Thank you sir.
Manshoon, I know I could find this if I really tried, but maybe you know it at finger tips. What is the monthly rate of dilution? Is it a set number? $ amount? Arbitrary?
Thanks
I know how much a/s is there and it's something I'd love to see reduced, but no, I am not aware o/s was increased beyond about 590m. Isn't that where we've been for months now?
Maybe I've gotten lazy in my homework.
Can you confirm that o/s has increased? That would be the result of your "hint". I honestly don't know if it has or not, I'm asking. Maybe you've seen something the rest of us haven't, I mean something concrete.
The action over the last month or so looks to me like MMs are willing to pay .065, .066, .067 or even 7 cents for shares, but won't let it go much below that as it will bring other buyers in to scoop up shares that they want for themselves. They keep knocking it down as far as they can in order to collect their shares, but when different money comes in, they let it go back up to where others won't buy anymore, and then start the process over, knocking the price down as they can. It looks to me like the MMs know this won't go below .065. As it looks like they are willing to collect shares in the high 6s at this time, I'm led to think they feel it will break out upwards sooner than later. I'm thinking the 1 month target must be about .15.
All just personal conjecture and my opinion, but it adds up in my mind.
I asked these same questions about the guy a couple weeks ago. If he has something solid, I'd love to hear it. His input is all very generic. But what I love most is when it pops, he tells us how he saw it coming, as if that confirms all his previous input.
Because there is no broad recognition of the company, I would guess these buys are well informed individuals. There would be nothing that I have seen that would inspire somebody to just come along and purchase $15k worth of this stock, but when these 250,000 purchases pop up, like the one at the end of the day today, that's exactly the kind of money we're talking about. It all looks very hopeful to me.
I have to agree that there is no reason to believe there is an apparent "hangup". I better qualify that. There is no reason that I can see to believe there is an apparent hangup.
No kidding. I'm sure he goes to bed every night worrying about us. LOL. We're going for the ride, let's keep this in perspective.
That was a nice buy at the end of the day.
Well then try this one Edward. What do you think might inspire high volume? Maybe news? See how it all fits together? Do you think high volume is just going to appear like the fairy dust between your ears?
Couldn't resist.
You've already been told about 85 times when it will move up. When we get news, we should have a pop of some sorts.
Over the last month or so there have been some pretty decent sized sell orders that have slammed into that bottom resistance and it has held solid. I'd say it would take huge volume and negative news to break .06. It's pretty stiff down there and it will take negative news to breach it. I don't think it will just creep into the high 5s.
Don't like doing this but.....

Two thoughts concerning this post.
It seems that there isn't anybody involved closely with this company that has any interest in "pop and drop" stock prices. Seems integrity is much more important than making a couple hundred grand off the backs of investors.
Noel probably has had some conversations with Thompson, much as manshoon1 has, and has commented about them publicly, maybe even taking them out of context a bit, or even embellishing them a bit. The company would have no interest in that if point one is correct.
JMO
I wonder what kind of outside-of-the-box, special application Gen2 could be used for. You know Thompson didn't go through all this to make a better bed spread.
It's really mind-numbing.
This guy is nobody to trifle with. We are in outstanding hands. I have done my DD, but when you get down to it, I have always based my investment on my trust in Thompson. I continue to feel very comfortable with it. If he would have wanted to bilk the investors through this process, I doubt it would have taken this kind of a brainyack 5 years.
If anybody can make a go of an otc offering, this guy looks the part. What is it our buddy has been saying the past week? 1 out a 1000 otc companies make it? Well, we have a ceo with a 1 out of 1000 IQ.
Sometimes, stars collide.
Glad your surgery went well manshoon
It was alot more than Notre Dame and KBLB being mentioned together in a sentence in a press release. Do you know what is going on here, or are you just scanning the pinks and looking for marks?
I agree that Dupont fits, but lets be honest, nobody has said that KBLB is talking with Dupont. That is fact. It's speculation, as much sense as it may make. We have no confirmation that KBLB and Dupont are in discussions.
Also, I agree with you 100% that Dupont doesn't fish the pinks looking for otc's to buy out. If Dupont is talking with KBLB, which is total speculation, I would be very, very certain that KBLB approached them. Would that be totally out of the realm of your possibilities?
Just a simple question, and hopefully, a simple answer. What's your motivation for posting all this? Please don't say you're trying to help us, unless you really are.
Thanks in advance.
I haven't read it. Did they mention any company? Or anybody? Just discussing Futuristic technology?
