We have corresponded via this board for at least 5 years. AT first my concern was the board's "Penny Traders" direction for NBRI's future. You accepted penny trades as the way to play NBRI, but I took exception because Gold play was worth dollar trades as the world economies were printing money to survive . NBRI's PPS is still a "Penny Co" !!!! FIGURES, Perhaps the mining of Fraser River Placer con change that, but we won't know until we begin mining it.

EB-5 Speculation that failed to expand MBRI's interests is a sample of PPS harm. The Fraser River Placer is a stand alone opportunity for NBRI to capture investor attention, but it must start mining now and show results ! Any further delays and NBRI will appear to be scam.

Hopefully NBRI will have both Fraser River and Ruby Mines in full production by the end of July 2013 so that the PPS trading range will be higher than the "Penny Land" range.

Who said Government is not the answer, but rather the problem ? The new Medical Law will hurt many employees and employers in all sectors of our economy while not improving healthcare.

Penny Land is notorious for underestimating the Market Cap for a security. It seems to go with the funds they use, Pennies.

Darn shame, too, because this Company, NBRI, is way under valued at less than 0.08 cents/ share to the point of being an embarrassment to anyone who invests in it.

Posters seem to accept the idea that it will be slow going for any share appreciation. Pennies create a mood of low expectations while a higher dollar attracts higher expectations.

We have been fed this double talk since both Ruby Mine and Fraser River Mine were singled out by posters to this Board that both mines were being readied to begin production. Unexpected delays have caused revisions.

We wish that CEO Leopold would provide monthly updates to keep these posters from making speculative claims of little or no value to readers. CEO Leopold speaks for the Company without making false claims. A JV for Ruby with another large mining company ? Really ?

The Fraser River Contract is dependent upon the issue of a Mining Permit before it is official, and hopefully this Mining Permit will be granted Monday , 7/8/2013.

Enthusiasm on the part of NBRI posters is welcomed, but keep it real, please, so investors are not turned away . Penny Traders look for modest PPS increases, but please don't make false and exaggerated messages to cause a few penny profits. NBRI And CEO Leopold are better than that.

A number of poster have mentioned that a Permit To Mine has been issued, but we have not seen it.

NBRI is weeks behind in mining this valuable Placer Mine. NBRI's 0.08/PPS reflects this, and concerns the market.
