Vk5211 they are looking for a partner specific they be a Bone or musculoskelatal Franchise and expect to have a meeting with the FDA late summer about Phase 3.

looks like they wont have VK2809 P2 results by end of June. they moved it to 2nd half 2018 ....probably late summer IMO. Getting patients is hard they require elevated LDL ,triglycerides and elevated fat content...they also exclude type 2 diabetics which is a large population of potential patients.

bounced twice in the last 2 months off 6.00 , Expecting a good readout on more P2 5211 data before end of the month and CEO is presenting at 3 conferences in the next two weeks giving the stock more Institutional attention....as well as this stock is undervalued compared to MDGL, and is only 120 days away from P2 vk2809 results. My guess is we should be closer to 7.00 than 6.00 by end of week.
when this breaks above 7.00 and is able to hold its gains for a couple days 8.00 will come quick IMO.

On low volume days the MM's in this stock play with stop loss orders...

The way the offerings have gone and Institutional buyers have gobbled up shares I'm confident this stock is headed for an Epic run up.

Not sure what the impact of the vk5211 results will do to the stock but I think it react positive this time. When news came out on 5211 data in December the reaction was muted...but this time I'm guessing it will run because all the data will be available this time. I think Vk5211 drug data news has been undervalued and needs adjustment up. This drug can be used for more than just Hip fractures and can be used on other bones as well,it will be a blockbuster drug.

The Offering is closed and VKTX has enough cash in Bank to last till about 2020 IMO.

I have no issue, especially when the offering gets bought up fast and then Big Boys take it higher . This has happened the last 2 offerings and squeezed shorts. I bet it scares the shorts knowing that will happen again in the future LOL....

I think they had a S.H. meeting last summer, agreed San Diego is one of the best.
I like the offering at 5.00 gives them more cash to use for operations... The stock is reacting to the news well. ... a very positive sign.

I drove by and took a picture of their office building a few months ago but never went in to talk to anyone. I will try to attend the next shareholder meeting.