Can't even wait until the afternoon?
I'm with you on all of that. In alot of way, this board is a way to get strength during times like this. (I also don't tweet or facebook or any of that, and don't do lots of boards)
The only issue I'd take with your post is about calling investor relations. I never have, but the reason they set up Investor Relation departments is so that stockholders have a way to contact the company. It's Ben's job to answer those calls, that's what he's there for. If you ever call and get Thompson, that's a total bonus, but it's not his job, so don't ever expect it or even suggest that there is something wrong because you can't talk to him. Investor Relation departments, including Ben at KBLB, is there for us when we have questions, so call away.
Ben, I got your PM. I've been holding a solid handful since Reagan blew up the budget in the early 80s. I couldn't agree with you more. Not necessarily about KBLB, but about national finances in general.
Just had 2 20k trades that took out the .066 bid and the .07 ask. Now you have a spread of .065 and .071. Looks to me like an effort to move the price forward. Wide spreads are all about who blinks first. Me thinks we're looking at a green day.
The bid just moved up to .066. The next trade will be interesting. 54k shares traded at .065 first thing this morning. I got 20k of those. I could sell now at the bid and make $20. Everything is falling into place.
Tongue in cheek.
The last purchase yesterday was a piddling hit at the ask. We just had another similar purchase this morning. Maybe MMs want to start moving this forward?
You wonder? It's not even clever.
Indeed, taking stock in a company like DuPont would be my preference, as I would like to ride this technology as long as I could. However, if Thompson has other ideas that he wants to pursue, he will want cash. If this were to play out this way, I would just take my proceeds and roll it into the acquiring company.
Again, all conjecture here. I have no facts or information to back my thinking. Just trying to piece it all together as I see it.
I've said all along that he wouldn't sell too soon because he would be leaving too much on the table. I hope he does hold on, for a long time. But...............man................I held this stock for awhile before I started watching it daily. I need to get back to just letting it ride. It's not like I'm selling any time soon.
I've been thinking about your post all day, and the more I think about it, the more this whole thing screams that Thompson will sell.
We have a CEO that doesn't care where the stock price is.
He doesn't dilute and he doesn't sell any of his own. He's written off all salaries the company owes him.
He's got total control with well over 50% of the outstanding shares.
At .01 per share, the 250m, plus or minus, that he doesn't control is worth $2.5m. The company is only in about $1.45m. The sale of those 250m shares at .01 covers that.
The value of this company is in the technology, not in the stock price. Never has been. Now Joe Noel, a stock touter with ceo access, goes quiet.
Dammit, I think he'll announce a sale. I know that will make alot of you happy if that happens, and though, even if it does play out that he sells out at a buck a share, this will still be a once in a lifetime hit, I'll be a little disappointed. I have been expecting more.
All conjecture on my part. Take this for what it's worth, which ain't much. All out-loud musings.
In the last 6-8 trading days, we've had a couple of big sellers. I don't know if you remember last week, but there was a sale of close to 1m shares, if not a little more. Today, somebody dropped 250k. We just don't have the volume in this stock at present to be able to sustain hits like that. If we were getting pecked down, I would be alot more concerned than I am. We've just had a couple traders come out and slam us. Somebody picked up 100k at .064 late this afternoon. If this gets back up to .075 in the next week, we'll probably get those thrown back in our face.
The timing can drive you nuts. I am happy with my present holdings, but when it got below .065, I had to see if I could steal a few more.
I have a 20k order in at .063 but doubt I'll get it. The reason we're where we're at now is somebody dumped 250k shares at bid. Now somebody just hit the .064 ask for 100k shares. Don't see it getting past that unless another big seller comes through.
I hate to comment on Noel when I have already admitted my ignorance, but if what I have been told here on the board is the way it is, it would make sense that he wouldn't be the negotiator. It would make sense that a deal in principle is made, and he would be there to put it into it's final construct. I'm in over my head on this particular developement. I'll just sit and absorb what you folks garner.
Very good to know.
God, I love this board.
I wasn't aware of his background. I was hoping he wasn't coming on board to just start screaming from the rooftops, some advertising guru, or something.
My exact thoughts. What could he do for them?
Pump and dumps, by their nature, are usually based on volitility. Any stock can be a vehicle for a pump and dump. In the case of penny stocks, the question that any investor must ask is whether executives and others closely associated with the company are profiting from the pump and dump. If they aren't, then it's just market makers and tout sheets pushing gullible people around.
