Just keep telling myself...
keep your dry powder.
But it doesn't look like we will get another shakedown down here. Picked up another 30K at .312 Mon.
Oh, the dilemma.
I apologize to everyone.
I should not have logged on last night. It won't happen again.
Please delete my posts.
Newcomers, and I'm one,
Start at post one before you open your big yap.
There is a core of believers here that really don't want to hear your xxxx. But, because they know it is good for their investment, they put up with newcomers BS. So, please start at page one.
Maybe, it is my bad investments, but this stock has been the most rock solid performer since I bought my first few thousand shares. So, PLEASE shut the xxxx UP.
Management has done nothing but shown their most outright respect for its shareholders. If you don’t think so, then sell and go away.
If there is nothing else this group has shown me, is if you don’t believe then go hang out at RB.
Sorry, a little wine and 9 months of increasing shares price is making me sick of any doubt in managements ability.
Every time they have sold a few shares, the PPS goes up.
I'm going to assume that we won't hear anything until
Neom or Virgin are good and ready. If they don't want to release any info, then what can be learned from Pacer? Do we get an extension, or the case is closed with no details?
One thing for sure, if we don't get any announcements and someone wants more shares it will get ugly again. I wish I could turn off the computer for the next few trading days. Hang on to your shares.
Yeah, that was strange.
The bid was higher than the ask the last few minutes.
Guess someone wanted in. Back up tomorrow?
Choo...CHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
:)
I don't know,
If I were a competitor, would I want to pay a toll to a company that is owned in large part by P&G?
The only reason I can think of why P&G would want to take a large stake in Neom would be to gain a competitive advantage in being first to mobile marketing (FC&B deal) and perhaps lock in words cheap. While for Neom, the cash may be nice, I don’t think it would be good for Neom who will need to remain as unbiased as possible.
IF there were a Fortune 100 company wanting to buy into Neom, I’m sure SAIC would need to approve. My guess would be to stick with TS and say MS or even Intel. P&G is not in the mobile Internet domain business.
I definitely see P&G, Neom, and FC&B planning a test market soon.
Wow, looks like an exciting day.
Thanks ss
Makes a rough 2 days even sweeter.
Yah,
xxxxing who!!!
still here!
Respectfully See,
"I don't think any of us want to hears answers to these questions from longs who have an interest in good news."
I disagree. I do!
You know better. We will never get insider info until they are ready to release it.

Cloud,
I was paraphrasing what someone else said TS stated in his last update. I can't find the post, but I did cut this:
Ok guys, a very brief little update from T.S..
He says neom has impressed them by executing its game plan. They are very bullish that neom will strike "monster license agreement" and reach higher highs this year. nut.
I cannot take any credit for my conclusions. It would not be possible without the DD by others to help put the pieces together. I have chosen to take some risk and INVEST in NeoMedia. I have loaded up to my comfort level because of the great DD and the PR's that NEOM provide, it appears that they are firing on all cylinders.
Nice post Alex,
It also confirms BSDS is a done deal and that all of Neomedia's acquisitions have value.
With the money and the FCB announcement, I think we may see the alluded to New York test marketing. But, what comes first? The launch of Paperclick WordRegistry or the test marketing? What better way to get clients excited about WordRegistry than a great test market designed by FCB. The inference that at this time a SP is not required to go forward may mean that the test marketing will be a text-messaging campaign that will hopefully put Paperclick and Neomedia on the map. Wouldn't it be great if it was with Virgin.
Cornell knows what he has, TS says Neomedia is firing on all cylinders, and I can only conclude nothing but blue sky.
A refresher.
From Le-bon 3/13-05
Just got back in town, long day. Have a brochure from Neomedias booth. One thing stands out in brochure,
"Bid on non trademarked words from your industry. Non trademarked words(think cola, burger, car) will be auctioned to the highest bidder via the Paperclick Word Registry
The paragraph before this one mention S.A.I.C. and Neomedia Word Registry creator of the original Internet Domain name...
From Personalize 3/17/05
First let us say we (Le Bon, Personalizit, MaxTex) are trying to be as objective as possible.
It was asked that we don't mention names of Neomedia employees of who we talked to, so we're honoring their request.
The market doesn't realize how lucrative this week's Check 21 PR is! The income from these checks are expected to bring in enough to make us a break-even company, off-setting our approximately $1.7 million loss per quarter. These shows work.
