It certainly looks like there's someone who is shrewdly accumulating right now - inching it up slowly a penny at a time hoping to get sellers to sell to him... or when 3K to 5K are grouped at a price a few pennies above the bid he'll jump up and grab them.
78K traded and stock is up 15 cents - my feeling is if he wants 1 million shares he's going to have to take it into the $3 range.
20K shares today makes you a millionaire in 3 to 5 years... or less!
Still believe we'll see days when funds come in to accumulate 1 million shares - driving price up by $1.00 each time... and I think we'll see at least a couple of them before the end of this year.
weird now it's doing it at the 2.09 2.10 range 100 shares every 1 minute and 4 seconds - and a 20K share block all sold/bought in one gulp to interrupt it.
Weird... 9 trades... all for 100 shares at 2.07 taking it out of a 5K block on the ask ... what's strange is that they are all 49 seconds apart... make that 11 now all at 2.07 all 49 second apart.
You certainly go through a great deal of trouble and waste of your time for someone who has no investment in this stock... and all just to keep us from hurting ourselves???!!!
Pursuant to the Dawson James Underwriting Agreement, in June 2016, we completed an underwritten public offering of 3,229,814 units of common shares and warrants, at a price of $1.61 per unit. The warrants are currently exercisable, have a term of five years and an exercise price of $1.93 per common share. We issued at the initial closing of the offering an aggregate of 3,229,814 common shares and warrants to purchase an additional 1,614,907 common shares. The underwriter also purchased at such closing additional warrants to acquire 242,236 common shares pursuant to the over-allotment option exercised in part by the underwriter. We subsequently sold an aggregate of 459,456 additional common shares at the public offering price of $1.61 per share in connection with subsequent partial exercises of the underwriter’s over-allotment option. The closings of these partial exercises brought the total net proceeds from the offering to approximately $5.1 million, after deducting the underwriter’s discount and offering expenses.
During the 12-month period prior to the date of this prospectus, warrants to purchase an aggregate of 445,532 common shares were exercised.
So 1,614,907 + 242,236 = 1,857,143 warrants were granted of which 445,532 have been exercised leaving 1,411,611 still available to short against.
Can we stop with the blue dye crap already - just ignore him and he will go away.
Safety issues are resolved in Phase 1... not thereafter.
If the blue dye was an issue... the FDA would have never let IPCI continue down a dead end.
Well... if that is the trial lawyer and the law firm that IPCI has retained for the Purdue lawsuit... then I feel quite comfortable with it.
Does anyone know if NDA is brought forward by the FDA in spite of the lawsuit and issues a tentative approval by September 25th - I would assume so... after all a law suit is not a proof of ineligibility.
Anyone in the know??? no guesses please ... I can guess as well as anybody else.
Numbers... can you dig up info on that???
I think it would make a big difference in our valuation.
So... I guess launching a product which by my estimates adds $3 Million per 1% penetration to the bottom line means absolutely nothing to these people.
REMARKABLE ! ! !
Well... there goes my theory... really just wanted to see if they read this Message Board.
Seems like some unnatural force is keeping it from going below $2.00.
Maybe you can't short a stock below $2.00???
Again... BRAVO SAMSA... I have to say Samsa... you've been "at your best" lately with your highly diplomatic responses to extremely annoying "off the mark" posts.
Have they changed your medication???
Bravo Samsa.... Bravo
I was never big on the generics... but now that it seems ANDAs will be issued a GDUFA date of less than a year... I would like to see them start pumping out more of them.
A couple of millions here... a couple of millions there... pretty soon you are talking about some real money.
A Rexista and Regabatin partnership and everyone here will do well.
Assuming no outlandish attorney fees in the next three months... I expect IPCI to be profitable in the Third Quarter ending August.
This fund is getting all the low hanging fruit... they are going to have to reach higher and higher as time goes on.
Should I dig out my post saying there will be days with $1.00 rise whenever a fund wants in.
This is what it looks like when a fund gets in... and it's only the beginning.
