Things are moving fast these days. Great IMO. Also really appreciate the transparency they're providing more. Hiring their IR guy was a fantastic move on their part.
I think news next week. Materialise perhaps?
Just got the release too. Mr. witty held to his word and made an announcement.
"Business moving forward" love that part!
Glta!
And 15 more employees.
Wouldn't that be something...
Thank you for this clarification. So the "window of opportunity" that Mr. witty stated in his email means the "BIG" news is coming soon and they wanted this in place to earn some extra $ for the company?
Funny you mention "window" of opportunity:

Yes, tomorrow maybe?
Glad to see pps wasn't effected today.
From the email I received from Mr. witty, we will see a PR related to it very soon.
Just question for the board:
What is everyone's opinion on an uplist without reverse split? Do we think it's possible to reach $2/share on it's own (quickly?)
Quote from Mr. witty regarding S3 :
"Generally there isn't much to say, but we had a window of opportunity for the filing so wanted to get it out of the way. "
Received email back from Mr. witty. More information regarding the S3 prospectus will be provided to us very soon...
That's my overall thoughts as well. Foreseeing the need for cash to ramp up production...
What's your opinion on the S3? Good? Bad?
Yep, I think your exactly right. Uplist is in process.
I agree with your Round3r. I'm not sure how to interpret this, but my take is it's all more hoops to jump through to uplist. IMO it's a good sign!
Just my 2 cents (and my medical background) being able to 3d print from X-rays is a BIG deal. I really think medical applications for 3d printing will be a huge market for them.
I predict we close green today with the news. More eyes everyday on us...
Okay, thanks. (And that question does sound like one of us "sigma-maniacs". We're starting to get quite a large following..
Were you able to view it?
Any good updates that is Sigma labs related?
I've had a buy order at .12, why hasn't it cleared? What's the hold up?!

Haha, I'm not sure about divine intervention, but I do know a bunch of really smart guys have developed a way to save BIG companies LOTS of money when manufacturing critical components.
I hope my post was beneficial to everyone in that it puts the "25%" time savings into perspective (amount of money)
even if my numbers aren't 100% accurate (which I'm sure they're not given the limited info GE will release about fuel nozzle build times) it demonstrates just how much PrintRite3D is needed to increase manufacturing ability.
P.S.
(Buying more Monday as well)
I have no idea what the value of a fuel nozzle will be, BUT I was able to calculate the time savings value PrintRite3d will provide GE. So should give us all a better understanding of Sigma's PrintRite3d Technology value/price.
The build rate for SLM is said to be:
20 mm/h (0.79 in./hour)
(7.9 x 9.8 x 13 in.) size (based on an EOS M280 model)
Nozzle 10”x5” (approx, based off of pictures/video)
=(Approx) 8 hours build time
45000 year=865/month=5/hour to meet full production demand
5x8 hours= 40 machines to meet quota (similar to the “estimated” 50 mentioned when at full capacity)
Therefore, with the 25% time reduction for manufacturing from PrintRite3D software, it will save GE 2 hours of build/processing time. Which over the course of a year is, 45000x8 hours=360,000 hours- 45000x6=270,000=90,000 saved=11,000 MORE fuel nozzles can be manufactured in the one year.
Now this is based on an EOS M280 model, with capacity for one fuel nozzle at a time. With more developments in 3D printers, the platforms will increase in size and I foresee more than one fuel nozzle being printed at a time, therefore reducing production time even more.
Now, if one takes into account the 19-21 fuel nozzles needed per LEAP engine. (we'll say 20 for average) then, 20/11,000=550 MORE engines can be produced in the one year.
$7.7 mill each for engines=423 million more a year in engine sales/delivery for GE
Now what price would you value each PrintRite3D at?
These are ALL estimates and if they are able to produce more than one nozzle in a machine, that would increase production time by 2. Just had a few minutes to research and crunch numbers, (PLEASE forgive any mathematical errors). My brain hurts from all this math! (PLEASE forgive any mathematical errors)

