Many California dispensaries also do their own growing its common knowledge
https://businessfilings.sos.ca.gov/frmDetail.asp?CorpID=03763940 Says AAA Orgnaics are a non profit. dispensaries in California are are non profit by law.

Rob Robinson State Farm insurance suite 106
Oh I know. Next you will say they bought the grow light and then stuffed it into a PO box Instead of growing plants? Lol
They bought the grow lights. Obviously they have a facility where they grow the cannabis.
That's wrong- some of the suites are letters and some are numbers . Golden State Driving school is Suite 103 at 3077 Clairemont Drive
K thanks. Quoting from filings is good and perfectly helpful and acceptable. Making businesses out to be someone's house when It isn't,saying its for profit when it isn't, and saying its location is inside a UPS store when it isn't,or then saying there aren't suite numbers when there are suites, or saying its a Po box when it's not, is not at all truthful. But the filing quotes are appreciated tho I did read them already
Yes Along with numerous other businesses that I clearly named located in that complex, schools, attorneys, stores, manufacturers etc
Seems you are right. accurate info about this company is very much lacking here to say the least. Yes everyone should do their own DD on this company otherwise they run the risk of accepting nonsensical claims when investing .
Of course it's manipulation
The numerous business addresses at 3077 Cairemont drive all have suite numbers sobit is a suite -so your question is unclear?? What do you mean when you ask why they lied? They didn't lie.
Didn't quite understand. What's not working? Trying to say a big business complex is someone's house? Yes, a business complex is not a residence, that's correct. IHSIs customer , AAA Organics is located in a business complex in an affluent area. I think that should work well.
also DAVID J HIDDLESTONE-NAITH, Allstate Courier Inc, Libra Publishers Inc, Guaranteed Auto so AAA Organics is actually in a large business complex
not to mention Anton A. Ewing, JD, San Diego Driving School, all Things Ro environmental experts, Video Solutions LLC, Same Old Grind, Aqua Cafe, Reliance Partners, Rose Canyon Beauty and Spa,UC San Diego OISS program are all at 3077 Claremont address but no residences, only business are located there including AAA Organic
3077 Claremont Drive, San Diego - AAA Organics, UPS Store, State Farm Insurance, Claremont Water Store, Astir Entertainment, Food-US, Stay Clean Janitorial, Ritas of Bay Park etc It is NOT a residential address, this is a business center
If you follow Bill Ackmans trading this applies to Ihsi also. The way he did it the more the shorts show up in droves the more interest there is and better in the long run.
Ever read Bill Ackman? Made billions trading against the news. Good news meant trade it down. Bad news meant trade it up. Similar for Ihsi but only for now. It doesn't stay that way
Amazon started 1994 years before the ipo with Bezos parents life savings
Lol and IHSI didn't take the majority of their parents life savings for most of their initial financing the way Amazon founder did. Yes, you are right Amazon had an advantage there
And the "toxic debt" will matter how if multi million dollar revenues start coming in? Please explain.
In 1994 Amazon was flat rejected for any financing by more than 40 investors, all of whom "were experts in the book business"
In 1995 Amazon losses were 60% of revenue, their losses did not fall consistently every year. In 2000 Amazon losses were 50% of revenues and most analysts said Amazon is in trouble and has no future unless they start to make a profit. And again, 15 years later and still rarely made ANY profit. And the stock price went as high as $580 per share this year with a negative P/E!
It is future growth that counts and again, if the growth happens the other stuff just won't matter. 3.5x losses compared with revenue, or their past financing or any of it. And I DO expect IHSI will actually make profits,
Yes, Amazon losses were less in proportion, but 60% loss in proportion to revenue is not tiny. Not as bad as multiples of total revenue, true, but look at the price of Amazon's stock compared with profits and losses for the past 18 years, which is like an eternity to hardly ever make a profit.
The comparison here is potential sales growth, IHSI has enormous potential sales growth and if the SUNCLOAK is successful in selling along with other products anything else just won't matter any more.
One million in revenues is not bad, but not my definition of "pouring in"
I am talking about SUNCLOAK in particular and also multiple revenue streams from other sources. That million dollar revenue had only one source, Honeywell.
Again, Amazon lost money for the first seven years and still only occasionally makes a profit but everyone is aware of their huge growth and huge growth potential.
Yes, when the orders come pouring in there will be abundant ready investors, and on very good terms
Ah, but no more death spirals when the SUNCLOAK agricultural system starts to sell in the millions. Their next problem will be they cannot manufacture them fast enough to meet the demand
OLD OUTDATED GROW LIGHTS use reflectors or a wall surface that can reflect the lights, which allows the light to engulf plants from every direction.
But the new IHSI SUNCLOAK doesn't need reflectors, it is an ingenious system that engulfs the plants in a cloak of light from every direction without the use of reflectors. This is the best grow light system invented and will sell and sell!!
Yes, where is the evidence that says the company plans on going dark/non filing? They clearly don't want that. What they want is to be wildly successful by selling loads of their products. This is a fledgling company with tremendous products. Amazon had no profits, only losses for their first seven years. Even now Amazon rarely makes a profit most quarters.
The contract for the 5M line of credit was signed. Why do you say it doesn't exist or has been withdrawn? Evidence, please. It does not in any way appear that this legal contract can be rescinded.
They can pay the IRS with the new line of credit. Growth is the only thing that counts here, will their products sell, including the new Suncloak. If so they are in the money possible big time

I guess this is actually an article based on the PR from last week.
READ TODAYS PRESS RELEASE then relax and wait for Suncloak agricultural system to sell. Best in the world, patent pending
THANKS FOR DISCUSSING THE PRODUCTS those are what counts !!!
And Amazon never made a profit for how many, many years?
WE NEED MORE DISCUSSION OF THE PRODUCTS HERE not just speculating about the stock price for today or next week. . Discuss the new sun cloak growing system.
SUNCLOAK same address as METALCLOAK. Obviously connected. Metalcloak is a successful business and it appears they are expanding into indoor agriculture with IHSI. When Suncloak web site is complete you will be able to "Like" Suncloak on Facebook, Metalcloak has over 46,000 likes.
Sarcastic article by Hotstocked but no one extends a $5 Million line of credit unless there is good potential. Suncloak is awesome and will sell to all types of greenhouses
WILL BE USED BY EVERY GREENHOUSE in the world. Fantastic product, patent pending. Suncloak is awesome!!
Expand on your theory, why would someone give them the 5 Million?
NOBODY GIVES YOU 5 MILLION UNLESS YOU HAVE a good business plan in place. IHSI recently received 5 Million dollars in equity financing
