What a mess ...
Yup, ridiculous is right. And as with most big dumps ... it stinks!
Great post --- excellent pictures. Nice way to start the day!
Thanks.
"Every detail about the "cerner land deal" has been nothing but conjecture by this board..."
Yes, and some on this board connected that portion to the Cerner deal. Are they right? I don't know, we shall see.
Just like when some conjectured the purchase of Motopeds, and were challenged, but were proven right.
And that the Fins were never going to be released, but finally were (albeit, later than projected).
And that we'll never be in the trips.
As with everything here --- time will tell.
And the mess the dilution has created with the SS is that at .02, the Market Cap of MTVX would be about $126mil!
I know the Cerner deal is soon, and with some of the $$ they plan on tackling some of the debt ... then, the SS has got to be the next highest priority.
Nice post. I saw it too... Christ, calling the FBI on an import tax issue.
Well, if that's what some want to "hang their hat on," fine.
I think it may be in reference to an anticipated timeline he stated in post #101525:
I agree. Look at the loan deals with the likes of IR, Tangiers, etc. The amount of $$$ financed for billions of shares and the PPS has gotten clobbered.
They would have been better off offering a "private placement" opportunity to interested investors (I'm sure a few Longs here would've participated) for "X" amount of shares --- no "true-up" shares either.
Maybe I've been watching too much conspiracy TV stuff. But, could it be possible that MTVX wants to keep the PPS lower so when this Cerner deal is completed (and they get an infusion of cash); in addition to a [hopefully] 40% debt reduction -- they do a share buyback at a cheap price? Now, $700k gets them 1billion shares -ish.
Not really an opinion, just a crazy thought.
GLTA!
I am not interested in Facebook, nor do I have a "Facebook" page. I merely stated that it is NOT strange that MotoPeds would be popular internationally.
10 Likes or 1 million likes, all the same to me. It's sales and profit that matter to me, and:
Oh C'mon! Compared to the international market, aren't Mopeds more popular abroad than here domestically?
When I used to travel, I used to see waaay more scooters and especially mopeds, on the streets of Asia and Europe. Alot more!
Wouldn't it stand to reason, that the Motopeds would end up being more popular abroad than here?
Don't get me wrong, the "freshness" and novelty of Motopeds has good potential here, but GREAT potential internationally.
Stop looking for a conspiracy where there is none.
Anxiously looking forward to that day!!
MTVX's iBox looks like it's bi-polar! Sheesh.
All that sounds good to me ---

A couple of weeks ago they had billions O/S shares ... Forgot exact amount, but i think North of 4bil. Now it's 1.73bil. It is the O/S I'm talking talking about.
From this PR:
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=62261290
"I am pleased to reduce our issued and outstanding shares by 3 billion."
From this:
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=63405201
"Effective August 28, 2014, our transfer agent has successfully processed my request to retire 3 billion outstanding, restricted shares of INCC'S common stock. OTC Markets will be updated shortly."
I think you're confusing it with the Admendment in that same PR:
"The Company will be sending an amendment to the Florida Secretary of State tomorrow to reduce it's authorized to 2 Billion shares."
Uh, once IR has sold its shares, and their loan paid off and satifisfied ... they're done, gone, and good riddance.
The share retirement is up to the Company - MTVX.
For example, case in point:
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=63405201
Yup, the folks whose "entry point" here were in the trips, should be very pleased in the months to come, IMO.
Thanks Pete. And when Ironridge is finally done, and that day can't come soon enough,
the first order of business for MTVX is to retire those 1.480 billion shares.
Seeya tomorrow.
Ask getting "slapped" around in the last hour.
Just 1,310,000 shares left. Of course, 10,000 of those shares are CSTI's, so there could be another mil behind it, but at least now the .0011s are printed.
Thanks, I think so too Neo.
Good Luck to us all!
Hey Big A!! I noticed you've been posting more than the usual these past several days -- I must it's been nice to see.
MTVX now #4 on Most Active Boards, and #4 on Most Read.
