I am very certain that Visa or any other network company would spend dollars and time testing The Card for use on their system...ooops sorry The Card does not exist.
I'm very certain Chaya would be invited to speak at a conference before hundreds of knowledgeable people in the field to present The Card to them....oooops sorry The Card is a fraud.
Your accusations against Chaya, as well as ALL those who stand with you, come from your lack of trust in the CEO. Someone said it best some time ago: Either you believe her or you don't; Either you trust her or you don't.
Again, not saying the questions don't need answers....only that the near future is our focus....not what happened 4-5 years ago.
IF The Card has the technology that Chaya says it has...then her guarded behavior of it, perhaps even an over-guarded behavior in the eyes of some, is a reasonable behavior.
In my many years on this planet I've learned that in ALL situations, when I am not on the inside, there are events that take place which I am unaware of. These events determine the behaviors of the insiders. Thus to make a judgement based on the limited information I, as an outsider have, is inappropriate and foolish.
That is why "insider trading" is prohibited. That why Chaya is guarded about sharing too much information to an individual's inquiry.
Trust and patience are my environment here...
Bale out...I recall that I said ALL will be answered someday...most likely in a book...perhaps made into a movie.
I do look forward to hearing the whole story and having the loose ends, many of which Potts raised, tied up. My only point is that at this point in the history of SmartMetric the answer to those questions is moot.
I also encouraged Potts to hold keep the faith being this close to the end... I look forward to a celebration in the near future which I hope does not become a contentious gathering.
Potts....Mate...My Friend...
I know the clock is ticking for all of us...especially those of us in the "sunset" of life.
The questions you ask will have answers someday....but for now they are moot and the focus needs to be on the licensing of The Card for use on a network. I would think Chaya will write a book once this is all over, and give us longtime stockholders a free copy, and tell the story of how this amazing technology came to be....with the failures, twists and turns, and wonderful successes all included in its chapters.
Once the news is announced and institutions are allowed to use a network with The Card then we ALL will know how relevant the PR's were and will allow our frustrations and impatience to recede from memory and heart.
KEEP THE FAITH...the light at the end of the tunnel is NOT a train.
Thank you...a careful reader :)
Press Release...May 26, 2017
Sales of SmartMetric biometric debit/credit reach 5 million.
The concept-excellent
The execution-amazing
Wow...are they going to make money on that investment!!!
Now THAT is smart investing....which also goes for all other investors in SMME.
:) Happy Happy Happy...
Never happy...
Never satisfied...
We all know your motive...
Sometimes it's just fun to play with you...:)
Everyone knows your rants do NOTHING to persuade the believers or nonbelievers....
Thanks for satisfying my dark side...:)
Information.....
I thought that was one of the issues you rag on?
Not happy when it doesn't come....
Not happy when it does come....
Your spots are showing....
Perhaps....With our first meeting in Las Vegas, NV, after success comes our way, Duke would be willing to do the same on The Strip.
How appropriate would THAT be??
Yes I see your point.
Not my intention to suggest nothing will happen by then. I do believe by then stockholders will be enjoying a rise in daily PPS. Must have been the thought of Duke nude that caused my brain to malfunction.....:)
Duke...be sure to video it and then YouTube it. I'd like to see some shots of Sydney!!
It seems she was paid $29,000 cash in the last fiscal year...
Thank you
Anyone here know how much the CEO gets paid? Just wondering.
SM...Still waiting for a reply to my question as to how a company can increase Surplus Capital by almost $5million without showing any sale of stock.
And that does answer my question as to a company spending over $4 million dollars on General and Administrative Expenses (mostly or all cash) on REVENUNE OF ONLY $50,000.
Guess he doesn't have much else to say....
I know a bit about accounting...probably about as much as you know the biometric field.
The Cash Flow Statement which is a required statement these days for companies to produce reconciles the cash position of the company to the stated Net Income. Because, yes, not all the net income, or loss, is caused by cash usage.
Then do explain the $4,926,000 General and Administrative Expenses. Any go to salaries? Any go to travel expenses?
Don't care and don't matter how many products a company produces. $50,000 in revenue does not make a company a success...especially with a high expenditure of Salaries and travel expenses.....and fees to directors for attending meetings.
