Over 410k shares trades in the first 20 minutes today to a slight upside. Someone is loading up for some reason.
I hope you are not paying the $10 trade commission on those .80 trades. If so, not a good strategy.
Send this to CLYW and see if they know about it. I am sure they do.
It looks like Mr. Williams is buying again today. Some of the blocks are on the large size today.
I see. Well mum's the word until you do.
OK but why?
It looks like David just picked up another 370,000 shares this week. It appears HE still thinks this is going to end up well.
There is a huge facility being built in Holland, Michigan that will be producing spring or early summer of 2011. The plant is hiring between 800-1500 employees.
That would have been wise
How much money does daic and Williamson have? Could they pay a $100-$500MM if it is awarded? A large settlement does not mean anything if they cannot pay. Remember the OJ verdict in the civil case? All in all, I hope you are right. Take care.
Chiroman07,
If you still own the stock why would want to make negative statements for other interested investors to read and move on? If you still think this or any stock is crap, sell and move on.
I do not think anyone wants to sell their shares at these levels and are willing to wait this out a while longer. If this opportunity turns out like those JS did some years ago, it will have an unbelievable outcome. Refer to some older messages from Brad Herrin. With these low volumes, it provide opportunity for some to sell very small volume at lower levels trying to spark a panic (like today). If you saw 2-3MM shares trade in a day going down, then worry but these volumes are nothing because people do not want to sell at anywhere near these levels in large volumes.
Also, they have owned the technology that other companies are now calling 4G for over 5 years and T-Mobile was using it with their T-Home product that was cause for the law suit. There about 20-30 other companies that could be involved worldwide.
To ALL, Look at CLYW's history and future potential. All of the court decisions on their patent case against T-Mobil so far have been in their favor.
Ditto
This week. Just speculating.
Wednesday afternoon or before the market opens on Thursday is my prediction.
He has called twice but I missed him both times. I sent him an email yesterday and asked him to call just my cell phone. He hasn't called since I set that message. Sorry but he tried.
He will not give you any references (and if he does I would be shocked)that demonstrate his claims. Nearly everything he saids are anger statements that only reflect what he thinks happened as a result of the history. MHO
I sure hope so. Take care.
He did call back on Monday but I missed the call. He sent me an email and ask to call him back on Friday. That is what I am going to do. I will stay in touch.
Not yet. I was not available for much of the day. I did make a call to him around 2:00 but I was in a Dr.'s appointment until 4:30 or so. He almost always calls me near the end of the day so I am not expecting a call tonight. I will stay in touch with this board when I make contact with him. Best regards.
I will for sure. I look forward to my talk with him. Take care.

So Asdfghj,
What are your thoughts about this PR and what it all means for NLI and WLSA?
Best regards.
The Bone
Why are you saying that?
I did ask him about that and he said that they paid a huge portion of the payment but not quite all and it was an agreed amount for the time with Sasktel. I do not know what was paid but he said they are satisfied for now. That is all I know.
I hope to know more next Monday. I will report what he says if he tells me news worthy items. He told me he should be able to report on some things.
I assume these court orders means it is upward and onward. I do not like the length of time until then but the longer the patent is violated and the award goes in our favor, the higher the award for back violations. Right?
Maent - the post you responded to was deleted. Was it Sunny on some crude remark about my post where John and I spoke?
Take care.
I agree.
So you would think they would just settle with CLYW because the penalty from pass revenues and fees would be just cocktail money for T-Mobile.
They know they are wrong, so just pay it and be done with the negative press.
John called me yesterday and said that he is going to Europe and has business meetings all weekend. He didn't say much beyond that but he wanted me to call him back on the 15th.
SO the bottom line is that you think Calyspo is still in the drivers seat on this and T-Mobile is just blowing smoke to distort the vision of the court. I would think the judge would see through that as well and rule to reject the dismissal in favor of Calyspo. If that happens what do you think are the odds of T-Mobile trying to settle over the past and generate a contract for the future of Calyspo?
Thank you.
It is a business trip to the EU and not specifically a vacation.
Didn't T-Mobile all but admit their use of this patent in earlier filings but indicated that that was because they concluded the patent's ownership was in question and valid and indicated that because of it didn't matter anyway? Now in yesterday's filing they are all but denying all charges because they had no knowledge of the issues Calypso has brought forth. Am I reading this right and if so, wouldn't the court see through this and realize they are doing everything they can think of to turn the opinion in their favor.
I think they are pulling for straws now. With all of T-Mobile's previous motions and filings, it appeared to me that they were getting very worried about their outcome trying a change of venue, time delays, etc. to find a way out.
Thoughts?
Is that suppose to be April 6, 2010?
No one can tell at point. But, if it would turn out anything like RIMM and have a royalty charge of say .25/mo per phone, that would be approximately $75MM per month for just the US and possibly Canada. There is also some minor equipment changes to the phones that need to be done but I have no idea what that would be. This just my guess. Actually, it may even be more that .25 per phone.
Well said.
I do not understand the mentality of shorting a .035 stock with the insiders buying at those levels. Does anyone think these are being sold "naked"? What is to gain from a .035 stock unless you have millions of shares? And it would difficult to buy those back on any news what-so-ever.