New York, New York, September 8, 2014 – Ryanair today announced its commitment to purchase 200 LEAP-1B engines to power 100 Boeing 737 MAX 200. Boeing formally launched the airplane, a variant of the MAX 8 that can accommodate up to 200 passengers, today with this order. Once finalized, the firm engine order is valued at more than $2.6 billion U.S. at list price.
The effective building volume
is 200 x 250 x 330 mm (7.9 x 9.8 x 13 in.) and
the building speed, depending on the powder
material, is up to 20 mm/h (0.79 in./h)

Rengers explained that in order to meet its annual production target of 45,000 fuel nozzles a year, General Electric
SLA 3D printing has doubled in speed about every 18 months over the last 10 years, approaching speeds for some parts that are nearly comparable to injection molding.

The plans to use 3D printing technology by GE Oil and Gas mirror those announced last year by GE's aviation division, the world's largest supplier of jet engines, to produce metal fuel nozzles for CMF Leap jet engines. Those fuel nozzles are made using a computer-controlled laser which shoots pinpoint beams onto a bed of cobalt-chromium powder to melt the metal alloy in the desired areas, creating layers one by one with 20-micrometer thickness.

I will add more today. As has been stated many times, my feeling is when news hits, it's going to hit fast and hard.
"GE to utilize Sigma Labs PrintRite3d software for quality assurance at their additive manufacturing facility"
This goes on CNBC and/or WallStreet journal, the "big" money will find us and gobble up these cheap chairs in a hurry.
All those dots you listed are why I'm here and think more great things are to come!
Love that part.
Also:
"compatibility with ALL 3D printers and their software"
The only part I saw was "we are in discussions with the current INSPECT customers NOW"
Seems like somewhat of a timeline to sales with GE.
"Regarding our name not being mentioned by GE or Honeywell, they have in fact used our name repeatedly in presentations they have made to both technical audiences as well as investor conferences. In particular, GEA has been very vocal about using our technology as they move into production. Greg Morris himself in a recent web cast with GE Capital mentioned working with Sigma Labs.
Wonder if it was when he was pressed by one of us here during the webcast and he mentioned "B6 Sigma". Obviously, Mr. Morris informed Mr. Cola of that...
Sigmanics flooding the chat board haha. Mark and Vivek, hope your ready!
I caught that too! Honeywell and GE = big $$$ time.
Biomedical is the BIGGEST push for Materialise currently... Just FYI
(Mr. Dave mentioned Europe)
13 minutes. Although I don't believe we will get "life changing" announcements, my biggest hope is to leave with more answers than questions. Put some unanswered questions to rest once and for all.
Anything is possible! However, it is my belief we won't see sales of PrintRite3d until GE announces the purchase of specific 3D printers (i.e. 10 EOS M289's). At which point, questions will have to be answered about their manufacturing software they'll be using AND how they'll be adhering to industry standards/meeting FAA approvals, etc.
Just my opinion, but like I said, this company has a way of announcements from left field so to speak.
On investor's lounge for retail investor's conference, Amanda Cola (Mark's wife) is listed as Business Operations Manager. Just interesting to note.
Thanks! Love the PrintRite3d name being used (finally!).
I truly believe they've got big news for us. This web conference is too well timed before the series of conferences they'll be presenting at.
We really are at the cutting edge of groundbreaking technology:
Look which company specifically is mentioned first...GE and it's fuel nozzles.
http://www.fool.com/investing/general/2014/09/09/why-3d-printing-stocks-could-have-a-tremendous-run.aspx
Sounds good, just always interested in other's insights.
My hope/dream is it comes from GE's side but just watched their new investor's presentation regarding gas and oil and saw a TON of names of smaller contractors their working with. I truly believe Sigma is important (critically) for GE to manufacture aerospace components, but not sure they'll "name drop" them so to speak just because..
Looking forward to tomorrow though!
In your opinion, then, do you think GE will announce a contract or Sigma Labs will. Just wandering which side we should be watching?
Live in 2 minutes!

Watch for interview with Mr. Greg Morris of GE.
We break .13 yet? Anybody with L2 see bids sitting?