Increased eyes here now --- fingers-crossed.
Geeez, yesterday was NITE with the phantom wall 10,000share Ask, now it's CSTI.
These MMs are incorrigible and deserve an ask kicking ---
With that last 500k I'm now averaged down to .0021. Now down 55-ish% as opposed 75-ish%.
Wasn't going to grab anymore, but with the announcement of the MotoPed purchase I bought a few more the last couple of days, and after the release of the audited fins, picked up another 1mil today.
And that's it --- bought all the tickets I'm comfortable with (OK, maybe more than I'm comfortable with) for this ride, but I believe the worst is behind us. Still a few more big hurdles (debt and dilution will do that), but I'm more optimistic now than I was 2weeks ago.
GLTA!
Agreed. The Fins were not pretty, but the Company eluded to that several times a couple of months ago. I expected sub par financials, turned out to be a bit more concerning than I anticipated.
But now I'm focusing on the present and the future. Though there are still [important] things they need to address & rectify -- I see a bright future.
These Fins did confirm that for this ship to right itself, it will take time.
GLTA!
Hang in there everybody.
I was thinking the same thing. 200k was the money they borrowed from WHC Capital (as stated in the Aug 22nd 8-k), and coincidently it's the same amount for the "up-front" purchase price for MotoPeds.
No reason to hate, it's a valid opinion. One that I share, and hope some time in the future, it gets dealt with.
GLTY
Hmm, yup - can't dispute that.
Further dilution is NO GOOD .. But wait, I think I already mentioned that:
That's where the potential part plays in ... people either work, live, achieve [or not] their potential.
If MTVX fixes that SS (retirement of shares - share buyback), ends dilution, and settles some of their debt (we'll see what happens after this Cerner deal) ... coupled with good revenue AND profits; then yes, the team is good. If not, then of course not.
It goes without saying, all this with release of the audited fins.
What I do know is, if the good scenario plays out, it's going to have to take time.
In time we will know if we have a gem, or a piece of "cow pie."
The proof is in the pudding -- the pudding in this case is the PPS, which now (and the last couple of months) does not look good.
But, I'm willing to wait --- and hope.
MTVX has the 3 "P's": [great] products, patents, & potential.
The future would look much brighter after a PR announcing the end of dilution, followed by one like this:
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=63405201
I'm imagining the name of the Co. as APT Motovox.
GLTA!
I hope so too. This MotoPed deal looks very promising, but for MTVX to attempt to hit .01, they're gonna have to tackle the SS.
I know you mentioned R/M earlier. I hope not [not yet at least, though I do see it in their future - mid to late next year], but rather a combo share buyback AND retirement of shares.
But, they're going to need some decent cash flow ... hopefully this MotoPed deal helps them with that.
I don't think my constitution can handle another dilution deal.
?? --- I guess you missed NITE sitting there with his 10,000 on the Ask. Earlier it took almost 5mil shares bought to get through one of his phantom 10,000 Asks. When I saw him perched there EOD, I knew [and I'm surprised you didn't] that the PPS was NOT going above .0008 today.
Waaay more "buying" action today than "selling," but up only 1 tick?! Frustrating.
Dilution has an awful odor, doesn't it?
Agreed, on all points ...
I did say "if" as a response to this:
Now you're talkin' silliness. It's been at .0007 for the past hour. In order to "paint it" to .0008, one would have buy 4mil shares.
And IF that happened, then that is not a "paint job."
Yup, very disconcerting. And if these "legacy" shareholders got their shares for nothing - then even if they sell [dump] at .0004s to .0007s, it's still $$$ in their pockets.
These prices are cheap today, and was tempted to buy some more shares (as I've been doing these past few weeks) to average down; but today, while on my etrade account was the first time I got the feeling I was trying to catch a falling knife.
So so sad, this had so much potential.
Now just holding, hoping, and waiting.
The other 40mil were mostly "buys."
Close ... 30mil dumped at .0006 and 30mil at .0007.
Oh my, 30% stronger? Hope it comes with GPS ...
