IMO - these are not investments yet. Just Speculation.
IMUN - 'A potentially pivotal, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase II/III clinical trial in metastatic breast cancer is being prepared' Patents, but NO REVENUES.
TAGG - 300M Shares with no revenues? Yikes.
DSNY is in the perfect spot for this market.
My reviews of Universal Music Group and Warner Music Group really reinforce that. I took some short term swings on NEON as a test of the trading patterns, but I got out quickly.
I am in and out of some dividend stocks except for SLP. It serves the Biotech Pharma companies to save on development costs. Pretty safe and stable business plan.
zstockings, Where is cane5 who was promoting NEON?
Ouch tomorrow? The Seeking Alpha article is brutal.
I hope you bought more DSNY instead.
I like this paragraph in Warner Music Financials
Digital Sales section of the Management Comments
....
In the aggregate, we believe that growth in revenue from new
digital models has the potential to offset physical declines and drive overall future revenue growth. In the digital space, certain costs associated with physical products, such as manufacturing, distribution, inventory and return costs, do not apply. Partially eroding that benefit are increases in mechanical copyright royalties payable to music publishers which apply in the digital space. While there are some digital-specific variable costs and infrastructure investments necessary to produce, market and sell music in digital formats, we believe it is reasonable to expect that digital margins will generally be higher than physical
margins as a result of the elimination of certain costs associated with physical products. ....
Destiny services are the variable costs. I like the trend.
Examining Universal Music Group Growth This Year
Vivendi SA is the parent of Universal Music Group.
Vivendi SA spent 1.9 billion to acquire EMI.
Vivendi SA intends to sell their ownership stake in a Communication company in North Africa to raise 7 billion to pay down debts. When a sale occurs, Vivendi SA will have more free cash to invest in growing its other divisions.
2nd Quarter Earnings Report: revenues down except for this.
EBITA: Good performances of GVT [Division] (+19.3%) and Universal Music Group (+18.2%).
http://www.vivendi.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/20120830_PR300812_First_Half_2012_Earnings.pdf
3rd quarter revenues will be out soon.
4th quarter revenues will include the EMI acquisition.
Vivendi SA seems intent on growing the Music business - therefore Destiny revenues will rise through greater UMG sales efforts.
1st Quarter results were - Increase in revenues from all other activities (except Activision Blizzard division).
EBITA: Very satisfactory performance from Universal Music Group (+47.8%) and GVT [Division] (+28.9%).

Everything is looking good for Universal Music Group and Destiny revenues.
4Q Earnings report will be in late November.
I bought yesterday. It is your turn. :)

It does not matter what percentage you have.
Look at your own portfolio. If you maintain a balanced ratio of high growth stocks which have profitability or near-term profits and low risk of negative surprises, you will do very well.
I do not have that answer.
If I give you my best guess puts me in a no-win position of influence on your decisions. If I am right, you will look to me for more answers. If I am wrong, you will lose money.
I do not want to influence your decisions.
I am working to acquire up to a 1% ownership stake.
I do not know if I will get there before the price spikes.
Yes. 2,500 this morning. 2,500 this afternoon.
I took out the 84 cent seller.
That was me!
I bought a few more shares at 84 cents just to test Market makers and sellers below 85 cents.
Destiny's watermark technology allows legal prosecution.
Destiny's watermark does not prevent websites from posting music to copy. So the copyright holders still need to shutdown websites that violate the copyrights.
Destiny's computer locking technology would shutdown music copies except that the labels currently only lock the pre-release promotional music - not the CD versions that are bought by customers.
Maybe the future digital versions will have better locking options to prevent this problem.
Very Funny.
Pornographic Industry is fighting music distribution?
'The British Phonographic Industry (BPI), which acts on behalf of rights holders, wants ISPs to prevent access to Fenopy, H33t and Kickass Torrents.'
'The BPI alleges that the sites are illegally distributing music.'

