" This board seems to think MMTC is a life changer".
Please not another "LIFE CHANGER"!!!! I heard that term many times in:
HLNt at 0.015 (now 0.0021)
KATx at 0.15 (now 0.007)
SAEi at 0.035 (went to Grey Market - R/S and now reborn)
BRzL at 0.14 (now 0.0003)
The people who bet big and hung onto those sure had their lives changed. They hung on mainly because of all the "GREAT DD" that was being put forth on those boards. This is Pink land folks.
I believe in what MMTC is trying to do, but I'm goona be as careful as I can. GL
Thanks for your kind words. A lot of useless posts are made because many IHubbers believe that pumping up the number of posts will get the stock into the top 10 list on the HOME page and generate more interest in their stock. NUSMF has a nice board going and I sure hope it stays that way. GL
I can assure you that MMTC is DTC eligible because my brokerage has rejected about a dozen pennies that I tried to buy in the past because they were DTC ineligible, but they let me buy MMTC in several batches with no problems.
Good Luck.
Want to thank you fellas for providing all the research and DD on NUSMF. Since we have almost 2 years to wait for the ship and equipment to get on station, my plan is to buy a small chunk every month. We may be in the doldrums here for another year = just more time to stock up on the cheapies. GL
Looks like a lot of resistant at 0.95, but the On Balance Vol has been building higher today than any day since OCT 1 except Nov. 18.
If GLD moves convincingly higher, it may coax BULM to break out and follow. GL
Sorry I don't have PM. Possibly between the 15th and 30th of January would be best. I am willing to work around other IHuber's schedules so that you can round up the most investors.
Would the January meeting be in the current office in San Clemente or in the (planned) new office in L.A.?
Many thanks for your efforts. GL
Please put me as possible on the list as I live in San Diego, but have to travel a lot. Thanks
Thank you very much for what a "personal mark" means, and how to do it. I got a PM on how to do "board marks."
I've been an Ihubber for about a year and a half. Today was the first time I was asked to "please board mark us below." How does a person do that?
I was also told that I was "person marked". What does that mean?
Is there a place on this website that explains all of these various items? This board was the closest thing that I could find.
Thanks
besidestillwater: would you mind providing a link to the document with 11 pages? Thank you.
SGR. I've heard nothing mentioned here (although I've only read the last 500 posts or so & the INTRO PAGE) about MIT's need to train and CERTIFY the users/operators of these machines. My working life was spent in the aerospace industry and we had lots of critical areas where sophisticated equipment could only be used by trained and certified employees. One of my “side” jobs was teaching refresher courses on a few of those equipment items and testing those technicians to verify that they had maintained their skills and knowledge and were worthy of annual recertification.
Another issue I have not heard about is the heavy dose of liability insurance MIT will have to carry. This insurance will be quite expensive until they get some history "under their belts" which demonstrates that the MIT1000a does perform as advertised when used per the specification that MIT should require any purchaser to sign up for. If MIT management has any smarts at all they should at least establish a compliance dept to do the things I have mentioned above to protect the company from the horrific lawsuits that will ensue if a faulty use of the machine by a food processor (or any customer) results in serious illness or deaths.
I tried several times to download the MIT1000 User Guide from the INTRO PAGE, but when the download gets to 1.82MB of 3.22MB it stalls. I,m not a basher - I am long this stock. I think the MIT1000a is a great idea and hope it works. I also hope management will do their job to protect the company and shareholders when they tread through all those minefields waiting for them out there. It appears that you have established contact and rapor with MIT management. I hope that you will pass my concerns on the them. GLTA
Somebody is really trying to manipulate this stock. At least today it wasn't a crummy 100 shares. This doesn't look like the typical action when MMs are doing the manipulation. With such low float, I believe that manipulation by MMs is kinda difficult.
Guess I should be happy for being able to look forward to a "green" weekend.
Some of us have broker fees of only $1.00 per transaction.
However, at 0.00x prices even I had 20K min purchase sizes.
The only reason I sometimes us the $9.99 broker, is that the
$1.00 broker just will not bother with a lot of the pinks or non DTC eligible issues. SIOR happens to be one of he pinks available to me at the low commission rate.
