership with FF5 providing things go well and they sign off on the GTM promo vehicles. Whats not been mentioned is what is in it for FF5.
Could it be some shares? Could it be FF5 will have some ownership in Revenge?
It makes absolutely no sense to dump a billion shares into the market at these prices. Surely if this was Peters intent (to raise money) he might have the brains to pump up the pps first?
If intent was to dilute only, why just a billion shares - so specific a number. Why not at least double the AS to 3B.
It would totally amaze me if we DIDNT need more money as everything seems to cost way more than planned though. If we dont need mo money its still gotta come from some where, like maybe our new "partners".
The GTM OEM parts we are manufacturing are EXCLUSIVE to Revenge. Think about how Factory Five clients are gonna get their hands on our parts...especially since we will be offering a finished factory assembled vehicle with warranty for about what it would cost someone to build a kit car themselves with used parts and questionable resale value.
Peter says no dilution but raises AS? Assuming him to be correct and truthful, there can be but one other reason for the increase in AS. Me like.

Have this guy replace his kit car GTMS with Revenge GTM's. Let him sell off the ones he has and SELL him two new GTM's at cost.
That way we will more than double our exposure and promo vehicles for next to nothing and no ongoing costs. Our GTMS would be attending a very large number of tradeshows for years on end with FREE promotion.

OEM parts manufacturing - does everyone think that designing and prototyping comes free? How about OEM parts INVENTORY?
What about the IR firm we just let go? Do you think they did all the work for free? No. Did they work for shares - no.
Could we presently afford them? No.
The architech, does he work for free? The revisions free?
What about our future GTM dealers? The ones we are building and have built, as stated are for promotional purposes. Are they to be built with IMAGINARY EOM parts? The three GTMS alone probly cost almost a quarter mil.
Go to the FF5 site and take a look at the parts list for stuff you have to buy in addition to the kit. Read up on HOW MANY HOURS GOES INTO A GTM BUILD. - We are building THREE of them. Try 1500 - 2000 man hours apiece. Do the mechanics, technicians all work for free?
Think its unreasonable for potential dealers to want a GTM for their showroom(s)? Maybe even want one to have in stock?
Think we might need parts in stock and to buy and build the GTMS that go to the dealers?.
Things cost money folks....sad but true. And yes, new additional staff will be needed once we go into full production. Seems Honda dealers have given the go-ahead.
Other: hey 2008 is half way done. Peter has proved to Pontiac and Honda that he is up to the task now the work must be done to get the 2009 Ridgeline happening and the 2009 G8.
The new pr...did no one catch that we may have a NEW client and another Revenge vehicle to do, and that Peter is hiring someone to help him? Or that we are only now ready for a MARKET AWARENESS campaign?
The company is only eight months old and a start up at that with a green CEO. Many people on this board act like its their first stock investment and dont know what pinkies are about or common mistakes of green CEO's.
The GTM is a kit car an everyday fella can build if he has about 50 G's, all the proper skills tools and workshop and most of all time - about 1500 - 2000 hours worth. What you end up with is a kit car with used parts and no warranty or guarentee.
What we are doing and what we will be offering is a whole lot different, and for a comparable price to a do-it yourself kit with questionable workmanship and resale value.
The parts on our machines WILL NOT be available anywhere else with all new parts custom designed and tested for optimal performance.
The "base"REVENGE GTM can be had for 60 - 80 G's. So regarding the GTM kit car and finished costs, does it not make more sense to buy the Revenge GTM? Especially since it will most likely come with a new car warranty?

Just watched a video of worlds fastest production car (twin turbo Viper)in the standing mile at 232mph.
I hope one of our promotion GTMS is a twin turbo (or LPE turbocharged) to beat that, driven by Car and Driver or hot rod magazine editor!

FF5 has been working on and testing NEW PARTS for the GTM, not vette knock offs including specialized suspension. GTM has improved over the years and Im betting the Revenge GTM will be the ultimate.
Would make sense for Revenge and Factory 5 to have their own race car would it not?
Would not be surprised to see a GTM twin turbo or LPE supercharged model out wowing magazine editors.
Looking forward to a "Supercar Shootout" with the GTM taking top honours.

Good for you zgoldy! if AS was maxed at 1.5B @ .0003 that gives us a market cap of 450G's.
I believe there was three GTMS we were building in the last set of pics with a (completed) retail value of say 100G's a piece. Plus we have the others vehicles and our demo models.
Who needs distributers for the GTM anyway? If we sold nothing else but GTM's, we could still do 12 to 24 units a year with at least a half mil profit. Why not kick the GTO's, Solstices and Ridgeline to the curb and work on GTM's only?
From here, if in another six months to a year we are netting a half million, it sure makes todays pps a good deal. At any one time we probly have close to a half million in inventory and then there is the value of the building and land.
Yep, makes no sense at all to buy a couple hundred bucks worth does it? LOL.

As in the previous press release the excitement surrounding the Honda Ridgeline is outstanding. Every Dealership who has seen the vehicle either in person or via the website is extremely enthusiastic with the overall look of the vehicle and in these times of skyrocketing fuel prices this vehicle now offers great miles to the gallon and is a fantastic looking sports truck. Market awareness must be pursued diligently.
Most Honda Dealerships are expecting their 2009 Ridgelines shortly. Here at Revenge we are gearing up for a very busy period. The next phase of marketing will be concentrating on Ohio to New York; dealer excitement is sure to continue.
The GTM project is moving forward; the design and manufacture of new parts that will be exclusively used by Revenge Designs is a great step forward to producing a finely tuned sports car.
Regarding the expansion plans we have changed the existing floor plan for the new facility. With a lot of consultation the new changes will make assembly run much smoother. That said, the expansion plans are secondary to finalizing the build of the GTM and market awareness and advertising of the company.
We are currently interviewing executives for the sole purpose of pushing forward the Revenge Designs name and quality of work to the masses.
We are also working on new designs for future vehicles that can only move the company forward.

Also found two sites for electric vehicles, one offering an all electric gtm and one a hybrid.
When Peter gets it together and offers the new Pontiac Revenge G8 and 2009 Ridgeline as well we should rock. Seems only right that Penske Honda dealers across the US and Canada offer the Penske Ridgeline.
Even if delays costs six months time, the wait should be worth it. Just because there have been a number of delays does not mean we wont be successful.
We should be offering the Revenge Corvette IMHO.

All this "skulking in the bushes" type of behavior will get you is information like " I have a friend who knows a friend who knows a friend".
If you really want information, go to the employee parking lot with a fistfull of bills and pay for it. According to pinksheet info. they pay their employee's next to nothing.
The local watering hole (bar) and bartender is another place you can find info. In every company there is always one or two malcontents who will run their mouth to anyone who will listen. Remember that we have two warehousing/shipping locations, the old AND the new.
Last but not least go into the building and talk to management, get a tour of facility, ask questions. I'd kind of like to get away from the lynch mob mentality thats starting to form the flavor for this board.

"A couple of months" is the time frame I provided to Edmunds.com letting them know of the Revenge GTM, and also promoted the Revenge GTO and Ridgelines, providing links to pics.
The fellow that replied passed the info. on to the editor.
Every week I'll send something to a new forum, magazine etc. that will help drive people to the site and company. We will either get some good coverage or exposure for the company, or have the truth (news)come to us one way or another.