And do explain the $4.5 million increase in Capital Surplus WITHOUT any long term debt or sale of stock or increase in cash shown. However did that capital get raised?
Apparently NOT SM...If you knew enough about "this business" you would NOT have lied about knowing Chaya. Remember...you said you knew "everyone in the business, and no one ever heard of Chaya."
If you knew enough about "this business" you would know that The Card is being looked at for use on one of the networks.
You post as if anyone can develop a card like SmartMetric...if so why did YOU buy 25000 shares in a company that is fooling the world? With a product that one can produce with "off the shelf" components??
Do you speak with forked tongue?
And are we to believe YOU because you say so? See above for character analysis.
So, then, what part of the $4 million plus of General and Administrative Expenses in the last reporting year used cash....Cash raised by selling stock and other means??
As I read the Cash Flow Statement it shows $4,926,000 being used. Now that would be cash used would it not? Or am I reading the Cash Flow Statement incorrectly?? Is Depreciation that great of a factor here? Inventories are small....and, well I see NO CAPITIAL TO DEPRECIATE AND NO DEPRECATION ON THE BALANCE SHEET. So I'll go out on a limb here and ask: How much of the $4,926,000 was cash? You do know...so please tell us.
Your statement, to be honest here, regarding the NET LOSS is in fact accurate...some of the loss may be attributed to accounting functions.
But correct me if I am wrong....the Cash Flow Statement does account for the USE AND ACQUISITION of cash, correct?
SM...to be honest you have not seen The Card of SmartMetric demonstrated; no proof of its functionality has been demonstrated to you.
Others have seen it. Some time ago cards were produced for the purpose of being looked at. That is where the suggestion to place an "on" light on The Card came from.
The Card is now being, and I'm sure I'll use an incorrect term here, "looked at" for use by institutions and a network system company for licensing.
Now, you may reply and say this is only CEO talk....but you are only speaking StockMedic1 talk. Let the people decide who to believe: One who is involved in the process....or one who far outside of it.......
Duke...
Just wondering about your view...
Which company shows itself to be a stronger company to invest in and exhibits good management principles:
One that has over 4million dollars in General and Administrative expenses in a year---salary, car, travel expenses--
and loses over $5million dollars last reporting year, though it does show a pocket full of revenue.
OR
One that has over 1.5 million dollars in General and Administrative expenses in a year
and loses of slightly over 1.5 million dollars in the last reporting year...but has no revenue...yet?
Where's your money going??
Nice work to who ever picked up the last 49K @$.0005 at the end of the day...:)
For those us without Twitter or Facebook....What is being posted there?
And I really wish you the best in your current and future investments....
Please see my recent post to Stockmedic 1
SM...you show real character here.
I know you have influence with those who are negative toward SMME. Any chance we can have you end the repetitive posts from the negative posters and call a truce for the next 3-6 months until we hear regarding the future of The Card from SMME?
I know the loser will be IHUB because there will be less activity on the board....But both sides here, myself included, are talking round and round with no headway on either side.
I hope you have kept your 25K shares and look forward to seeing you at the first SMME meeting.
Truth is truth...
Facts are facts...
and Old news is old news...
LET ME TRY ONE LAST TIME TO POINT OUT THE OBVIOUS...
ANY AND ALL start up and developing companies operate NO DIFFERENTLY than you point out the way SMME has operated.
The relevance is that what you point out regarding SMME is normative in the type of company SMME and RXSF and any other company developing a product operates.
HINT: It's 2016. Seems SMME has moved on....how about you? All the issues you raise have been dealt with resolved.
As for SMME...it may still be on "the pot"...but all that's left is the paper work.
It is clear to all with open eyes that you have an issue with SMME and Chaya...we get it!!
You misunderstand simple questions....or just choose to ignore them.
The point of the questions is to show that MANY, PROBABLY ALL, startup companies behave in a similar way. Investors put in money....officers spend it. YOU are trying to make a case against SMME as if it is a unique situation....OH NO IT IS NOT.
All officers of startup companies, oh let's pick a company.....RXSF...do the same.
And whether or not a company has revenues or not; or whether or not they have revenues and do not make a profit...the officers are paid from stockholder funds.