BSDS is a done deal, no if/and/or buts AND they are cash flow positive. Neomedia got a EXTREMELY good deal my acquiring BSDS on the terms agreed upon…..
Word Registry is more valuable than we, on I-Hub first thought. Our I-Hub conversations were originally thinking $800 per trademark word, but it's several thousand per trademark word. There's something like 7million trademark words, so figure out the potential. Non-trademark words will be auctioned in a similar style to Ebay auctions.
3g can help Paperclick when it becomes available, via Video
Streaming. Text messaging is one way around an SP. A text message can be sent and before opening, the receiver is asked to download the Paperclick software first (it's small, takes minimal time), then the text message proceeds with the Paperclick software and receives a coupon, etc. Text messaging does not need an ISP or the Paperclick on the phone, just a "brand". Many P & G clickable items at the booth (can you say, hint?).We asked if 3G was holding up the
release, the answer was no and that paperclick is being distributed under several names and carriers as a O.E.M. product and that they control the SWITCH.
There's also a possibility that we open up in a test market, such as New York, first. All it takes is one major agreement to get the ball rolling, then money is not an issue anymore. Somehow, with the spending plans, I seem to get a feeling that it is right around the corner. Also, marketing expenses will increase soon. Lscan AND Airclic are no longer considered competitors, just Scanbuy. This statement surprised me.
It was mentioned that even if Scanbuy and Neomedia reached an agreement, it takes time to iron out the wording and announcements (the smaller details). Just thinking out loud, but wouldn't Virgin be considered a second or third tier SP, as mentioned earlier?
In conversation it was explained to that the hold up was the
lawsuit.
"Would you buy a house that has a lien on it?" We answered "no" and was told
companies are waiting to move as soon as the lawsuit is finalized.
Intel is marketing our product to SPs as they try to market their own. Currently, the Intel chip isn't in many handsets (I think he mentioned a few PDAs?).
A personal note from Le Bon:
"I had the opportunity to stop by for the last day of the show and through conversation was informed they where invited to dinner last night with some Power House company. I was patient and waited till late in the day to talk to them when the crowd was gone and the optimism seemed to make everyone want us to know how good they are doing and how big this is going to be. There was a atmosphere of excitement that I talked to Personalizit about and he sensed it also, like they wanted to tell us something but couldn't."

nut.</B>
I missed the open yesterday at .22.
What an idiot. My order late in the day did not get filled until I bid above the ask. The ask was .228 and I watched 130k go by at .235.
Awesome...
This marketing train is about to leave the station. Better get on board. Someone on RB said you will get many more chances to buy at a lower PPS. I say, good luck.
You think TS can push the PPS, wait until FCB starts to stoke the fire. Chooo....choooooooo
I just want to say,
Thanks for cleaning this place up and all of the incredible work.
Hello Vine,
Looks like no trading all week.
Perhaps the reason for the shake.
I believe someone here said BSDS was a DONE DEAL!

How 'bout a loan?
Got a spare $250K to loan If?
It's a sure thing.
Let's talk terms.
Movie: $15 to $20 a share,
now that would be life changing(TS) for If.
The question is: can you hold out that long?
Smell?
What does news smell like?
Goooo Neoooom.
just can't keep it down.'
sorry.
weeks rather than months
Can't wait to see if NEOM has any part in this.

I'll Guess.
When SAIC is ready we'll know.
Hello Picksit & Vine:
My question about TS's statement about a recent Intel licensing agreement was because it sounded different than the 6/21/04 PR. Maybe it is what he is referring to. I am a neophyte when it comes to investing, but I am trying.
What can I say that TS, JP and so many other dedicated investors have not said many times over? I will say it is starting to sink in. A Virgin licensing agreement would be a nice way to get this rocket lit. Licensing agreements with the likes of Vodaphone and Microsoft would do wonders for the stock price, but it is the potential of the SAIC partnership that has my imagination going. I think that it is this potential that TS is saying that a few thousand-dollar investment can be life changing.
I think it is clear, that although we may get great news soon, it may take years before Neomedia's full potential will be realized.
Hell, I don't even own a cell phone yet.
Although I am comfortable with my investment, I would not recommend anyone invest more than they can afford to loose.
Intel Licensing?
And the licensing wave has just started. Intel has just signed an
agreement to embed this functionality into its new smart wireless
handset chips. They felt, as I do, that they HAD to have the
functionality for their chips and chose to license rather than
re-create.
