Maybe you're right.
You might be right, but who cares?
They announced, that they were searching for a 5 mil. financing in the middle of this year. This could be connected with their partner programs.
And the MJ seed oil is not on an exchange.
I was thinking of this, too. I would guess, that oil price will change its direction to higher prices, sooner or later, again.
I would guess, that BAYP can stay in the business, because they already invested the money form shareholders into that business, and have announced, that they would not sell more shares for financing. Therefore the financing seems to be already done.
Thus, the only question araises, what amounts of oil they can explore, and when they can start with it.
The zero volume indicates, that most investors are just waiting.
Maybe ppl are thinking of the MJ seed oil price, instead of crude oil price?
My new theory is, that Bayport becomes a grease company. But I guess, that a lubricant company is better to deal with. Lube it, lube it.

I agree, that oil price has of course a lot of influence on all economical situations in the current situation.
Low oil prices causes the industry to buy more goods for a lower price, thus influencing their own production of goods. Consumers have more money left in their wallets for consuming products, thus all a positive impact on economical state, but only on the short run.
I would guess, that oil price above $90 with a slight positive development to higher prices would be favourable for economy, from reason that also lay in the energy consumption itself. The cheaper the oil price, the more emissions. The lower the oil price, the less favourable for alternative energy production programs. Higher oild prices sparks thinkings of development of alternative and new energy sources.
Barrel price droped, but there are signs for a strong winter demand? Thus, should we expect, that production is higher than demand?
In the last couple days we saw +/- 20% in pps.
Right. Some don't want to accept this, probably due to declining pps. Unfortunately this does not help pps to raise.
And there are not so many shares outstanding anymore due to the reverse split. The last company report gave details about it.
Havn't heard about the nobel prize nomination, but the second assumption might be right. Inventor of useful products.
Loooooooooooooool.
Ok, than we make a grease company out of it, no oil explorer.
Bayport's 3rd quarter report is due. This time they are a little to late. There are only 4 more weeks when the 4th quarter will end, too.
Haha, no enhancement of volume, despite some posters.
Yes, today we see a reverse trend, but we have still some hours to go for trading session.
Would be a good development, but the gains from yesterday are gone for today again. I stay positive minded for future developments.
Today's pps up seems to be positive preview.
But the thing with has changed at Bayport was only the pps: it is always gowing lower.
Everything is still working fine.
Maybe you thought, that it's a forward split (at ratio 1:1), which would result in no increase of share amount, but declining pps.
Yes, you are right. I did know how a forward split works. But this has not happened here at BAYP.
If a decline in pps happend here, this is not related to a forward split.
very nice, johnnycomelately, I agree, tht we pps will come back at least to the prices at the reverse split. When the company is developing further, we could also expect some more. I guess, that their agreement with Sylios is on the right way.
I have not large amounts of shares, but I'm am posting here, too
I have never met them personally. Maybe, maybe not. Can't tell and won't tell.
Loooooooooooooool. Can't be real enough.
Fo'Shizzle. Cheers, PLUTUS
The sources given by some users pointed to the state administration, which are responsible for the wells. The wells in question were reported to be productive.
The question is, who wants the price down or higher, and for what purpose. Even for American companies a higher oil price would be favourable. The strong winter begin in the Northeast of the USA is an additional surplus for demand. Consumers on the other hand are probably not happy with higher gasoline prices, but with oil prices already higher in the past, and the economy still running, we can summarize, that higher oil prices are still affordable.
Hello Sibware, yes you're right. I know, that there are ways to verify, if the wells are producing or not. I have not done any DD with regard of the wells, but I have relied on the DD some users did here, and they gave the source of the information to verify.
In this case I prefer not to know it exactly, although I have already made some DD on other statements by the company.
Yes right, but OPEC announced to think of reducing their own offer. That has of course an influence on price. They are too big.
No financial data was given in latest reports. The company reports, published on behalf of the company, need not report this data in all of their reports. These reports are filled voluntarily, and they are not yet compliant with SEC requirements. This might change of course in this case, when Bayports becomes more important.
Not mention the old wells in the company reports does not mean, that the old wells are not producing anymore. Was there any annnouncement, that they skipped their gas- and oil business from the already running wells? I can't remember it, but instead they announced the new project in Macintosh Co. Oklahoma with the Brown Well Lease.
The other, already running wells, are listed also on their web site.
Thanks, that explains all.
Are there no traders stepping in today? Or are the OTC markets closed?
OPEC plans to reduce their production, to shorten offer of raw oil on the markets.
They do, but only to a small extent until now, with their already producing wells.
