When was the last time Hemp was subpenny?
Correct
Better catalyst for Hemp Inc:
CA Marijuana legalization or Federal Hemp legalization??
I guess they let it run during Ca legalization. One can only guess how much they will let it run with this one.
Signatures to put Medical Marijuana on the Utah ballot are due in 2 weeks. It appears they should have enough to make it.
Some of you might find this unrelated, but any and all marijuana measures help for the run leading up to the November elections.
300% gain during Ca marijuana legalization.
3000% gain during legalization of Hemp for research purposes.
Time will tell what the gain will be from a nation wide Hemp legalization bill.
It’s held twice. Holding 3 times is tough. Holding 4 times is highly unlikely.
Looks like that .035 threshold is coming down soon.
As has been the case in the past once dilution stops during catalysts, this stock runs. Just a matter of time before that diluting is over, and the begins of a run occurs.
because bills usually take a while to get passed it may take a while until the run begins.
Again, this easily could get taken down for a while. Similar to Canada announcing MJ legalization or back in 2013/2014 with the legalization of hemp for research purposes. But the likelihood of a pop in the near future is too great of an opportunity to pass up. Whether you buy now, or low .02s or even if this goes to high .01s for a while, you dont go from major hemp restrictions to national hemp legalization without a massive pps increase at some point.
Banks will no longer have to worry about repercussions while dealing with Hemp companies. This in turn helps slow down or eliminate dilution that has always plagued Marijuana or Hemp companies in the past.
Hemp companies will finally be allowed to deduct business expenses.
Couldn’t stop a run from CA marijuana legalization that went from .017 to .059. Now you want people to believe national Hemp legalization isn’t as big of a catalyst for Hemp Inc as CA MJ legalization lol. It’s an easy response every time.
Few Hemp stocks to purchase during the hemp legalization run. Only 8 that I know of.
We shall find out if the run starts this week. Might be 2 weeks from now or a month or even 2 months. Eventually this will take off.
Not sure where you’re trying to go with that question so I’ll answer in every way I can.
Up 15% last week.
Went from .017 to .0595 in December
And refer to the post “Sometime around April 12...”
Maybe you are trying to ask why didn’t HEMP go up 50% last week??
Great list. Unfortunately you haven’t quite grasped what moves Penny stocks. You still believe CA marijuana legalization was enough of a catalyst to end the dilution for a hemp company, but not national hemp legalization?? Or are you retiring that thought.
You seem to be running out of reasons to not buy this stock.
I’m sure the next one you will go with is the stop sign.
That stop sign was there in December, didn’t seem to matter.
I bought over 10 mil shares of another company back in October that also had a stop sign at .0016 and sold most of those shares in the .006s. Stop sign didn’t seem to matter then as well.
HEMP seemed to break through that dilution in December going from .017 to just under .06 and that was just from marijuana becoming legal in CA. So you think HEMP can break through dilution from a state MJ legalization but when it comes to national Hemp legalization you think that’s just not enough to break through the diluting lol
Sometime around April 12, 2017 Canada announced its plans to legalize marijuana. For almost 2 months after that announcement Canadien marijuana stocks fell. Then they took off.
In July of 2013 when the Agricultural Act of 2014 was introduced Hemp stock did not take off until December and climbed more than 3000%
Not saying HEMP will be on a downtrend for a while, but it is entirely possible. However at some point within the next 4 months (most likely closer to the voting on the bill) this and all other Hemp stocks will take off.
On the verge of Hemp legalization and some believe that’s bad news lol
Can’t trade on saturdays
Agricultural Act of 2014 - Hemp stock price from Dec 2013 - Feb 2014. That is your answer.
Asking them if the pps will go up is like asking a Dodger fan if the Giants will have a good year.
With marijuana, there are over 100 different companies you can invest in. With Hemp I can’t find more than 10. With Hemp legalization on the horizon, less options means more money for each company.
Regardless of what happens in the day to day trading (could be good or bad). The outlook could not be any better for Hemp companies
Look for a similar style of run to occur here like the one between December 2013 - February 2014.
Having the Senate Majority Leader introduce this bill helps out in a lot of ways. It almost certainly guarantees the passage of the bill. And more importantly, bills can take many months some times to work it’s way through Congress and be voted on. Having the Senate Majority Leader introduce the bill should allow for a much quicker vote.
As of today, hemp companies still face the same tax problems as marijuana companies. That all changes once Hemp becomes legal.

On July 10, 2013 the Agricultural Act of 2014 was introduced into the House. On January 19th, 2014 the House voted in favor of the bill. And on February 4, 2014 the Senate voted in favor of the bill. What did the Agricultural Act of 2014 do?? It finally legalized the growing and cultivating of industrial hemp for research purposes. What did HEMP stock do between that time frame?? Go check it out.
The marijuana and hemp industry has been plagued by banking issues. However once the bill gets passed, the 2 greatest hurdles of any hemp company go away. Those being restrictions and reluctancy of banks wanting to work with hemp related companies.
Not sure if it reaches the high of around .30 back in 2014 but I expect the similar type of run to occur.
With hemp legalization, we could see a run similar to the run in early 2014. Where there is an initial run followed by a pull back and then a spike shortly after.
I imagine since McConnell is introducing the Hemp bill that it should pass with no problems. Anyone have any idea on when they think the vote on the bill will occur if it’s introduced on Monday?
There hasn’t been a better chance to invest in hemp than now. I believe most can agree on that.
Before marijuana started becoming legal at the state level, I can’t think of any marijuana companies that were even remotely successful. But since legalizations, some have become successful and all have the potential to become profitable.
So why would anyone expect a hemp company to be successful when hemp was either federally illegal or had massive restrictions on it??
Who knows what will happen with the day to day pps, but the long term outlook looks as good as it ever could for this company.
HEMP Inc now has an actual chance to become a legitimate company.
We all know HEMP hasn’t had the best track record in the past, but then again how many hemp companies have thrived?? Very few.
This in turn means companies like this one are less likely to dilute, since they will finally have funding.