Did I miss this somewhere?
Another TS Microcap Solicitation.
February 25, 2005
Dear ChangeWave Reader,
The stock I'm writing to you about today-and I've written several
times before-has more than TRIPLED over the last three months!
But the run's not over-not by a long, long shot. It could well be
20-25 times HIGHER by the end of 2007!
We've got a "perfect storm" in the market right now. As we've been
telling you, our latest ChangeWave Alliance research shows that
corporate sales, profits and capital spending are all surging.
PLUS, we've got more good news like this:
*** Rising personal incomes
*** Strengthening employment numbers
(we added 2.2 million jobs in 2004,
the best number since 1999)
*** Solid GDP growth with still-mild inflation
*** Energy costs down from their highs
*** Positive earnings surprises for our ChangeWave stocks
*** 20% forecasted growth in stock buybacks in 2005
*** 10%+ growth in dividends
It's a "perfect storm." And you're gonna earn a blizzard of
profits.
But if you'd really like to position yourself for truly stunning,
life-changing gains over the next several years, I urge you to
consider our favorite microcap stock now:
I've written about this stock-and our premium MicroCap Investor
service-several times before. And I urge you-if you have any risk
capital and a desire for truly life-changing profits-get the details
on this company now.
You see, this stock's HUGE recent move-more than TRIPLING in three
months-is just the beginning.
What triggered this first jump on the way to our $5 forecast price
by 2007 for this 22-cent stock? The company announced-as we
told you it would-the startup of their PaperClick registry with
Fortune 500 company Science Applications International.
When you read on, you'll see why this is such a big deal.
When Vodaphone, with 40 million users, starts offering the
service-and Cingular, Deutche Telecom and Verizon climb on the
bandwagon-it's a $1 stock.
That's a five-bagger from here!!!!
After a likely deal with Microsoft or Google, it's a $2 stock.
That's a ten-bagger!!!!
And I'm talking stratospheric profits after that. Best of all, it
only takes pennies to play. Just a few thousand ventured can make a
small fortune. So if you have ANY risk capital lying around, I urge
you to take a good hard look at this one NOW!
=================================
It's "the mother of all Internet growth stocks."
=================================
Google? Forget about it. Just another over-hyped dream that, for
my money, was overpriced at its IPO and is certainly a ticking
time-bomb where it's priced now.
This is a much better idea. Just a small investment -- and I mean
$2,000 or $3,000 --could easily roll up a hundred grand or more.
Risky? Hey, this is microcap investing-if your idea of excitement
is an index fund, delete this message now.
Obviously, this is NOT a stock you sink a lot of cash into. It
ain't some income play. And if you're not playing with money you
can afford to lose, stay the heck away!
But two grand is NOT a lot to risk for an outcome that could bring
you real wealth. And that is the beauty with microcaps. Tiny
little stocks where just a small investment can earn you a small
fortune and give you a story you'll brag about for years to come.
I'm going to give you part of the story here. If you want to play

It's another Internet gold rush
======================
Remember Network Solutions, the company that operated the Internet
domain registration system?
They were owned by SAIC -- a billion-dollar, privately held
technology company, which later sold Network Solutions to VeriSign
for $12 BILLION.
Well, guess what? We think SAIC and our little company are working
together to form the NEXT Network Solutions -- a place where you can
register your bar codes to connect to a URL you own.
And this keyword ownership business is THE REASON to own as much of
this stock as you can.
Here's how it will work. Take the word "ChangeWave." We own the
trademark which we will register with this new registration entity,
so that any time you see our logo in print you can scan the barcode
to go to our specially designed site.
ALL consumer marketing companies with half a brain will want to do
the same. Why? Simple -- because owning barcode URLs takes you,
the consumer, exactly where the marketer wants. NOT to Google or
some other search site that has 10 to 12 different options.
This is a HUGE advantage for marketers.
As to consumers, this company's "PaperClick" technology makes
searching -- and getting exactly where you want to go -- quick and
easy. Local Internet search will fast become the holy grail of using
your phone or PDA or Blackberry-type device. It'll make the Yellow
Pages obsolete and end wasted time on the phone or endless clicking
on the Web.
You say, "Nearest paint store." You say, "Highest rated golf
course"...
...and you go right to the data you want -- and then use voice or
Internet to complete the transaction.
