Hey Empty...we disagreed on the direction of one of your picks on a different board. I decided to look through your comments and it brought me to EQ. I have to say thanks. It was a solid pick that I wouldn't have found without you. I'm still not sure about the other pick we discussed, but if you're as sure about it as you were here....I think things will work out. Thanks again, even though you didn't know you were helping.
Something must be going on. There have been nothing but buys this morning and this is moving up steady. Maybe we're about to see a breakout.
I think this is going to run on news, but your assertion that CANT only shows up when a run is about to start is wrong. Unless all 10 of the pennies I'm currently in are about to run. Both of these MM are showing up in all of them.
A pretty good run so far this morning. As the news gets out, this should really take off.
The "only two" media companies that GDAR is following? Perhaps you missed that they are following CNBC and Bloomberg as well.
Wait....
Could it be....
GDAR is merging with CNBC and Bloomberg. GDAR will put these two media companies on the map. I knew good ol' Terry had something big planned for us, but I never imagined it was this.
Speculation is fine, but let's not kid ourselves and call it DD. It is simply put speculation.
Also what is happening to the GDAR subsidiary that is in Mexico with deals already in place now that the company is changing direction? Will they back out of the other deals that were in place a few months ago that we never got an update on?
Also, snage spoke with Terry and the 30 day time scale that we are already past is no longer in play. Any reason not to update people? If you give a time frame and realize that you're not going to meet it, that's fine. Just give people what info you have at the time and say it will be a little longer. In a world where 7 out of 10 of these companies are shills, it goes a long way to instill confidence in your brand.
With no one to buy because you didn't deliver on your promises and all momentum is lost, it doesn't matter what MM do.
Except otc doesn't trade after hours
Yeah, perfect. Release it right at the bell or after hours so that everyone can forget about it by Monday and it has no effect at all.
Roughly 4 million shares at 0.0004
I'm wasting time??!!??
You said I should talk to Terry, that he's a nice guy. So give me his phone number or email address.
I pointed out the email typo and suddenly everyone gets quiet again because I'm right.
You've been saying news anytime for a while. CGB said the same garbage. Then when volume drops to zero, it's the quiet before the storm. It's coming any day now. I hope you're right, but I'm pretty sure I'll be holding this for a long time before there is a possibility of getting out at the same price I bought in.
Are you going to try to email the other address and post your results?
What I posted is legit. If you click the link at the very top of the website it will open a link for you to send an email with the correct address. The address listed on the IR page simply has a typo. His email address is:
ddonlin@publicwire.com
not the ddonline that whitefish used.
Also, you seem to have Terry's contact information. Can you send it to me?
Ddonlin
Not
Ddonline
Try that and let us know.
Just kidding.
Here is the email address I used
DDonlin@Publicwire.com
no "e" at the end of his name.
I emailed yesterday. My guess is that his email has been changed to avoid people like us inquiring about this company.
Send me his number. I would love to talk with him.
So we should contact him for investor relations, like gdar's website says?
Perhaps you missed the part where I wrote him and he said he has never entered a contract with GDAR.
Those who claim to talk with the CEO, please PM me his number so that I might do the same. Or an email address. I would love to proven wrong so that I can pass my bag to someone else.
So google the company and the name that the site is registered to. You'll enjoy the reading.
Also, why do they own the website and not Golden Age Inc.?
http://www.gdarinc.com/investors/
He is listed as their contact here. Email him for any investor related items and see if his response is any different than the one he sent me.
There is no news coming, and no one is rushing in to take the bags we're holding. The pump is over and the hype has died down. The regular posters who bashed "dum dums" and "newbs" getting out are mysteriously quiet.
As for the people who claim to talk with the CEO, or rather says garbage like someone else spoke to the CEO....then playing coy when asked if he spoke with the person. These are lies. I googled Terry Byrne this morning. If he was so prominent in London and with tons of other companies, why can I find no mention of him outside of this company's press releases?
I did email Dave Donlin who is listed on the website as gdar's IR person. Here's a real email:
Hello Mr. ,
Although my name and company has been listed as an IR liaison concerning GDAR that is not the case. We have never been under contract to take investor inquiries from the company therefore the only thing I can suggest is for you to contact the company directly and speak with Terry Byrne.
Sincerely,
Dave

I also did a whois search on gdar's website this morning. I encourage you to do the same so you can see who is really behind the lies and this shell of a company.

Here we go again with another day of no volume. I guess I'll hold my bag until they decide they want to pump it again next year.
Have a good one. If you do decide to jump in, good luck with it. I'll be getting out at the opening bell and moving on.
Here's a specific deficiency copy and pasted directly from the companies 10-q:
We had no cash as of June 30, 2015.
We had total current liabilities of $24,951,253 and a working capital deficit of $24,342,788 at June 30, 2015
Believe what you want.

I can't beat the WalMart element, but OWOO can. I just looked at the most recent 10-q. The $850,000 revenue by Christmas that the company is claiming (which is from the WalMart orders btw) isn't enough to cover manufacturing, shipping, and distribution. They are going into a deal with WalMart and losing money on it.
I'm glad you're catching on.
In your DD, make sure to look at earnings, debt, and dilution.
Then if you still think jumping in with the rest of us is a good idea, just look at the simple points I raised earlier.
Most companies present a professional, rock solid appearance at first glance. It usually takes some digging to see shortcomings.
That's not the case here.
Why on Earth would they hype a pr and then put it off for imaginary paperwork?
Why on Earth would they promise 3 pr's and only deliver 1 that was really a pr for Tonner and not OWOO?
Why on Earth would you hype an interview that simply rehashes information that you've already released?
When you can't manage the very simple day to day tasks of a company, why do you trust them to manage the important stuff correctly?
I completely understand the orders from Walmart and a lot of the publicity that the company has received and how that will make things easier.
Here is my concern:
The hype from the company has made very direct promises that they don't follow through with. This is not a one time thing.
What happens when there are 3 shipments promised to Walmart, but OWOO decides filling just 1 is enough?
I'm still holding a lot of shares, but it's easy to hate how this company works.
We were promised a conf. call and got an interview. The interview was delayed a day so that paperwork could be filed. What was revealed in the video that would need paperwork before releasing to be legal? The filing should be public record, right? So where is it? This just goes to show how unorganized they are and that they don't mind lying to us.
Also, the interview was supposed to be pr 1 of 3. Where are the other 2? Notice the silence that from the company after completely messing up last week?
Also, where was the pr for OWOO? All I heard was what Tonner was going to do. Tonner has been approached for a buyout. Tonner is going to raise money and go public and IF successful he'll loan OWOO money.
I'm disappointed and hoping at this point that another bagholder wants to come along and buy some shares off me.
Decent support at 0.0062 Looking really thin on the ask up to multiple pennies.
The interview was supposed to be pr 1 of 3, right?
So there should be more news soon.

The Walmart thing is real.
I'm in for another million at .0004. Time to get some upward momentum.
