Up to 40 million outstanding was what I heard as well. So it shouldn't be much more.
That's only 110k shares, should be fine. We'll see if they continue issuing more shares now.
Yeah, everything can happen. The bottom this last time was way higher than it should have been through. I will sell my shares at 0.35 if we goes under that, it depends on the volume, I might add shares there tomorrow.
If we're not seeing another raise tomorrow then I think it could be a good opportunity to buy. There are strong buyers here at the moment, it's a new thing for us as you know. Things can turn around very quickly, but it seems like they are not in a big hurry to add since they're not pushing the SP higher than 0.40.
25% return/dividend/year is a very good return if you're thinking long term.
Don’t fight the dumping.. you will not win.
I’m adding a few more tomorrow. We actually have buyers.
I trade both on otc and merkur, otc is way better tho, but you have to pay taxed for the ones on otc.
Less than half position now. I'm so tired of these guys..
The ask looks thin.. Done selling?
There are still issues though, I am assured that many people would feel much better about investing if they knew that the dilution would stop from a certain point and that siaf have enough money to pay their loans.
Siaf, not much would change if TRW got it
Everything would change if siaf is getting a lousy 10y $20M dollar loan right now. Then we should be trading at 3 bucks again.
Yes, there are new buyers in town. You could basically look at the dividend as they are paying out 10 cents yearly right now since we are in the middle of the year already and they will raise it next year anyway. It's a decent payout on a 40 cent stock.

First time (except for once in 2017 07 10) since the top that we have seen a higher volume that doesn't kill the stock (on balance volume), this is the best indicator for finding a bottom. I'm gonna upgrade my target to 0,58 cents now, and it might actually go higher.
Noticed that Nisse just started to pump siaf again, how many years ago was it when that happened last?
I'm thinking of if I should be adding more actually.
I know you will say something so yes, I bought 104k shares mid 30 cents, it was more expensive than the last time I bought shares here.. Good improvement :p
It actually looks like we could get good momentum if the dilution stops now for a few days at least, and I like that we saw these larger buyers stepping in after the dividend announcement.
Of course, we will see 52 cents very soon.
I think they might be done with this 0.55cent batch now, so we'll see if it could challenge the last couple of years behavior.
There's actually buyers here now (after the dividend announcement) seems like it was a long time ago we saw larger real buyers.
0,52 cents soon I think.
I would say that the ECAB loan made it collapse, to pay $16M back prematurely when they were in the middle of the project with bills to pay wasn’t great. That was the starting point in this death spiral, Solomon didn’t manage things in a good way either of course which of course also was devastating for the SP.
What also piss me off is Solomons salary, which of course grew this year...
Oh, must have missed that. That was great news. Not so toxic after all ;)
We can agree about that they are real screw ups, and have done a lot of things wrong, but the dividend itself wasn’t a mistake it’s the first step in order to gain any credibility here.
I agree about settle debt for 55 cents, 3 bucks or the Garrett loan wasn’t the best nor having any cash available as a backup. They’re really struggling here, and if they can’t get out any money out from TRW it will get even worse. Garrett will probably convert his whole amount soon if they can’t come up with the money, but that would be better than letting these other guys dump at any price.
I totally agree, it would be nice to hear for what $ amount they settled for 0.55cents at the CC.
It will effect the SP a lot if it was for $4m or $8,5m. If they doesn’t say anything about this then I guess there’s more shares to come.
This is priority 1 to address, how much more debt will be converted in the future.
It would suck if they converts half of those $14M, that would be almost 13 million shares. Then we will be trading at 10 cents.
Also if he’s able to make a deal with them to make them into preferred shares and give them a premium price to buy them back at 70cents in a year.
Yes, it’s in the Q report which note it was, they owes 14 million dollar to them in total.
I guess they settled for $5 millions then :/
Spot on, don’t expect any responses tho, haha.
Yes, I remember this as well, I got like 7000 shares from the market makers in the first minute of trading.
Agree, it will for sure close the gap, as always.
The thing is with all this selling there’s no bottom even if Solomon promised a dividend, however it’s a very nice step in order to show some shareholder friendly actions, and we will see much more buyers here going forward. Nothing big is going to happen unless they get that loan or stop issuing more shares for the sellside.
Try to make TRW transfer money to siaf, we have been hoping for that day to come for a long time now. Solomon rather diluted siaf with 5 million shares for $3,5 million than transferring some of its profits.
At least or should I say hopefully, Siaf will make more money through consulting fees going forward.
Would you rather like them to dilute more shares to lenders or to us shareholders who invested here for a reason? Also there’s also a way for people to buy more shares and get an option to get leverage at today’s share price. There’s not only cons.
The problem is the dumping, t-trade for 50k shares today. Basically, all volume during the day is dumping, but yes, of course, they "buy/trade" it up 3 cents at the end of the day as always for it to look better for next day so they can sell more shares.
The share can't and will not go up unless the dumping stops.