If you're a serious growth investor -- with risk capital you can
afford to lose if this doesn't work out -- you simply must get a
piece of this action:
Here is a view of the physical-to-digital future from the CEO of one
of the world's largest market research firms:
"On Feb. 8, editors and writers of BusinessWeek sat down with George
Colony, CEO of Forrester Research, a technology research and
consulting firm, to talk about IT trends today and what he likes to
call the 'Ralph Revolution' in recognition of GM CIO Ralph Szygenda.
Edited excerpts from the conversation follow.
"A very big area is what we call the physical-to-digital connection.
Forrester predicts that we're going from 750 million devices
connected to the Internet today to 14 billion by the end of this
decade."
How do these 14 billion devices get "turned on"? Every product
eventually will have an RFID tag and an Internet address. A domain
name only became valuable when the browser was introduced for the
PC.
There will be a "browser" for this physical world, too -- an
application that deciphers the hidden RFID tag and connects to the
corresponding Website. Seven hundred fifty million devices use a
couple of different types of browsers to surf the Internet.
Those 14 billion devices will contain an RFID tag, a bar code, a DNA
and a fingerprint, and they will need a browser that can decipher
the identifier and take you to the appropriate Website.
What will that browser be? That browser is of course our microcap
company's word registry system with SAIC -- first as a standard URL
and then the spoken-word URL.
Connecting the physical world to the digital world is what the
company is all about!
======================
MUCH BETTER than Google
======================
I've gotta make darn sure you understand what I'm trying to tell
you.
Google gets rich selling marketers "keywords" that take Internet
searchers to a list of links.
This company will get RICHER by selling the exclusive use of a
company's trademark, a "keyword" embedded in a unique barcode and,
eventually, through use of a voice-enabled browser.
You see, this firm's technology takes the whole keyword concept and
makes it simpler and better -- for consumer and marketer alike.
Someone searching for "Yankees tickets" on Google gets blasted with,
oh, about 700,000 responses! I know, I just tried it.
But if a marketer owns the voice URL using this company's
breakthrough technology, every single inquiry goes to them.
A businessman's dream! One that anyone with any business sense will
gladly pay a ton of money for. And that's why we believe this tiny
company just may hold the winning cards in the high-stakes game of
mobile commerce.
=================
The power of Microsoft
=================
For some time now, we've been saying that Longhorn, the next
Microsoft operating system, HAS to come up with some new killer apps
to keep the ball rolling toward an integrated phone, PDA and desktop
computer.
Well, the guys at Microsoft AIN'T dummies -- they know it, too.
And now, we've read a very unique glimpse of what Softie insiders
think about this little company and its technology. Robert Scoble
is one of the very top guys in Redmond and a "Technical Evangelist"
for platform strategy at Microsoft. Here's a snippet from his blog
about this new killer app:
"It's not every day that you get to see a killer application for the
first time. Today was such a day.
"(the chairman of our little company) pulled out his cell phone.
Then he pulled out a deodorant product. He said something like
'imagine you're in a supermarket and you want to see if you're
getting the best price on something, like, say, this deodorant
product.' Then he aimed his camera phone ... at the barcode on the
back. He snapped a picture. Said 'look at this, it's connecting to
our Web service.' After a few seconds a Web page came back with a
variety of information on the product and competitive pricing.
"Now, this was obviously a bit of a mocked up demo, but it floored
me. I hadn't seen anyone actually demo such a thing. He did
something similar with his business card (it has a barcode on it).
Up came his personal web page ...
"He told me to imagine that every household item with (a) barcode on
it now is interactive. Imagine you're a manufacturer. You can give
interactive coupons to people to try to get them to switch to your
product.
"I started getting into it. Imagine you're at a bus stop in Seattle.
Did you know there's a Web service that shows you where the next bus
is located and how far away it is? At every bus stop there could be
a bar code. You aim your camera at the bar code. Get back the Web
service that'll tell you how long you need to wait for your next
bus."
OK, my friend -- Scoble gets the power of using bar codes to go
DIRECTLY to information you want NOW to help you make better
decisions as a consumer. And if Scoble gets it, Microsoft gets it.
If Microsoft gets it -- you can now conclude that this firm's brand
new functionality is now on the verge of its big breakout.
That's why I urge you to join us at ChangeWave MicroCap investor
now:
================
How about Bill Gates?
================
A quote from Bill Gates in India's TechTree, reporting on an
interview with a German newspaper, on his vision for mobile phones:
"With cell phones, we will be able to read bar codes to retrieve
information about a certain product. With a camera phone we will be
able to translate a restaurant menu in a foreign country."