Final point....this is 2016. No one has been arrested nor put in jail nor warned by the SEC. So any and all past issues...which you constantly bring up...are dealt with and done with.
Perhaps you didn't read the whole post...#9345.
My post and the questions therein have NOT been responded to by you or anyone else.
That you responded with unrelated statements is not what the post is asking of you or anyone else who would care to respond.
Your posts regarding SMME state nothing other than a picture of ANY startup company...including SMME, RXSF, or any other.
So I know you understand what post #9345 is asking....are you willing to answer the questions contained in it?
YD...no such response to post #9345 is found.
The questions poses on post #9345 is in regards to any other companies you may be aware of that have gone through a similar process as SmartMetric has in developing its product.
To repeat and repeat statements from releases and documents years in the past DOES NOT answer the questions posed on post #9345 nor can be defined as a reasonable response.
So please read it again and I again ask you to respond to the questions listed there....
And by the way.....I thought RXFS was selling the pill boxes.
Post 9345...any comment?
See Duke's post #9358. I perhaps used the wrong term when I posted "testing".
I'm sure you posting and referring to the working ability of The Card and not its existence.
Its existence was quite plain at the conference in Florida this past April.
First of all, you don't know how smart I am....but thank you for the compliment.
Most importantly...NO ONE has proven the SmartMetric card does not exist nor does not function/work. ALL such claims are ONLY based that posters belief.....NOT FACT. That The Card has not been shown publicly to work is NOT proof that it does not work. AND all deniers of the working attributes of The Card have NO/ZERO/NONE/NATA proof of such claim.
In addition, there is enough peripheral/infered PROOF of The Card's existence and thus it's working capabilities.
It's equivalent to saying: I've never seen you, so I don't believe you exist.
It has all been defended and debunked. Just that some posters choose to believe otherwise.
Thank you for sharing the good business decisions that Chaya has made along the way in developing the SmartMetric debit/credit card.
Good business decisions include a change of direction from stated objectives. When a product is ready for market but an improvement in the product is developed, I believe it is a good business decision to withhold release of the product and institute the improvement. Do to otherwise I believe is to take advantage of the marketplace.
Do you know of any businesses that have not done the same??
You are involved with RXSF. How many prototypes were made before you happened upon the one now for sale?
Is RXSF still using, today, the same companies for its components used in the manufacturing of its saleable product that it first contacted in the beginning of its development of it product?
Of the components used in today's saleable product, how many were developed by the company and how many were just bought off the shelf and put together to make the product?
Good business DEMANDS a change of direction, despite promises and statements made, if such change of direction improves the company by lowering the cost to produce a product or improves the product to be produced....wouldn't you agree?
Are you aware that the SmartMetric card is now being tested and evaluated by a number of companies, including VISA?
Think they are looking at a display of it or ACTUALLY do have card in hand--a functioning card in hand--to do their test?
Please move forward with your DD. CARDS have been manufactured; CARDS are functioning; CARDS are being tested and evaluated.
Why, given the above, do you continue to post as you do? DOES NOT MATTER that The Card was not shown to work at the conference. Any DD would determine a number of functioning cards exist.
Perhaps your trade shows are not as prestigious as the one Chaya was invited to speak at. I recall perhaps only 12-15 maybe a few more speakers at her conference. One out of a dozen is impressive....one out of hundreds, not so impressive.
To all posters following my communication with YD:
Chaya was invited to speak at the conference in Florida last April.
Smartmetric also had a booth there. To have a booth at a conference one must pay a fee.
Such payment of fee for a booth is DIFFERENT than being invited to speak to the conference attendees.
It appears either YD does not want to acknowledge the industry's invitation to Chaya to speak at the conference...which would give postiive acknowledge of Smartmetric's product OR he fails to know the difference between an invitation to speak and the rental of space at a conference.
Sorry, the invitation to Chaya to present the Smartmetric biometric card was a VERY BIG ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE CARD DEVELOPED BY SMARTMETRIC.
Why do you avoid answering the question I've twice asked?
You are the DD guy. Please confirm or deny whether or not Chaya was invited to the conference in Florida this past April.
It will allow readers on this board some relevant and CURRENT information on this company.
No numbers.....just fact and truth.