Indiana Univ Publishes How to Use Video Streaming
I was looking for Clipstream articles. I found a comprehensive instruction set for using each of the current Video Streaming Players including Clipstream G1 with Java.
http://www.iupui.edu/~nmstream/live/howtoclipstream.html
This page shows the Clipstream G1 instructions. It also contains links to all the other media players; Flash, QuickTime, Windows Media, etc. I was not aware of a couple video streaming options.
We can compare Clipstream G2 against all of these other options.
Green Day Songs were played on CSI NY show.
Interesting new promotion for songs. I wonder if the clips were encoded with DSNY watermarks. The Green Day Album CDs were shown at the end of the TV show.
The Music industry is going to change a lot when the CD distribution gives way to all digital distribution in 2013.
Three job openings at TransTech Systems.

Does this mean that sales are good?
You haven't looked at the company and its technology - obviously.
This is a company developing innovative products. Investors have to look deeper than the cash flow. If you invest in cash flow positive companies you should look elsewhere.
The second sign of validation is the DEA creating its own drug detectors - the CD3 equipment. Their technology falls under Visualants patents, but I am not sure if they can be prosecuted as infringing if you build your own system.
Patents are established to protect commercial competitors. The DEA can't commercialize their solution. Visualant products will probably beat out the CD3 system eventually anyway.
'I hope you are correct.'
It is not about hope at all. Look at the patents. Look at the management. Look at the partnerships.
Your hope comment should be a concern to you. You seem to be investing in companies before you KNOW the trend and before you consider the stock trading ranges. Buying on the hot news? Selling on a comparative analysis of how your portfolio value is declining day vs day without looking at the trading range.
If you have limited funds, you should not be making these rash choices - IMO. Due diligence first, then invest. Hope is not a valid investing parameter.
None of us have limited funds. GLTY.
Someone at Destiny is reading this message board or getting messages from posters.
They have the TECHVIBES article on Instragram as Destiny news on the dsny.com website.
It may be difficult to buy back into VSUL cheap.
On the level 2 picture, there are not a lot of shares available under 17 cents, although sellers will continue to appear if there is no big news.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/VSUL/quote
I see 13 cent stock, then it bumps up to 15 cents, then 17 cents.
If you are great at watching a multitude of stocks and buying the best risers just before a huge rise before anyone else does, I would like to know your secret. I rely on buying a little early and waiting for my gains.
'money management is an important part of my investment / trading strategy'
This is a suckers market for stocks with hot news. The US politics has yet to be determined. The US Congress is divided and in gridlock about how the future budget cuts will be made. Stocks rising on news and no earnings will usually fall back. I agree you should have waited for a pullback.
However, VSUL will be back up again. I fear that you might say - 'In hindsight's hindsight, I should have waited to sell my shares on the next news release.'
I invested in VSUL in April - so I have been watching it awhile. The CEO was buying big blocks at 10 cents before in August. Now, industrial companies have seen the technology. Things look better now than when I first bought - yet the stock is slightly cheaper. I may be buying more if I am not buying more DSNY.
Newsweek to publish only digitally in 2013.
http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/lookout/newsweek-print-digital-125249313--finance.html
Once they Newsweek goes digital - it will need to add videos into the magazine to enhance the reading experience. An interactive magazine will get more readership than a static set of words and pictures.
Will this mean all magazines will really act like web pages?
Videos will be everywhere! In published journals, editorials, etc.

Some unscheduled releases are also planned, but I have excluded them from this list.
These promotions will correspond to Play MPE promotional sends revenues. Play MPE revenues should be greatest in September, then October.
Warner Music releases Quarterly Financials - loses money in Q3.
http://www.showbiz411.com/2012/10/17/warner-music-releases-donald-fagen-record-in-secret-also-reports-94-mil-loss
'Here’s the summary of their latest sad story: “For the nine-month period ended June 30, WMG posted a net loss of $94 million of revenues of $2.06 billion. With its revenue expectations for the fourth quarter, it should post annual sales of 2.78 billion to $2.8 billion this year, down from the $2.87 billion in its prior fiscal year.”'
Play MPE registered users growth rates:
In May 2009, registered Play MPE users were 28,000.
In Sep 2011, registered Play MPE users were 50,000.
In Oct 2012, registered Play MPE users are 61,467.
I am monitoring the growth rate of Play MPE using articles that I find that state the Play MPE statistics that are available at the Destiny website.
In May 2009, Universal agrees to expand Play MPE into 77 countries.

