The 13.89 happened at 7:09AM.
Was that $13.89 trade for more than 50,000 shares?
I didn't buy or sell today but it just goes to show you need to be really careful.
Yikes, a lot of PM buying had to be thinking this was new.
Well, it seems they are getting help. This is the same award we knew about but wasn't PR'd? If correct, some people got raped in the premarket. Is this new or not?
Is there news? Big premarket volume and someone paid 13.89??? I don't know what the share count was on that trade, but 70,000 overall so far.
The way you write it is clear and makes sense. I have no reason to doubt you. But that's not the way the company communicated it (just like the 24/7 $80 million that everybody heard) and we are always left to try to clarify things on here, leading to arguments etc. They need to do a better job of it. There is no reason for this confusion.
Was hoping there'd be some signs of fear to being out over the weekend but apparently not. The tale of 2 Fridays. Wow.
If they made $3 million on $9.8 revenues, pop the champagne. I doubt it. They even said margins worsened.
I exhausted my post limit yesterday apparently and could not answer. All good. Accepted.
Dr. Schmoeckel said one, but I hear Mr. Hyde thinks differently. Someone needs to clarify.
You're an anti dentite
George Costanza "Ya know Jerry, it really wasn't an apology". OK, I won't slug you at the victory party.
"Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends, We're so glad you could attend. Come inside come inside"
over 330,000 premarket shares and 10.10. Encouraging.
Ya know pal, I have been posting relevant stuff today and discussing where we are at. I'd describe my posts today as cautiously optimistic. I don't know who you think you are talking to but I'll give you your own device. Shut up
275,000 premarket shares. 10.15 last
I doubt it for two reasons. I don't think he thinks that way (I'm not sure how he thinks when it comes to us peons), and perhaps more important, it would be unethical to sell the PP at $9.50 if he knew something that's undisclosed.
207,000 shares premarket. Currently 10.12 I show. Crazy.
I also think the extra $10 million in the PP and the $9.50 price stopped the premarket rally to a certain extent. The Army news spurred a rise. Quickly snuffed by the additional dilution. Theories on why we need all this extra cash welcome. Curious timing for all of this.
You know, I saw on Monday, somebody sold 2500 shares after hours at 11.35, one minute before the news broke. What coincidental ahem luck huh?
My assumption (yes this can be either bad or wrong) is that the people buying into this PP to the tune of 5 million shares, do not have the same attachment to this that most of us do. This will result in a lot more shares for sale as they take profits. A bunch may sell right away if we are over 10, taking a very quick profit. That holds us down no? I'd love to be privy to the sales pitch given.
My initial reaction is it limits our downside but will hinder the upside as well, at least short term. A lot of volume over 10 this AM. Somebody is still "all in".

PP is $50 million at 9.50
Clints, this was a big opportunity, just like 100% of the time. I'm confused though. If we fall further tomorrow, is that another opportunity? And what does that do to today's opportunity? To think, 25 short hours ago I was under the impression we were cruising to early August earnings. My biggest question was how high would we get before those earnings and how much further would the earnings push us(?) I am certain, many of you thought the same. Now, how quickly there is zero short term to point to. BARDA? Nope. Earnings already out and not what anyone expected. Dilution? Yep. And I'm on the record being OK with that if we had shown the sales. $9.8? Please. Ahhh, but REMOVE, that'll do it. Nope. Delayed, and can anyone confidently say or feel they are sure those results will be great? You can't trust what they say, yet some who heard it, verbatim, say "No, I think it's you, you misunderstood". I didn't sell. I hope it goes up. I have no ulterior motives. I want Mike to buy the best freakin piano out there. 25 short hours. Confident. The world is good. Not.
The stock went from $15 to $4 but "100%" of the time that it fell 15 to 20% it was a buying opportunity. The new math.
At 10:11AM he responds to his own post, the post you list and says it was "buried" in the prospectus, the delay of REMOVE. I don't like it either but that's what he wrote. Have a good day.
Clints, he posted today it's delayed to the "second half" of the year.
Don't know if anyone has posted this, apologies if so, but Techxen posted on stocktwits that REMOVE is delayed. He read it in one of the docs released yesterday.
I'm long. I hope you're right
My statement shows minus $80,000 since 4PM yesterday. What a shortsighted fool I am. I'm so embarrassed.
Who set those $80 million and 24/7 expectations? Anybody here make that up, or was it said by the 2 CEOs? If investors shouldn't inflate expectations during a pandemic, should the company? I'm just asking because I don't think one person on here knew that $80 million was the number or that, since March, they were going 24/7. Nobody invented those expectations.
My 7/4 post Hemo. Read it. I was called a baby. My credibility is intact. Aliberto's post earlier was spot on. I really don't care what Bloomberg said or how right they were. I didn't misunderstand the words of Chan and President #2 Capponi. I listened to the leaders of the company I am invested in, not Bloomberg. If you are fine with the $9.8 after what you were told, that's your business. I bet you are in the minority. Bigtime. I communicate with 7 investors privately and used to e-mail with Dwight/Bertha. NOT ONE is happy. Not one. Paint it how you like. And if the forum is just for positive comments it doesn't serve any purpose. I'm here for serious discussion and information and I make my own decisions.
Sickening to see my post from July 4th. Go ahead. Click on it. I've posted before I was involved in two total losses, Implant Sciences and Crystallex. What did they have in common? Posters that attacked the intelligence, motives and integrity of anyone who dared to ever say "Wait, that doesn't quite add up and pass the smell test". Keep your eyes open folks.
Thanks for responding sir. Sorry for the confusion. Used to fish with my Dad on the old sunshine bridge, the one the ship hit. Peace.
No, I was away from the forum for awhile and somebody told me he had something deleted or he was. Hes the greatest poster and if he gets deleted it would be troubling. Seems like a misunderstanding. Sorry for any confusion. I'm upset with this income number. I'd be fine with the financing if the income was where it should have been. You posted in early July about 24/7 production. We were misled.
Here's a good post smacking down Mike. We have 2 presidents that just got us 9.8 million in a pandemic. What would the wise CEO say?
Is there an elective bypass? You either have blockages that could kill you or you dont. How many cancelled elective heart surgeries postponed? Fire a doctor the day after you put him on a cc to explain things to us ( unbelievable in retrospect), oh BARDA is big, no it isn't, 2and quarter will be huge, dont be shortsighted (comical).....anybody getting nervous on REMOVE? Trust these guys. Some will suggest I should sell right? I have been long and own a ton. Sell? I might. I dont trust them like I should. Not anymore. Did Tech get a post deleted?
Good reasoned post, thanks, but why dont we have that clarification you mention? It belongs in the PR releasing the numbers. Minor leaguers at the top here. Flubbed national interviews and were given a gift wrapped virus. Their best job selling us during the single biggest medical emergency in my 62 year lifetime? 9.8 million after a 3 million backlog. Nope. They misled us and I will start posting the cc quotes. Big balls they have.
