Um, where? eom
Ditto that!
krays, nice reference re: MobileTag (w/ AT&T) and ScanBuy (Jon Stewart/Daily Show, etc etc); and NeoMedia's participation.
Have a great weekend! and, early Happy Father's Day to everyone to whom it applies.
Good post, movieguy. Always good to read your posts. eom
I think you are confusing MobileTag with ScanBuy.
Good post, vero! Agree.
And 2 of the 3 sticky notes are already along that same thought.
Nice, .052 now.
What? That is ancient, around 6 years old.
Are they posting that now, as if it is new or relevant?
FYI, Yahoo Message Boards?? please....
Why post old news from March 24, 2010?
Which is covered by at least one of the NeoMedia patents (incl specifically one of the 4 patents purchased from LoyaltyPoint/BarPoint.)
Edited to add:
Specifically look up this one, U.S. 6,766,363, and for a sample of this sort of application, search for "Thomas Crown Affair" the movie, as it is used as an example.
The 8k documenting the purchase( incl agreeing to pay a 10% royalty for 10 years on revenues earned with these patents):
http://www.google.com/patents?id=fpESAAAAEBAJ&printsec=abstract&zoom=4&source=gbs_overview_r&cad=0#v=onepage&q=thomas&f=false
The more recent 8K showing elimination the 10% royalty for 10 years from 2005 to 2015 on the revenues..now NEOM will receive 100% of the revenues generated.

He isn't a short..have you ever read his posts? eom
Thanks for posting the Facts, and with the links to support them. eom
That would be interesting to view placed on the chart by date, where applicable.
Thanks jcg, always good to have the Facts Posted. eom
You're out, huh. Looking to get back in. :)
Just like when you posted earlier negatively(that post is now gone/removed),
then revealed later you had bought back in,
and around that same time based on your price.
We learn to read the drive-by posters here. That's cool.
Oh, well, have a great weekend anyway.
You can't guarantee that. You have no way of knowing. eom
More buying than selling. ;)
Why repost? it is already a sticky note above, posted 5/26.
Gee, who could that be?
Something to add to Clawmann's complaint.
NeoMedia Updates Mobile Barcode Best Practices for 2011
Advice for brand owners to deploy mobile barcode initiatives
Atlanta, June 8, 2011 - NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: NEOM.OB), the global leader in mobile barcode scanning solutions, today published an updated version of its best practices for mobile barcode campaign deployment, designed to provide an effective development guide for brands and agencies. Originally published in December 2010 as part of NeoMedia’s Definitive Guide to 2D Mobile Barcodes, the best practices have been expanded and updated with the latest industry experience to help marketers leverage mobile barcode technology to ensure ongoing consumer satisfaction, increase sales, and gain a competitive advantage.
From campaign planning to design and placement, technology considerations, consumer education and engagement and the successful use of analytics, the best practices provide end to end guidance for any brand looking to create a new interactive opportunity to engage their target audience. The best practices also include a comprehensive checklist of questions to consider when launching a new campaign to ensure the strategy reflects objectives and, ultimately, achieves success.
“Best practices have long been essential to help brands determine how to successfully launch new technologies and ensure success,” said NeoMedia CEO Laura Marriott. “With the enormous growth in mobile barcode scanning amongst consumers worldwide and greatly increased deployment by brand owners, we felt that it was important for us to continue to lead industry standards by publishing this update to our established best practices.”

Great, let me know what you think. Go through the tour on the site to make sure it looks promising / suits your needs, for ex. they don't chart higher priced stocks, such as GOOG PCLN etc.
hi vero,
here is the website for the service, http://equityfeed.com/ ,
however you have to be a subscriber to see that level of detail. Perhaps someone else knows of another free source for that info, and if so can post in reply, too.
Agreed! eom
It is already on the Patent Office database, see one of the sticky notes above, krays posted it the Tuesday before the PR came out.
Edit: I see the sticky notes have been rearranged, krays can point you to his post of the image, and you can navigate there yourself to see it.
hi Ninja200,
I know what you mean! :) If you want to PM me your email address, I can send those to you.
And thanks for the tip/post the other day about iHub memberships!
Good point, I will make a chart for that timeframe, too.
Right vero, I noticed that, too, I created a chart at barchart.com last night, of the timeframe on and after the last patent news Feb 18, 2009 and the next six weeks, exactly as you describe. There was a significant % retrace the two days following the news and within the 6 weeks was multiples higher than Feb 18th high.
Very interesting comment, thanks for posting. eom
MSFT licensing,
what would that news bring share price to? IMO, they are infringing in at least some, if not most/all of their applications. Incidently, ]as we've been following it, we know MicrosoftTag has been out of beta for ages, and thus producing revenue for Mr. Softie.
He didn't post quantity and I can't get to my usual time and sales data, so maybe someone can verify the actual large number of shares bought (Hint: I do not see 10 million for any recent candles so that can't be right.)
Tweet by InvestorsLive:Man has AUTO market maker ever bought a sh#t load of shares at .0721 on $NEOM ... just wow ...

Classy post, thanks, stop by any time (and hopefully catch the next updraft instead)
Just stick to the facts along with your trading ideas, and no one will have a problem. It is the outright WRONG info that doesn't belong here and will be corrected. Moving on....
Wrong. If you would look at the US Patent Office site, you would see that it is all factual. Patent was challenged a SECOND time. Everything updated as it happened there, and was posted all along here.
I really wish new ppl wouldn't talk out of their A--. but hey, don't let reality get in the way of your fiction, eh?
Note to self: Hmm, maybe worth getting iHub premium again, so can ignore drivel posts and read only factual posts.....
Over $4 million in volume in the first hour. eom
Nice catch, good to see, he commented after I had read the link.
ROFL. All of the actions are ON THE PATENT OFFICE PAIR WEBSITE, and were posted in real time as they happened.
If ya waste time at the yh board, you probably run with scissors and believe the moon landing was faked, and..... LOL
