BIOYF research report. http://www.cantorcanada.com/pdfFiles/20150609RX.pdf
PYDS Q1 is seasonally weak and Q4 is seasonally strong. That explains sequential drop. 1 more easy comp. After that it gets tougher but still growing at a nice clip. The 1 time gain in the 4th quarter is a tax benefit from which they have NOL carryforwards worth $40 million that start to expire in 2020. So no taxes for 4 years at least. The COO has a sell program in place since 2003. He mainly takes shares as compensation so he has to make a living somehow. It nevers goes over 10% of volume and always sells on the ask. His sells never amount to much compared to his position. In January management bought a 7 figure position albeit at lower prices in the teens. I will admit that is a decent negative him constantly selling shares. Lawsuit is from a law firm that sues a lot of companies hoping for small settlements. They may also be trying to get free advertising for clients with legit lawsuits.
If their only compensation is through shares people wouldn't want to sit on the board.
Also $PYDS bullish guidance and 9x earnings growing revs at 37% and operating income/net income over 300% last quarter.

Top 5 reasons to invest in PYDS. 1. They provide electronic payment processing which is a huge growing industry. 2. At December 31, 2014, we had available NOL carryforwards of approximately $40.8 million, which expire beginning in 2020. 3. Revenues are growing much faster than costs so that drops to the bottom line quickly and makes earnings growth faster. 4. All conditions have been satisfied to list on the Nasdaq other than share price which will be taken care of with the R/S. 5. Once they get on the Nasdaq institutional will most likely start buying. They also might explore a sale.

Depending on how much more it runs on whether I hold or not. If it gets close to 10 Ill probably sell. If not I'll hold for a few quarters or longer probably.
BSQR still very undervalued too.
Check out this tweet. GeoInvesting wants the top 5 reasons for investing in PYDS. They do bring in a lot of investors when they write. I was and still am in a stock they wrote about NVEE which at the time of the writeup had a similar multiples and growth rates as PYDS. NVEE went up 100% or so soon after that.@TrentBlair19 can you send us 5 reasons you like $PYDS? Support@geoinvesting.com. When will reverse split take effect? Thanks.

BSQR is very strong. I'll say it's goes over 10 this year if the market doesn't correct. Cheap relative to forward earnings and institutions are loading given the volume.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/Payment-Data-Services-PYDS-5649/ Pretty much a non event. Check out the PYDS board for more info.
That would be interesting.
I don't think so I made it up. Similar to that quote on Talladega Nights though. "If you ain't first you're last."
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=67175596 Reverse split will be in range of 1-12 to 1-15 I wouldn't have minded it being around 1-30 for a better post split share structure and shorter time to uplist but I'll take this. Maybe the share price will be up by the shareholder meeting so it will be over $4 after the split.
If you're not competing for 1st might as well compete for last.

Agreed.Easy 2-3 bagger I think. Maybe way more if they exceed their conservative guidance.

Agreed FSI is very undervalued here. The next 2 quarters should be huge.
If you could ask if the earnouts for the acquisition are front loaded back loaded or spread out evenly I'd appreciate it.
I can't remember a day when FSI wasn't up 5%. Has to be institutions loading. I know some traders are pushing it up too but they usually take profits way before a 100%+ move.
It did for a couple hours. Not towards the end of the day even went green for a little while and closed barely down.
Looks like some folks picked up some cheap shares into the mid 20s. All the way back to where it was trading yesterday.
Yea they just do that to try and get a free settlement or for free advertising.
PYDS being investigated by law firm. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/shareholder-alert-levi-korsinsky-llp-205500208.html
He's very conservative. Still probably 200% upside.
Definitely been a good stock. I'm up about 100% in a few months. I keep wondering if it's going to consolidate. It seems to go up 5-10% everyday for the past week or two.
Sprylogics International Inc. Is Redefining Fantasy Sports, Data Aggregation And Artificial Intelligence. http://seekingalpha.com/article/3214486-sprylogics-international-inc-is-redefining-fantasy-sports-data-aggregation-and-artificial-intelligence Interesting stock but still running big net losses. Nice one to keep a eye on for future quarterly reports.
These pick 3s remind me why I don't concentrate microcap positions. Over these 2 contests I've been down 40%. Down only a few % in my real portfolio of 16 stocks.
Right. Down 70% and going down more. In a big downtrend. http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=OXIS
I've been watching BSQR move up in my account too. FSI has been doing the same. Nice article on it today. http://seekingalpha.com/article/3216776-flexible-solutions-core-business-performing-above-expectations
FSI Core Business Performing Above Expectations http://seekingalpha.com/article/3216776-flexible-solutions-core-business-performing-above-expectations
Always get out before the 99% crash though. This one well on its way. Pump and dumps always crash 99%.
People must pay that guy with worthless shares in the company he promoted. OXIS FRTD VPOR for example.
No way am I buying this stock. This thing has so much convertible debt and warrants that a 60 day order at .0001 might just get filled. Have fun losing money.
I've been warning people about this stock since it was .07 Stocks with this much convertible debt always crash. Plus they're reverse splitting just to dump shares. Notice all the stock pumpers have moved on. They pumped and dumped everybody here. I would cut losses and move on before the reverse split completely wipes out longs.
My bad this stock doesn't even file with the SEC. Hasn't had any filings in a while. It look interesting at first but now it doesn't. The guy that sent the email does a lot of DD but if a stock doesn't file with the SEC I don't invest.
UPGI I got this email. It's a value NCAV stock. I don't have a position since I buy growth stocks but it's still interesting.
Name: Universal Power Group
Symbol: UPGI
Market: NASDAQ
As at March 31st, 2015.
NCAV: $19.22M (Excluding the special dividend and tax assets.)
Market Cap: $9.44M
NCAV/Share: $3.68 (Fully diluted.)
Price: $1.88
Price/NCAV: 51.1%
Burn Rate QoQ: 0%
Burn Rate YoY: 2% incr
Debt to Equity: 30%
Current Ratio: 2.56x
Qualitative: While the company has a Debt to Equity ratio that is a bit higher than I would like, it has halved this ratio over the previous 3 or 4 years. That's fantastic. The balance sheet is getting stronger and the firm's NCAV is stable. The firm also profitable and just distributed a $0.10 per share dividend to investors as of May 27th, 2015. Management also owns a good chunk of the shares.
I've owned Universal Power Group for a about 10 months and am up 25%. Despite that, I'm still expecting a 100% increase from today's price within 2 years. Management seems to be moving the business in the right direction. Despite that, the market hasn't really recognized the improvements so the stock is sitting slightly lower than it was in 2012.
While I won't predict where the stock price will go, this company has a great mix of characteristics that makes substantial investment gains highly likely.
