Hmmmm. I guess now we see why the PPS is in cents and not dollars.
Wow - didn't see that one coming.
I agree, but at least it lessens the impact that flippers can have on the price.
It'd be nice to move that bid up and tighten up the spread again.
Thanks cbrad!
Anybody out there have an L2 shot that we could take a look at?
Boom! 500k out of the gates taken off the ask. Now that's what I'm talking about! Thanks to whoever did that.
There are twice as many shares on the bid than are on the ask. So it seems to me if half those orders were cancelled and just bought at the ask, we could be done with this wall. It'd only be $0.0001 more expensive per share so I can't imagine that would be cost-prohibitive to many people. And we'd still have nice support at $0.0089. But I may be missing something.
I was thinking the same thing all day - that tight spread was great to see!
I did a quick search and can't find a Facebook or Twitter account for them. That's another problem. That should be a pretty basic thing for any company these days is to have a page on at least one of those two social media platforms. But apparently that's not a high priority for them either.
It bothers me. I've never heard of a public company being financed by a single individual shareholder. I hope for all of our sakes he is in good health.
I'm sure all we'll hear is what a mess prior management made, blah, blah, blah. Hey Devlin, here's an idea: how about you figure out a way to do something that actually benefits the shareholders instead of lining your pockets? All I know is that with Ennis, the stock price was not this low for this long. This act is getting old.
Well, another stellar week. Thanks for nothing CMGO.
It sounds like they only have one guy running the joint over there so it's probably best not to put too much on his plate - hopefully he has a good ticker. I agree though - it would be nice to occasionally get an update on the goings-on at the company, especially since the pps is under a penny. It doesn't have to be anything fancy - just a little red meat would be nice.
That's right Dee - I believe it is 45 days after a quarter-end (+5 for an extension) and then 60 days after year-end (plus +15 for an extension). So probably 8/20 or thereabouts is when I would expect it.
Based on this guy's background, it sounds to me like they brought him in to focus on developing Audioeye for mobile technology (phones, ipads, etc.)as opposed to the desktop/server technology that they already have in place. It sounds like this guy knows what he's doing when it comes to mobile technology so this almost seems like they are trying to expand out from just the desktop/server applications. But I could be mistaken.
After I sold half my shares at $0.60, I started to kick myself. Today I feel like a freaking financial genius! Now I'm just trying to decide whether to put my other half up for sale and go somewhere else - didn't think I'd be in this position this soon. Very frustrating.
Anytime you want to jump in here Nate and try to prop up your stock a little bit would be fine with me. Unbelievable.
Well, this is certainly disheartening. All that buying earlier this week and now we have 3 bigger walls to get through - and that's just what's showing on the L2. Who knows what's not showing. It would be nice if the company spent a few grand and just bought up a bunch of this stock to help us out.
Wow - did someone just take out the 600k that was sitting at 95? Nice work!
Again, Audioeye did not post this article on their Facebook page. They simply commented on the USA Today story and it showed up and made it look like they posted it. All they said was "voice technology is here to stay" or something to that effect.
Nothing, it would appear. That's the problem.
SS1 - can you hook us up with an L2 shot?
I think it showed up on their Facebook page because they commented on the story - not because they shared it or posted it. It was a pretty interesting article.
Wow - some wild trading going on today!
Sounds like there are still quite a few convertibles out there - I was under the impression Continental was the only one left. The rest of the numbers look good, though.
Yeah Dale, do a little bit of research, would ya? You need to familiarize yourself with CMGO!
There's a 13D filing at the SEC - just talks about the number of shares owned by the Bradley brothers.
Thanks SS1. That's pretty sweet!
I'm sorry - what is that 13G filing telling us? I looked at it but nothing jumped out at me so I was just curious why they made it. TIA
I'm with you! It must suck to wake up everyday and live in a sea of negativity where the only joy you seem to get is to try to bring others down. But, to each his own.
Is there anyway to know exactly how many more are at the Ask at $1.10 and what's behind it? I hit the Ask twice for 100 shares each but it's still showing 100.
Sorry about that 150k whack-job on the bid a few minutes ago. I just needed some powder to buy the stock next door - just so noone thinks that was toxic-related or anything. I'll paint the ask at the bell if necessary.
That's what mine shows as well ($0.25/share).
I use Schwab and they charge me $8.95 per trade, whether its s market or limit order. But, if I put in a sell limit order, they tack on another charge, I think depending on the size of the lot. One of them was like $9. So with mine anyway, limit orders are more expensive.
This has to be one of the most inept MM around - how long does it take to test trades? Just send it through and be done with it already - idiots!
GOLD it is!!!
I submitted a complaint to the SEC. Doubt it goes anywhere but we'll see.
