It is still possible to get to the NASDAQ without a reverse split. There are many combinations of things that could drive the current pps into Nasdaq range. I think you are wrong to think the company would not want to uplist in the $5 range (you can get on the Nasdaq for less). Uplisting would bring exposure to the company.
Anyway, we're on the same team. Go ambs!
I agree with that 100%.
What a great trading day.
I'll take a five figure account gain any day!
Been waiting to say this.
WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Sounds good. Lets go AMBS!
Volume not keeping up with yesterday so far.
Can anyone else get the NY Times link to work.
Several tries and i can not.
Close on Dec 1.

On its way down in between big news.
I agree.
They are connected in the case of doing business together. Take a close look at BDX. They do a lot of business. They wont break out the banners and do a PR for testing. LOL
Down the road....yes.
So if BDX finds good data for AMBS, BDX at that point will say "OK thanks guys, see ya later"
LOL
I would say that BDX being on the inside of the kitchen, to see what AMBS is cooking, is a good connection. Means nothing now, but if the data is good BDX will consider larger options with AMBS.
I'd say its one of the dots.
Still some major dots out there.
Sounds good now give us the 10Q
The late filing said five days from the 14th of Aug. To me that means the end of the day today or its late again!
Lets hope not.
Upset with TDA and the DTC chill. Can not buy anymore with them right now. S.O.B!
Glad to hear your thoughts. We will see in time.
DTC Chill
Sent an email to TDA today and got this back. They SUCK!
Thank you for your email. At this time AMBS is under DTC chill. When an issue is designated as DTC chill at DTCC it is not eligible for physical deposit or delivery through the DTC. This industry wide DTC "Chill" restriction prohibits a clearing firms', specifically TD Ameritrade¿s, ability to settle trades and prevents book entry deliveries. This restriction prohibits a clearing firm¿s ability to settle trades once their book entry holdings are depleted. If we are unable to settle our clients¿ trades the liability of the trade becomes TD Ameritrade¿s. So at this time only closing transactions are allowed on AMBS and there is not a set timeline for if or when the restriction will be removed. However, once the industry wide "DTC Chill" restriction is lifted TD Ameritrade will re-evaluate whether the issue will be allowed to be traded again.
At this point, the only recourse you have is to contact the investor relations department of the issuer if you would like more information.
Sincerely,
Zachary Wright

Item 1. Legal Proceedings
Power3 Medical Products, Inc. (“Power3”) entered into a License Agreement with Amarantus BioSciences, Inc. (“our”, “us”, or “we”) on
January 16, 2012 to, among other things, license the NuroPro diagnostic test for Parkinson's disease to us (the "Agreement"). As part of the
Agreement, we were granted an option to acquire certain intellectual property, and a right of first refusal to acquire certain intellectual property
(collectively the "IP"). We recently found out the Agreement was entered into at a time when Power3 may not have had the authority to enter
into the Agreement.
On March 26, 2012, we became aware of a previously undisclosed legal dispute between Power3 and NeoGenomics, Inc. ("NeoGenomics")
where certain intellectual property assets of Power3 were placed into receivership in September 2011 in the State of Texas as a result of an
unpaid note to NeoGenomics. On March 15, 2012 Power3 filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. However, on March 7th, 2012, the receiver sold,
among other things, Power3's IP to NeoGenomics. Although this sale may be considered a preference in the Power3 Bankruptcy, at this time
NeoGenomics may have title to certain intellectual property of Power3.
On April 12, 2012 our representatives appeared at bankruptcy related meeting of creditors of Power3. Ira Goldknopf, the President of
Power3, testified for Power3. In the meeting it was discussed, among other things, that (i) Power3 had not transferred any of our stock, other
than providing $25,000 worth of our stock to its attorney; (ii) that another entity may own a portion of the IP; (iii) NeoGenomics was not a
secured creditor when they credit bid their claim in the receivership; and (iv) the status of the license and ownership of the IP is still in
question.
We are continuing to review our legal options with respect to the material misrepresentations made by the officers of Power3 and our rights in
the IP.

Today's 10-K
I started to look for new information. Only 133 pages!

I bet they will have to come over to MANF if the testing keeps going in a positive direction!
My TD Ameritrade account is fully operational today. Now lets go!
I saw the same link early today and it had AMBS. It was for April 25. It now links to the April 26 page and AMBS is not there. That looks like great news!
Did anyone see this from MJFF?
https://www.michaeljfox.org/foundation/news-detail.php?the-sherer-report-a
"More and more scientists believe that better Parkinson's treatments will bypass the traditional focus on the dopamine system. Recent clinical trial results show that the pipeline for novel, non-dopamine-based therapies to treat the symptoms of PD, and dyskinesia, is strong. Novel drug candidates targeting brain chemicals such as glutamate, serotonin and adenosine all yielded encouraging returns in the clinic. But the road ahead is marked by substantial hurdles, as pharmaceutical companies such as Addex Therapeutics work to push their drug candidates through stringent testing that will cost millions of dollars. Follow-on funding, even when results are good, is never a sure thing."
From the MJFF Today! Not sure what it means if anything for us.

I have my hand high Warp. Been in since oct 2012. Looking way down the road. Everything looks much better than it did 6 months ago. We are heading in the right direction!
Can I get another AMEN!
IMO. Exciting times ahead!
He did say there were some non disclosure agreements on the table during the cc so he could not comment. HINT or no?
I could smile with that. My 257k shares are locked up in my Roth IRA so it will be almost 16 years before I can enjoy the fruit of my investments.
I can only dream where MANF will be by then.
You have to admit if you heard the CC today. Hype or not there were some pretty big hints. I'm just saying.
I'm in for the long haul. Up or down tomorrow makes no difference to me. Big pictue for me is in 2-5 years. I bet we see alot before then though.
Thanks for pointing that out. Great news is at our door.
Well I have no doubt after the CC today that the 10-k is late because of possible deals. IMO
At least they will have the grace period to file. If an E at the end of the ticker symbol drives the price down then good for the long buyers here. I am in this for the long haul.
Thank you for the education. Now i'm even more excited to see it.
Please correct me if i'm wrong. The 10-K we are waiting for will only cover the time frame up to Dec 31, 2012. Things in the works now will not be in there. Big news could hit anytime though.
I too enjoyed the CC today. Will be adding when I can.
I took advice from the board here and locked up my 257K e-trade shares with a sell order at $25.00 GTC. Going as long as it takes!
Good evening everyone! Have been watching this board and others(NOT YAHOO)and I like the information sharing that takes place here. I took a position in AMBS in mid October @.0051. I only had around $1400 in my Roth IRA to invest at the time. I still picked up 257K shares and have held them strong. I am looking forward to next week and wanted to get everyones opinion on a quote from another board. Thanks in advance! Long AMBS
"Monday may be the time to sell.
Something looks very tenuous about this uptrend.
One has to wonder why AMBS hasn't published on MANF since 2004. That is a LOOOOOONG time withouth substantive scientific advancement. Plus, this new data from the 6-OHDA model is not some tour de force experiment. This is a VERY easy study to conduct in rats (I did these lesions myself in graduate school), and it stands out as completely bizarre that they did NOT do this study MUCH MUCH earlier given all the noise they've made about PD. How long has Amarantus been in existence? How long have they had IP regarding use of MANF as a potential therapeutic in PD? ....and they are just now getting around to the 6-OHDA model?
Maybe it was just resources, but I doubt it since you could get any CRO to do this study. Something seems wrong here."