Can't understand why gold is up big and and BULM is down. Couldn't resist being able to pick up another 1K at 0.86 this AM. GL
Rocket Man, I do not have PM. Windansea is derived from a surfing spot near my home in La Jolla. Was kind of a "rocket man" myself once as an engineer working on Atlas/Centaur if that means anything to you. The glory days of areospace in San Diego are over how, I'm afraid. Must be content trying to find sub-pennies that metamporhasize into pennies+.
GL
I hope that HotStocked.com is one of the places that provides information based on the facts (or technicals) rather than because its being paid to "pump". It should be that SIOR doesn't need to pay big bucks to pumpers to generate interest in their company.
Couldn't resist adding another 50K at 0.008 this AM. Believe me, this is a totally new experience for me and all I can say is GO SIOR!
Picked up my starter position at 0.0065 a few minutes ago. Interactive Brkrs will only allow trades in ending in 0.xx00 or 0.xx05 for sub pennies. Thanks to those of you providing DD on this one. GL
This is the 1st Pinky I have ever owned that is showing a good profit. I keep a card next to my computer screen with a list of all the disappointments and how much red they each cost me (in the hope that it will prevent me making future mistakes). Strong urge to "take the money and run", but thanks the to the great DD here, I'm hanging in here and planning to add after some solid news. GL
Hi Geo; My thanks also for the DD you are putting forth here. Kinda nice to have a chunk of SIOR sitting Green in an ocean of Red today.
Picked up another 50K this AM at .0045. This is absolutely my last buy until I hear about some drilling activity, JV action, or the equivalent. It's nice to have one GREEN stock on my screen today to make up for all those other REDs. GLTA
He Dee, thanks for the response. I agree with just about everything you wrote, and I have read through a lot of the previous posts. Also, with regards the price of NG. Last year I made a private placement investment in a gas/oil well in West Virginia which has just been connected to a pipeline is producing mostly gas. I do not know the reason why, but the wells in that area are paid a 15% premium for their gas over the Henry Hub average price during the producing period. Could the same be true in the area of SIOR's proposed wells?
Another issue that I am concerned about is contention by the U.S. Geological Survey and others that fracking is responsible for the increased number and severity of earthquakes that are occurring in the U.S.. If a big, killer quake comes out of the blue in an area where a lot of fracking is being done, the government may just put a lot of regulation on the process and greatly reduce the productivity of new wells, and thereby reduce the value of the leases.
Thanks for the link. I think I have a problem with my Windows Media Player, though. When I tried the link, I got an error message that it "failed to initialize ... error # 1065"
But I read the Quarterly Report which was also availabe on that link. Did anybody in the call ask for an explanation of what was meant by:
"Considerable loss of revenues and damaged business relationships occurred as a result of unapproved third-party enquiries."?
At this price, it seems to me the stock is more like a perpetual call option on the ability of the company to recover.
I'm almost afraid to hear the mention of "PR" with regards to these stinky pinks. Got burned bad in BRZ# with all the hopes built up by the pumpers promising a "PR any day now". I have a nice little chunk is SIOR right now that is showing green today, and will ad more if this company starts filing official reports. GL
Anybody have a link to the transcript of today's (or was it yesterday's) conference call?
Thanks
Thank you Charles for the heads up e-mail this AM.

Hey Charles, that was me getting a fill @ 1.85!! Let me tell you about my experience with Kalimantan.During the late 1960's and early 1970's I ran a small shipyard on the Philippine island of Mindanao. We built tugboats, barges, small tankers and cargo ships for the inter island trade. During that time Indonesia decided to open up their virgin forests for timber harvesting and many Filipino loggers got big consessions. We built a 150 foot supply/ferry ship for one of those loggers who got a concession on Kalimantan the size of the state of Rhode Island. He made his bid based on an aerial survey of the forests since there were no roads etc. The trees looks monstrous from the plane and the loggers were dreaming of all the profits they were going to make selling logs to the Japanese plywood mills. When they landed with their chainsaws and bulldozers and started cutting, they discovered that many of those huge old trees were so old that their cores were dying and very soft. The spindles of the plywood mill cutters could not be adapted to such logs. Also, the wet monsoon season was truely horrific. The Philippines is sticky during Southwest monsoon, but in Kalimantan the rain and humidity were unbelievable. The Filipino loggers were getting all kinds of fungus infections + demoralized by the constant rain and unbearable heat.
