Not even close. Say we were in the same position, teaching charting, analysis, and offering videos of basic charting to folks who are requesting analysis on a hot stock. Dont you think analyzing a hot stock that is at or close to its peak, because it is a hot stock with lots of requests by your paying members, that it will inevitably consolidate and come back down, or go green forever?!?! This isnt that hard to understand. People who buy in at 12 cents for instance, need someone to blame for their own mistake of buying on the run instead of waiting for the consolidation, what's easier than blaming the chart video guy who just posted. Make sense now? Can we focus on watching KGKG blast off now?
Haha, no worries there, been destroying stupidity a long time here. Pumped to see what the day brings. RSI is hot but on a breakout I understand that doeant really matter as long as buying pressure in volume remains. Q1 is due any day too, should be a good end of week or Monday is my theory.
I've helped explain this too many times to count. Clay even explains it on his site. He receives requests by his students who want a chart done on hot stocks they are interested in..... hmmmmmmm.... could it be that a hot stock may be at its peak when it has alot of requests for a charting video?!?!?!?! Use common sense. Stocks never go green forever, so usually by the time a vid shows up, its peaked or about to peak, before consolidation. NOT always, I've seen it go mega green after a vid too. Some tin foil hats believe there is a boiler room with Clay and his students coordinating massive shorts, its hysterical to picture.
Making a nice video about the technical analysis and that beautiful KGKG chart is definitely on topic, unlike your hate filled posts. Clay's vids are safe on this board.
Let the haters hate. Some of us have brains and know of the Clay myth and why. Keep up the good work on those charts. I recall the last time you made an appearance here, we shot up another 15%. Go KGKG!
Thanks Clay, always great analysis. Keep up the good work.
I miss the weekly volume counts on Fridays ;)
Once you get to a couple dozen outlets, like good accounts, it's nice to add I found. Got a guy handling a county west of me. Still dragging my feet on a 3rd guy, who will be our fulltimer, similar to Gold Leaf's model. Just need to white board it all out, like the finer details, and prioritize each with my partner, hopefully next week. It'll be nice to be able to rely on a full time for growing sales and fulfillment, so I can keep working the primary job. My partner is a doctor and the lady who owns the building he is in is blown away with our distro biz, ahe legit wants to sit down and talk about adding a store upstairs. We will see what happens, dont want to overload myself, but could be nice. Have some short term revs from the store and long term revs from the distro.
It wouldnt be the KGKG forum without the tractor/RSP. At least no high RSI calls lol
Hey blood I'd PM that number to him instead and remove it from the post. Too many bot web scrapers out there, dont want Chris's number getting swamped. Just a thought is all.
Nvm, I just removed the post for now to make it easier.
My guess is as soon as they have more staff when the ball gets rolling no one will deal with RM directly and they'll have a person/process for orders and not have to worry about dropping the ball.
The size and cost of a pallet is definitely geared towards big box retailers and distros, not us small boutique distros. Tough to throw 10k st a single product, not even multiple SKUs. 10k is 4 pallets of HighDrate we could use, especially with 3 new SKUs coming next month. I think there is definitely hope here, just not a fit for me.
Yeah buddy! Up over a penny in a few days, solid stuff. Hindsight for those who were waiting for 5s or sub-pennys hahaha
That's what we were told during pre-order phase, then last minute he told us its going to be 24 packs instead of 12... you know, a minor detail... that literally doubled les the cost of the order. Not that we needed to know that or anything... see what I'm saying? This kind of stuff, I cant stand. We phased out the bag coffee, and I still toy with the idea of bringing on the canned CBD coffee until I remember past dealings with him. Its frustrating. I dont have these issues when dealing with KGKG, that much is for sure.
None. Never heard back from RM a month ago on shipping details, so I said screw it. He says he'll do this or that then never does. 3rd or 4th time I've run I to that with him. I think the product will do great, I'm just worried about the communication, especially when inevitable reorder is needed urgently. Just rubs me the wrong way. I never pursued the local cbd coffee as an alternative because it had to be kept cold.
24 per case, 250 case per pallet. So that's only 5 pallets, which 1 went to Kelly Distributing.
Enjoying the spike in PPS?
Boom! Wrecked! KGKG blast off time!
*yawns* been hearing the lower entry talk for 6 months now, getting old, and obviously false. Good thing things are about to pop off again! Go KGKG!
Could take years for 100% saturation, for such a new market. The company should be growing like this for some time to come, as long as infrastructure keeps up. Q2 will be even better with all the new distros PLUS reorders. Q3 even more so. Enjoy.
3.5m volume and its not even noon
Just a single novice selling into the bid. Happens on the OTC sometimes, no biggie, right back up we got and then Q1 boom! Maybe toss an S1 in their for good measure too.
Explosive growth going on its 2nd quarter, they are bringing on distros as fast as they can sell product. I dont find it odd at all that they wouldnt have an exact outlet count yet until the dust settles, which may be awhile. Remember, they are a beverage company in the middle of rapid growth, not sitting back in maintenance mode, awaiting commercials to remind folks of their products in store. :)
Low volume, wide spread. Bid was whacked last minute. Was going to close green at .078. No biggie though just a micro snapshot in time. 1 to 2 days before fins
It was going to close at .078 but the bid was at .074 and hit last 2 seconds. We will see what happens next week :)
Just a shake out before Q1 on Mon/Tues. Just look at the annual, similar thing happened then 2 cent bump. Hillarious anyone would sell with Q1 any day now, like they could literally sell in 2-3 days on a jump like people did for annual. Crazy!
Oh like the 2 month period of green days last summer/fall?
Did we not know Q4 numbers before annual came out too? What happened there short term? Oh that's right it jumped 2 penny's off the annual. So your advice would be to sell before the Q1? Lol
Also, they aren't diluting. CEO isnt a warehouse laborer, they have a person for that. The .0778 price is what we call "cheapies", great price to buy at.
I agree, when Mark Wahlberg's character dies at the end, KGKG is going to take that same trip to heaven, sky high baby!
I love cold hard facts. Could be considered a trading strategy for KGKG, just do the opposite of what some say lol
So your advice would be to sell before the Q1 for any short term profit takers?!?! Lol insanity.
"Intelligent" to sell before a Q1?! LOL! Ok
No way to get it there affordably yet. His margins would be shot on the shipping costs alone, or a can would be like $10 each lol.
The transfer agent updates the OTC market profile once a month with any changes to SS. I simply pointed it out. There hasn't been any dilution recently though FYI
There is no dilution. Trades that come in too late or early will sometimes show up goofy like that. It's not a conspiracy.
I know 900m is auth, so potentially have that many shares, but the O/S is 665m, and the CEO has retired shares twice to counter some of the dilution. I think that speaks volumes with how Robert has been adding shareholder value, and leaves that scenario always on the table. Remember, they have no debt, Robert has kept it this way because he has plenty of his own money, hence the retirement of shares occasionally too. I do know with growth comes expenses, so we will see how that affects them when the time comes.
5/15 would only be if they needed an extension, which I'd doubt as they usually dont, especially with a bookkeeper now.
Decrease*
O/S did not increase last week. In fact, auth decreased.
I'm glad you understand the difference now. Preferred B's that Robert retired last week are not common shares, so are not part of the float. The shares were retired, meaning, they cannot be used for dilution. KGKG getting better and adding shareholder value everyday.
