I agree with you wholeheartedly on the waste of time and think Warren Buffett said it best...
“Forecasts may tell you a great deal about the forecaster; they tell you nothing about the future.”
Great info Bio. I wonder if some of the preclinical studies focused on where CiaB should be placed for the best result. The precision and expertise that Imaging Endpoints will bring sounds like it will be key to our trial successes. I wonder if they will also help with the Phase 1 studies with TD2.
Nice that VH and Hidalgo will be involved with Dr Lohr in trial design. What other announcements to follow? I am on pins and needles... :)
Personally, I am not looking for a quick buck and I know what I own. I am comfortable with my investment and see my reward being realized in the future.
We know that we have NDA's signed by interested parties and we know why they're interested in Cell in a Box(R) technology.
Additionally, the line up on this team is all star... Doctors Von Hoff, Hidalgo and Lohr, just to name a few...
Nice, Pete...
I was very surprised to see the price fall today. But then, I am always surprised at the pps here. I can only attribute it to this being an R&D biotech with no revenue, on the OTCQB. Raising money for trials is also very difficult at this price.
But as they say, "It is what it is."
I am holding here for the long haul. The price may be low but in my very humble opinion, I think we still have a winning technology in Cell in a Box(R).

Yeah, that's what interests me with this company. Thanks, I will check out that site...
Rosetta Genomics to Present at the 17th Annual Rodman & Renshaw Global Investment Conference
Rosetta Genomics Ltd. (NASDAQ: ROSG), a leading developer and provider of microRNA-based molecular diagnostics, announces that Company management will participate in the upcoming 17th Annual Rodman & Renshaw Global Investment Conference being held from September 8-10, 2015 at the St. Regis Hotel in New York City. Ken Berlin, Rosetta’s President and Chief Executive Officer, will present a corporate overview and update on September 10, 2015 at 5:05 p.m. Eastern time.
I don't think it is strange at all that people who worked together in the past at one company, find themselves working together again at another company.
This kind of thing happens all the time, in all sectors...
Of course it's applicable. I have done my DD here and this is where I choose to invest my money. I continue my DD by watching my investment closely.
Do you know that Warren Buffett invested in Coca Cola after tasting Cherry Coke? I am sure he looked at the company in depth but that is what made him want to invest.
I love that Cell in a Box(R) technology has so many potential uses and it has been proven in the past. I love that Dr Von Hoff and a host of other world-renowned doctors are also stakeholders in the success of this technology.
It is what I choose to do and Warren Buffett also knows what it means to investment in what you believe. It doesn't matter that he does not believe in this stock. If it mattered, there would only be a handful of stocks in which it would be worth investing and they'd all be in Berkshire Hathaway.
To the contrary, there are lots of investment choices. This one just happens to be mine. That was all I was saying...
And the pps, does not affect my decision to stick here and wait out getting past all the dilution and other challenges of being an R&D with no revenue on the OTC.
We are still in the game and still have an all star team...
“Diversification is protection against ignorance. It makes little sense if you know what you are doing.”
“Keep all your eggs in one basket, but watch that basket closely.”

I would say there are longs here who share the same sentiments about PharmaCyte. :)
Great Von Hoff quote...
Anyone out there long on this one?
Yep...
"Just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they're not out to get you..."
No problem. Dr Gunzburg addressed the freezing issue in the corporate video as it relates to patents. He said the freezing technique is crucial to mass production and having the technique patented was further protection for CiaB.
http://www.pharmacytebiotech.com/media/
It can now be frozen and kept for mass market use...

We all know this technology has been around since the late '90s. Many of the research papers that have been passed around here date way back then. I think most people read them and would know this.
Additionally, the Most recent patent is for freezing, just like Gunzburg said in the video. Again, nothing deceptive here. They have made advancements and have new patents for Cell in a Box.
Dr Eva Maria Brandtner, Director of Diabetes Program, was even involved in the patent for freezing. More puzzle pieces fitting together. We are all good here....

It would do well to open the article and see the authors. They are the same doctors working with PMCB right now. There is no intent to deceive here, at least not on the part of PMCB....
Doctors Lohr, Salmons and Gunzburg co-authored this article. It has been noted all along that they are co-creators of Cell in a Box(R) technology.

Gotta love that, S2W...
I don't think it is bold at all but right in line with company reporting...
"But with the prospect of large trials looming down the road, the company also is assessing the interest of big pharmas, and many have signed nondisclosure agreements.
'We’ve been approached by a number of people who want to get involved,” Waggoner said. “They’ve recognized that our treatment is very different from any approach out there.'"
--------------------------------------------------------------------
DEFINITION of 'Non-Disclosure Agreement - NDA'
A legal contract between two or more parties that signifies a confidential relationship exists between the parties involved. The confidential relationship often will refer to information that is to be shared between the parties but should not be made available to the general public.
Also referred to as a 'confidentiality agreement'.
BREAKING DOWN 'Non-Disclosure Agreement - NDA'
NDAs arise when two companies are about to do business together. The parties are often restricted from releasing information regarding any business processes of the counter-party that are integral to the company's operations. NDAs also may arise between an employer and employee. If the employee will have access to sensitive information about the company they may be asked to sign a NDA when they are hired. This will provide an incentive to the employee not to release this sensitive information and avoid a costly legal headache.