Investors and Potential Customers need to see how the prototypes work. Some of my questions are:
How does the Identification work when you have a mixed substance?
Does the software classify the mixture as a new substance or can two different substances be identified at the same time?
Can it identify 1980s US bills vs counterfeit bills that are both wrinkled and dirty?
How can this technology be used for healthcare given that blood samples are filled with multiple markers that need to be considered?
I found several interesting webpages with keywords: Clipstream Video
Destiny seems to have offered Clipstream G1 to its enterprise customers as a computer server dedicated to stream Clipstream G1 videos.
Here is a webpage. I think is not currently used right now by Destiny Customers since the graphic logos seem to be missing. It includes some of the software configurations and server requirements to operate Clipstream G1.

So your definition of Patience is one week, eh?
Since VSUL is a development company, the swing traders can drive this stock down and up quite a bit. Too bad you can't see this one through.
I was tired of Yahoo! deleting my new posts because I included a helpful link to another web document.
So here I am. Up, Up, and Away from here for Destiny.
The problem with Destiny is only in its appearance - like a skinny kid who turns out to be a top producing model years later.
Destiny's earnings have not been on a huge uptrend yet. Their legal battles with trademark violators, patent infringing companies, and a disgruntled former employee have eaten into their profits. Destiny has won every battle they have fought in court, but they did not get any big lump sum payments. Instead, they have 13,000 per month receivables from a 800,000 award in Australia. They also received 600,000 from Yangaroo in 2011 which covered most of their legal fees for court costs. They also spent a lot of money on R&D for Clipstream G2 and Play MPE upgrades.
In May, Play MPE v5 was released after two years of upgrades. New versions will be released in multiple languages to accommodate growth into new international markets. Clipstream G2 will be released in January (the plan).
While the in-depth researchers see what is coming, the financial benefits of Play MPE v5 will not show up until November and January. Clipstream G2 revenues will start to kick in after that. I chose the destinydough identity out of respect for what Destiny will generate for my bank account.
The SaaS market has been around for a long time.
My whole problem with the SaaS concept is storing critical company data outside of my control and security. The SaaS software vendors like to say that the data is as secure as locally controlled data and software. In Seattle, Alaska Airlines recently had their plane reservation system crash due to a Sprint fiber optic cable that was cut outside of our state. All their Sea-Tac flights were cancelled for a day and it was chaos for passengers and crews.
Destiny is an ideal SaaS company. They offer a service such as encoding and sending the music files, but they do not have to store any critical corporate data.
Destiny is too small a company to appear on this list with Microsoft and Adobe. Once Clipstream G2 is on the market that will change.
Yes.
Doughmaker on ihub was taken.
Instagram, Twitter, and Clipstream.
A published article discussing Instagram's growth rate of 850% also introduces Destiny's Clipstream G2 on October 2nd.
http://www.techvibes.com/blog/instagram-grows-850-and-tops-twitter-in-mobile-users-2012-10-02
'It goes to show that the mobile internet is a very visual place. Users would rather look at pictures or watch videos than read status updates on Twitter.'
zstockings,
I am always puzzled when a bunch of stocks that have poor financials bust out of recent lows while a solid stock like Destiny drops 10 percent in a few days.
Only a few of the money losing companies are going to drastically change their financial from negative to positive during this current earnings cycle.
The recovery may be a market shift upwards for a lot of depressed stocks, or it could be a temporary swing. Sometimes, temporary swings work out - but only if you sell. I choose to buy the sound stocks that are dipping when investors like to buy green arrows rather than red arrows.
Destiny needs some news to attract some attention. So I am buying if it continues to fall. Destiny's profit margins can't be beat. Please show me any company that has the future market size, the profit margin, and market capitalization of Destiny.