It will be interesting to see if they can mine coal under such conditions. Maybe they will just work during the dry monsoon season, which sounds like the sane thing to do.
Good luck.
hi surf - thanks for the insider sources. Just doubled up on my position @ $2.00 a few days ago. Hope this baby is on the move. Looks like a "rounded bottom". No big jump in volume though. Hope someone will post some good new fundamental DD on this board. GL to longs.
Anybody out there?? This thing looks like it is finally moving.
Unfortunately, volume is not very impressive.
I absoutely agree about the long term nature of this play. I'm thinking the best way to do it is to watch the daily (slow) STOC chart per BigCharts.com and buy a small chunk when reading gets below 15 (looks like about 10 today). This usually happens about once a month. Then sell half of those shares when the daily STOC gets back to 70. That way, a nest egg can get built but a little bit of positive feedback can be enjoyed as well.
Thanks for your response.
I got flagged to NUSMF by an e-mail pump from the Oxford Club. Doing my own research I ended up at the Stock Gumshoe's website to get the stock symbol. I always pay attention to the Gumshoe, and feel he does a real service to those of us who can't afford to throw away $$$ on subscriptions.
Today was a good day (for me) to pick up a small starter position in NUSMF. I follow a blogger who has been amazingly precient on the moves of gold. He expects that now that it has broken thru $1705 it could end up between $1300 and $1400 (over the next few months) before blasting off "to da moon" as they love to say here on IHub. I believe this company really means business, and thank those who have contributed so much DD. I think our main concern is the elections of 2012 in PNG and what the crazy politicians might do. Hope you folks with ways keeping a pulse on what is going on there will continue to keep the rest of us informed. GLTA
Thanks for all you work and DD, packerfan. I'm going to hang onto my BRZL shares. They will be a big RED[color=red] number on my IB Trader Work Station screen that will be a constant reminder to NEVER mess with pennies again. Even with you, the ADMIRAL, and others doing great research, this penny tanked. I do believe that a clean shell is worth something, and the Mr. Weiss has the background and connections to find another opportunity for us. In the meantime -- Dinero, no tenemos ninguno. Tiempo, tenemos un montón.
(Money, we don't have. Time, we have plenty.) Patience everyone.
GLTA
Wish I had hear about this in April. Started a small position Monday & will be adding. Any idea why a $10 stock would want to remain in the stinky pink sheets?
Just took on a small position. Unique board = no pumpers, no bashers, just facts. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for the comment Turnkey. Just looked at your profile page.
I am impressed. My first job out of (maritime) college was as 3rd Mate on a tanker running heating oil between Corpus Christi, Texas and Boston, so I've been hooked on the oil industry for a long time.
Later worked as a design engineer for an company that built those escape capsules the drilling rig crews use to abandon rig during blowouts, hurricanes, or any of the other types of disasters those rigs can encounter.
Seems most of the disasters today are either environmental or financial. Have been reading your earlier posts on other boards and will use you as a resource in the future (I hope there is a future!). Thanks again.
I believe that discussing or promoting other stocks on a board is an I-Hub no-no.
Just go back to Kriptccc's post and click on his avatar. His personal info page will come up. There is a tab for "BOARDS POSTED ON". You should be able to figure it out from there. Good luck.
Glad to see you've held off till now. I think that fear of a double dip in the U.S. and banking troubles in Europe are going to hurt world growth and push down the price of oil are the major concerns for IO. It won't go up until crude goes up.
Great post and "counterintuitive" insights. Thanks for all your DD. If BRZL goes to into August with no "news" along with the background of falling oil prices and a lower trending stock market, your scenario makes a lot of sense.
Thanks for the nice comments. This IO board seems to be a very exclusive club!! Better that way. Most posts here not full of the fluff and pumping/bashing like what is found on some other boards. I'll be watching for your "bottom" call.
I got 40K at 0.0035 limit, this afternoon. Since I was working up on my roof and not watching the screen, I don't know whether it was on bid or the ask. They say to never average down, but per the DD I've read this should work out. This will definitely be my last buy of BRZL.
Mind telling us what your truck's MPG was before your installed the booster?
