Good morning Chi. It really is good news. Hopefully folks which may have left this equity will return with cash in hand. Quite a few folks were frustrated including yours truly. I'm ready for UDHC to gain some strength and go from red to green. So.....how about a BE BOLD, BUY and HOLD on UDHC, aye?! Not sure Roy. They could have been alluding to the content of the 12/02 news release stating their being in the "exploratory stage of acquiring a leasing company" as simply one of many potential investments being made to further strengthen UDHC / JNS's bottom line. I'm sure we'll find out more in the next few weeks considering their fiscal year ends with the calendar year. Have a good night sir!

Not sure if this is the correct statement to make, but it may be related to concerns posted about keeping shareholder interest due to a recent lack of shareholder activity [below]. I mean't to post another follow-up after reading some of the responses made. These folks have been pretty straight forward about their intent and have been trying to follow through on commitments made. My frustrations have been with communications and the way the stock has been trading. I'm really not certain what advice to give as I'm sure they are probably scratiching their heads wondering what next. These folks are on track to take this beaten up, non-reporting shell to the next level of a fully reporting shell by year end. Have a good day folks! Hats off to UDHC!

Great post Art! I just bled red myself with another equity that had gone through the "shell" game 3 or 4 times and now through an r/m is bonafide and on track to be a fully reporting company by year end. Unfortunately, I have more than a few hundred $$ in that one and really don't want to continued to average down. Fortunately, I have several mm in INBG and do think this one will pan out. Right now things are so difficult dealing with China, I can understand why it is taking so long for this merger to go through. I do think we will know one way or the other by year end and what we find out will be great news! So...BE BOLD, BUY and HOLD INBG folks!

Good morning folks. Mrs. Howe, Mr. Vick, thanks very much for reading and responding to the IHUB posts and sending the update yesterday. Keeping interest in UDHC is paramount in maintaining the valuation of this equity and keeping skepticism down to a minimum. Just a reminder that there are quite a few folks which had positions prior to the r/m and have held said positions. With this being stated, many have been sharing their concerns that this is simply another iteration of the previous ownership. That's a real Debbie-downer that may cause the longs to give up their positions at the first opportunity which I don't think anyone wants to see happen. You folks appear to be on track to accomplish everything you have stated for this year which is fantastic in my book. While regular PR's are typically fluff, they do keep information flowing which can translate to continued interest and new investment dollars. Thanks once again folks!

Hey CC. Oh that's pretty much what I figured with most of the longs here. I, like other folks, don't have all my eggs in one basket. The problem is all my baskets are full, some eggs are breaking and the chicken hasn't laid any more new ones! It's funny coming from me, but I would imagine it does considering the amount of float that could already be tied up with all the averaging down folks write about doing. It's probably a testament as to why this stock is continually over 50% short. MM's need to be able to cover the shares we are buying at a discount hence the price continues to remain low. Minimal interest translated to multiple orders walk the pps up, shares are borrowed, mm's open the gap between b/a and boom! Mega large sell orders hit, shares are covered and the price drops again. Woah, coffee time! Pardon me, but are you sure you didn't mean to send to the "Doc" vs. the Wooleymunger? I don't have a Ph.D. behind me dude LOL! It's kinda like comparing to knowing that when the burner on the stove is red, one doesn't have to touch it to determine it is hot!:) When nano-cap stocks or any stock with little or no volume start to gain in popularity through the releasing of a PR, 8K, 10Q, 10 etc. is a boost alerting us newbie traders to buy, buy , buy! Of course, the insidious side is that there are the seasoned "hawk" traders, institutions, etc., rubbing their hands together, wide eyed, pupils diating with that "fresh meat" look anticipating a feeding frenzy hence artificially creating a ping-pong effect through emotional buying and selling when pricing drops repeating this cycle over and over. Technobabble really isn't one of my strong points. Heck my eyes began crossing after about the 5th page, ha ha! Seriously CC, thanks for taking the time to find and sharing. I really appreciate it! How about a nice, simple, BE BOLD, BUY and HOLD IFXY!

Good point and you're right about there being too many bloodsuckers out there. UDHC needs to be very cautious especially since this is a whole new venture for them. Again, I see nothing but good things with UDHC as there have been quite a few changes since the merger and they have shown that they do have an ear for their investors.