Bill gets it -- and this company's intellectual property is required
for his vision.
And the licensing wave has just started. Intel has just signed an
agreement to embed this functionality into its new smart wireless
handset chips. They felt, as I do, that they HAD to have the
functionality for their chips and chose to license rather than
re-create. ???
Microsoft is next -- they HAVE to get a jump on Palm and other
handset operating system software vendors to gain ANY traction in
that game.
Let me be frank: This stock represents the most stunningly
profitable investment opportunity I have ever seen in my 25 years of
investment analysis.
It is by NO measure a sure thing. But it is the closest thing I've
ever seen to getting in on the ground floor of a transformational
technology before the rest of the world catches on.
The full realization of this fortune-builder is still years away as
the bar code and voice URL infrastructure rolls out. But look how
fast camera phones have taken over the cell phone world.
Got a little risk capital burning a hole in your pocket? If this
works out as we expect, you'll make a fortune.

Meet the "Prosumer"
===============
That's our name for the new consumer, who uses the Internet to shop
and gather information -- it's the fastest growing mass-market
segment in the world, according to a market strategist at Procter &
Gamble.
And P&G -- with 16,000 bar codes -- takes this 20-million-person
(and mushrooming) market very, very seriously.
So, ain't it good to know that our little company is the key link to
the Prosumer market? What's more, using directed search is the most
cost-effective market to reach them thanks to pay-for-performance
Internet search.
And that, my friend, is the new killer application -- direct access
to the Prosumer market WITHOUT going through the search engine
multi-click environment.
Up to now, the only stumbling block to getting this bar code service
to market has been the need for zoom lenses on cell phones. But
now, that massive ChangeWave is happening, too.
Our research shows that 50% of cell phones with cameras will have
zoom functions this year, while the other 50% will come by 2006.
EVERY phone maker has upgrade plans to zoom lenses -- it would be
suicide not to upgrade to match their competitors.
That's why we believe Microsoft's new cell phone operating system,
called Aura, will HAVE to license this company's patents. The rest
will follow -- and then the barcode URL domain rush begins like the
one we had with URLs for the World Wide Web.
That's why this one stock could truly be worth a fortune -- if you
buy it now:
==================
This is just the beginning
==================
In Japan (where this company's patents do not apply) they are
already using bar code URLs with camera enable cell phones.
It is only a matter of time and patience before this bar code and
voice code registration machine begins to GUSH cash flow and push
this stock incredibly higher.
It's a sure thing that the Prosumer market is going to continue to
grow. And they are going to use bar codes, and eventually voice
URLs, to pro-sume. The genie is out of the bottle for the prosumer
and it's not going back in.
The only question for this company is this: Will it survive long
enough with its limited financial strength to capitalize on the
vision formulated and patented 15 to 20 years ago.
With search engine advertising growing so quickly, and prosumers
becoming more and more valuable to marketers EVERY DAY, my bet is
that this firm WILL live to see its dream realized.
And its current shareholders see this 22-cent stock valued
1,000%-10,000% HIGHER than it is today.
It will take guts, patience, and tolerance for wild daily and weekly
gyrations in the stock. But if you're willing to live with the
volatility, this stock truly has the kind of life-changing potential
we all dream of finding in microcap land.

P.S. Forget surfing the Internet, surf the real world.
By taking a picture of a bar code or entering a word or phrase in a
"Go Window," mobile users can link to any Web page in seconds. No
long URLs, Internet searches or hard-to-find-anything phone menus.
Imagine entering a product name, or taking a picture of a barcode
with your mobile phone and linking to a specific web site that
allows you to make a purchase...enter a contest...obtain a
rebate...watch a video...get a coupon...register a product -- the
applications are endless!
This could be BIGGER than Google - and it's just a 22-cent stock!
This company owns the intellectual property that connects the
physical world to your Cell or PDA in the most efficient way -- far
more efficient than Google. And they get paid each time you click
to find.
And this is truly "finding" - not time-consuming searching, like the
Web you're used to.
With this company getting paid every time someone uses
machine-readable codes to get to a remote database, we literally
cannot model the revenue stream.
But all we can say is that if Google is worth $60 billion on ad word
revenue...the mind boggles when we wonder what this stock is worth,
as it gets paid to register every trademark from the physical world
to link it to the virtual.
