You can believe what you like, but post 23268 says it best.
He's spun more than a few tall tales which he's been called out on. And coincidently he leaves near the recent peak and reappears at what is likely to be the bottom or close to? Just as most of the Elite shorts have gone mostly silent?
I don't believe in coincidences. But hey it's a free world.
If anyone believes this I got property on the moon to sell you too.
Della Penna replied to my email about the blue dye and said that it is an Inactive ingredient.
Great so I used 20 mg for weight, (which I said I was estimating on the high side) and you used 15 mg. So its even more pills than my original math. 73.3333333333333 pills now to hit 1100mg of blue dye..
great so each pill weighs what .5g tops? Probably less but for simplicity sake for yourself. The dye makes up 4% of that weight. So .02g of weight is blue dye. So TOPS 20 mg of blue dye.
WHO says a ADI of 12.5mg/kg so average male in US 195 lbs (88 kg) 88x12.5mg = 1100mg so you'd have to eat over 55 pills to reach that level? Even an addict wouldn't smash 55 pills to hit that level. Which is not even toxic. What prescription would ever call for that?
Someone ban this guy already
He's ridiculous.. Blue dye #1 was used in Smarties for years. Never heard of anyone die from eating blue smarties.
Used what?
Nevermind the fact that there are numerous blue dyes that aren't a concern. There are many natural blue dyes that could work in that way.
Thanks bud. Just tried that one Doug gave. If I don't get a response in a few days then I'll try investor relations.
Hope all is well.
The only thing to debate about the blue dye is if it's considered and inactive or active ingredient. Its approved for use as a pharmacologically inactive substance by the fda.
The following legal limits apply in the EU (E 131) and other countries: 150–300 mg/kg depending on the type of food. Safety limit for foods and drugs: 0.1 mg/day per kg body weight.[8] The ADI for Brilliant Blue FCF is 6 mg/kg. Rexista will way below any of those guidelines.
The FDA Definitions of Direct and Inactive are as follows
1. What is an inactive ingredient?
According to 21 CFR 210.3(b)(8), an inactive ingredient is any component of a drug product other than the active ingredient.
2. What is an active ingredient?
According to 21 CFR 210.3(b)(7), an active ingredient is any component of a drug product intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease, or to affect the structure or any function of the body of humans or other animals. Active ingredients include those components of the product that may undergo chemical change during the manufacture of the drug product and be present in the drug product in a modified form intended to furnish the specified activity or effect.
Now we know it doesn't furnish pharmacological activity, cure, mitigate anything, treat, diagnose, or affect the structure or function of the body. The ONLY way you can say it can be considered active is if its used to prevent. Which its not really because if its consumed as it's intended then it acts as an inactive ingredient and really does sweet f' all. That's my take.
Who has the CFO's email? I wanted to ask a question
Anyone able to answer that question i posted earlier.
A non IPCI question guys.
Can someone explain to me how subscription receipts work?
Thinking of investing in a company that has some out right now which are trading at about a 3% discount to the actual shares.
I get that if the acquisition goes through they get converted to the standard shares. And that they pay the same divided as the standard shares in the mean time. And if the deal doesn't go through your money gets refunded.
But I'm curious about that last part. The receipts were issued at $31.00 each. They currently trade at $30.20. Lets say the deal falls through tomorrow. Do they return the original offer price of the receipts @ $31.00? Or do they return your money at a loss? If the deal goes through and the stock trades at $28.00, then what happens? I'm assuming its just a 1 for 1 (100 receipts = 100 shares no mater what the price up or down)
Thanks guys
I don't see this one on their website either

I remember us talking about how they can test PODRAS on humans, the liability and all.
I was thinking about this recently and in all honesty it doesn't have to be applied to narcotics like opiods to show proof in concept in humans.
It could be applied to just about any pill since its an exterior coating.
Just a point on that topic fwiw..
It's not even on their website...
Im curious to about ranolazine... When was this done and why wasn't a PR released? Maybe someone who has Dominic's ear can ask that question.
Here. Newer dodge ram
Yeah I'm good. Wan't to meet at the Jack astros at queen and 410? as opposed to the other location? I don't know how many post you made today so If I don't get a reply I'll just assume the original location.
" Company received an up-front payment of $150,000 from Teva which it continues to record as deferred revenue as the criteria for revenue recognition have not been met. "
Why did they receive payment from TEVA?
haven't had a chance to look over the report yet.
We can do it Friday night if you want to make it. 7-8ish?
Your offer of a meal and a drink? So modest... No free Vegas trip on your privet jet? Why meet then? :D
I'm up for Fri evening if you and Doug want to meet? You don't have to buy. I'm in the red here but not that much lol.
You need a paid subscription to message. Don't have one either. I live in Brampton so not far. We can just do it on the board when were ready to do so.
True I guess the manufacturer doesn't have to Br the partner per say...
Sansa will likely correct me. But I guess it would be dependent om how the contract is going to be structured would determine if its material or not yet.
I guess there is also a chance they for some reason found a need to keep it confidential. There are causes for that.
I'm real. And I live in the GTA. If you can send me a private message with your email we can meet up.
Took the words right out of my deleted post.
I only live a 10 min drive. Give me a date and time and Ill go too.

Given what they claim one would think it should get all the common forms.
But then how can you predict what the FDA does?
When you say oral are you talking about PODRAS?
Yeah to bad they halted on that fake buy out rumor someone posted....
I emailed the FDA CDER department re FOI request. Trying to figure out the process.
Who was it that.mentioned the applications are public knowledge. Curious was the process in obtaining it.
Can't say im not disappointed.. Was hoping to close somewhere around around 3.10-3.20. But I guess all we can do is wait. Surprised it traded sideways basically like it did....
Alright guys, let's keep the post to the important ones only today! Im stuck outside for 11 hours and can only check my phone so often! Don't make me waste battery please lol
Assuming that's part of the agreement. Just curious if anything like that was ever done.
But is it possible that the deal be contingent on approval vs acceptance. And if that was the case then its debatable if its material or not until its in effect. So while they named a site in the application the deal might not get announced until approval? Is this a possible scenario? Has anything like that happened in other biotechs?
Also on you're theory that Rexista has PODRAS already in it. I was just looking through the last presentation for any reference on partnership agreement (can't find it). I did notice they said that " Rexista will incorporate both ADF technologies" nPODDDS and PODRAS. ( slide 19)
Sooo maybe you're right.