Big hahaha...
“Games are won by players who focus on the playing field –- not by those whose eyes are glued to the scoreboard.”
Warren Buffett
Dr. Lohr, Dr. Gunzburg, Dr. Salmons, Dr. Rabe, Dr. Crabtree, Dr. Von Hoff, Dr. Hidalgo... Just to name a few of the All Star Players here.
They are all lined up for human clinical trials to treat abdominal cancers and diabetes.
Just waiting on cGMP.... Soon to come from the looks of it...
http://www.thestreet.com/story/13265691/1/pharmacyte-biotech-announces-successful-completion-of-interim-audit-of-gmp-facility-for-the-production-of-cell-in-a-box-for-clinical-trials.html
I am also a proud owner of PMCB... Cell in a Box technology to possibly cure diabetes, treat malignant ascites for all abdominal cancers, pain for pancreatic cancer and make inoperable pancreatic cancer, operable...
And who knows what else may be in the pipeline, oh yeah, brain cancer with cannabanoids...
:)
Have a great weekend all!
Thanks Bio... :)
I share and discuss DD when I think it has value or merit. So if your DD has merit. Please do share. I am willing to learn.
And what would this promoter have to gain?
And Dr Von Hoff, Dr Hidalgo and Dr Lohr?
Why not just do us all the pleasure of providing us with this great DD? It may open a lot of eyes and a great discussion as well.
Thanks Bio... It was good news, the progress we are making with cGMP... :)
It does seem that some have been playing this one for years...
I guess it is a good thing that some know when to sell to make a profit.
However, I would not even consider doing that with a stock in R&D for human health care.
But I guess we have only been in the biotech business for a couple of years. Hard to shake off the shorts that have been playing this stock for a long time, or so it seems. PMCB, formerly ESFS and NVLX...
It is a good and balanced report...
Here is the link...

I have developed my opinion from my own DD. I read company PRs and peer-reviewed medical research reports. I also do DD on all players involved.
I am optimistic because of the technology and players involved. However, I don't think anyone knows anything outside of what is being reported so I don't pay attention to messages of news coming soon.
Unless of course, we have word from the company.
I am looking forward to cGMP approval and the commencement of trials right now. We could also hear of a partnership or a buy out. We may also hear about the TD2 trials at some point, but I doubt it since they are not required and there seems to be some interest and secrecy as a result of the NDAs.
Being long, and having most of my shares in a ROTH, mean that whether news comes tomorrow or next year, I am still good in my investment. Not cashing in until CiaB realizes its true value.
I have no problem at all waiting for that...
We are definitely on the same page here. I am looking so forward to trials and seeing this technology help many in need.
I sleep well at night with PMCB shares under my pillow...
:)
Nice posts, Shrimp2Whales. Glad to see someone new who has taken the time to do DD and understands the risks and potential rewards. I agree with you. This play is definitely worth the risk because of the potential for huge reward.
I like your analogy of tucking your shares under the pillow and waiting. That is exactly the play here, imo. There is always the possibility that a buy-out could come any day. That is why I never sell a share.
However, until a buy-out or partnership, we go it on our own and we take the lumps with the gains. The gains right now are not monetary, but they will come, imo...
I watch the players, not the scoreboard as the great Warren Buffett advises...
GLTU
Thanks for the insight. I did not look at Level 2 today...
Funding for pending trials.... It's expected.
Very nice volume today. Like to see the many buys today. Not sure what could be the motivator behind the interest today. Maybe payday Friday. :)
I just don't see any big news for a while. The last PR about GMP seemed like we were at least a few weeks away from getting approval.
Well, anyway, a nice way to end the week.
Enjoy your weekend all!
Great find Rudy...
Absolutely, Golf. Dr Von Hoff is very well respected and an advocate for patients. He is certainly a key player in our road to success... :)
GLTU
I don't know if it's that they don't believe it or they just don't invest in pennystocks still pending human trials with no revenue.
Either way, those of us who do believe are sticking around to see how we do in human trials for our pancreatic cancer, ascites and diabetes treatments. After CiaB is proven, the street will have no option but to take note. Time will tell and longs are in no rush. We can wait for all the pieces to fall into place...
" But with the prospect of large trials looming down the road, the company also is assessing the interest of big pharmas, and many have signed nondisclosure agreements. "
Results have apparently been shared with some key players.
