That PR about the CV "deal" was from 9-12-12. It will be 2 years soon. Now I don't have an MBA but I'm pretty sure a "deal/contract in a small company that doesn't produce revenue for almost 2 years would be considered a bust. If ICPA was a large company it might take that amount of time but they would also have other sources of revenue to help till it did produce.
He suckered his investors in on that one.
Looking back; remember the shareholders meeting at the PUNCH launch? It wasn't anything like it was billed to be, and then when he wouldn't discuss the CV deal. Thats when I started to get nervous.
I would have made a nice profit had I bailed then. What a stupid I was.
Like the famous line in Animal House: you f$%#ed up you trusted us.
I'm more interested in why there wasn't 5 months of ad revenue from Filmon. He spent a lot of time defending Filmon/VU/ads.
Just another in a long line of lies to investors.
Please don't disparage the Gong Show by comparing them to ICPA. It was a classic and my man Chuck was great! (When he wasn't busy working for the CIA)
I do think Steve could have been ON the Gong Show with that Utube video. It would have made Mean Gene the Dancing Machine go nuts.
Of course it was a lie. Name one thing that hasn't been a lie.
Q proves Icpa is a 100% scam. Shares, who's selling shares, who isn't doesn't mean squat. What means something is what revenue the CEO is able to produce.
ThisQ also proves there isn't a board of directors. A board would have fired the CEO. Long ago.
After 2 months still no show description on Filmon, what do you think of that issue? It really doesn't matter cause there are no people watching. If there were people watching it would have been fixed.
"Revenues should follow"!!!!! Where have I heard that before about one of Steve's deals/contracts?
He is 0-fer as far as anything producing revenue.
Why is this different?
PUNCH TV looked good, so did CV and the airports, so did DR offices, so did EZ VIP......
Why should I care if imaginetv looks good or not? Just another in a long line of flops.
Because you seem to think this company is moving in the right direction and have defended the CEO on many occasions. I would like to hear what you think about revenue production.
I'm beginning to think Vargas is involved somewhere along the line and none of this is true. Until I see something "official and legal" I question if PJET is what is being portrayed.
I hope I'm wrong!
3 posts in 3 days for a penny company with $7M in revenue and a website that doesn't look bad???????? I don't get it, something is wrong somewhere.
Whats the difference if it's pink, blue, green...... ITS A SHARE SELLING SCAM!
His face and voice makes me physically sick.
Seeing his face and hearing his voice made me physically sick.
I gave up on CC revenue a long time ago. Pretty obvious this whole thing was designed to sell shares and NOT increase shareholders value.
Typical penny stock "contract". Have we seen those before?
Yeah where is he? Soon as the talk turned to revenue questions he was gone cause he has no answers.
Mrighttrade, what happened to all these shows listed under IC Places Productions?
Did this entire list produce 0 revenue? That's hard to believe.
With all this "product" why was an RS necessary?

Mr Trade you have been seriously misled. Any company that goes almost 3 years in a "deal/contract" with no revenues from it has nothing. The CV deal is obviously a bust for ICPA shareholders.
Unless the next K shows revenue from VU/Drive In the deal with Filmon is a bust for ICPA shareholders as well.
If you want the whole truth, every deal Steve has made in the past however many years has been a bust for ICPA shareholders. If any of these deals had been worth anything there would't have been 3 RS's and a current share price of .0023.
To this point in the company's history Steve has created no value for shareholders.
Had I been smart enough to get out at .05 we wouldn't be having this conversation. This has proven to be a short term/flippers stock classic pump and dump.
All longterm shareholders have been burned badly.
He retired 8.9 M of my shares too.
Do you see that as a positive? I went from 9m to 90k, I should be happy?
Are you kidding me, that post was right on the money. ( money;a foreign concept around here)
Every word of that is 100% true. Look at the "deals" and look at the share price and a 100/1 RS. Had the 'deals" been worth anything there would have been no need to RS.
Just looked at Filmon, same cooking show has played multiple times; and still no show descriptions.
Pretty obvious that mediocre (at best) content was just dumped into a hole that no one knows about and walked away from.
Mr Trade, Zurich et al, any viewership numbers? Any ad revenue generated?
Also saw that the new "24" that is on tonight has "Imagine TV" listed. Guess that isn't your Imagine TV? Wonder what the owners of "Imagine TV" think about "Myimagine TV"? Then again why would they care. It's like the NY Yankees caring that our local tball league has a Yankees team.
That makes us even cause we all disagree with you, and the thing is the facts are on our side. You have 0 facts to support anything you have said.
1. No revenue
2. 3 reverse splits
3. share price .0025.
And the ball buster of all was you equating the RS with retiring shares. How would you like to have been that guy who started with 1m shares a few years ago?
Last thing today, do you know what sarcasm is! Steve, the person you defend has proven many times he is nothing more than a penny stock CEO, smoke and mirrors to sell shares.
Oh and also Mr Trade, with you being a new investor and with the share price sitting at 0025; and probably going lower, you are sitting pretty with your shares. As you seem to indicate Imagine Tv is going to be a hit so you should do very well.
That was me 2 years ago, buying shares and building my share count up. Then deciding to "retire' 8,910,000 of them.
Lets hope you have better luck.
Mr trade, I would like to move away from mugshots and back to the RS and retiring shares to get your take on something.
You gave him a lot of credit for retiring 10M shares. I think I deserve some credit too because I had 8,910,000 shares retired out of my account as well.
Do I not deserve some thanks?
PT Barnum would be proud of him. Figure out a way to get people to give you money for nothing.
Thank goodness the "stock is recovering". My $1800 pre RS is now $225. Nice recovery.
But you know what Mr Trade, this recovery you say is going on and the fact that you can't find any case where the CEO lied to shareholders, I'm going to give that to you.
Here's the deal; the Q should show 5 months of revenue for VU/DriveIn TV; Nov-Dec-Jan-Feb-March, correct? If it doesn't will you admit the CEO has lied?
So glad to hear the really good news. I'm currently at $225 post split, $1800 before split. Great news.
Nice try but you are 0 for 3.
What about #1 NO PR ABOUT REVENUES
What about #2 NEVER RETIRED ANY SHARES
What about #3 HE SAID OVER AND OVER NO RS, MULTIPLE TIMES, THEN CHANGES HIS MIND.
----------------------
1. last June he replied directly to me that he was going to do a pr discussing revenues because he understood the importance of it
2. he was retiring between 500-600 million shares
3. and of course the whopper of all, saying on multiple occasions there would be no RS.
Lets see, where in the penny world have I seen that exact post. BOOOOMs on a message board usually mean goodbye money.
mrighttrade, you said in doing your DD you couldn't find any place where the CEO lied, correct? Here are 3 direct places where he told outright lies to shareholders:
1. last June he replied directly to me that he was going to do a pr discussing revenues because he understood the importance of it
2. he was retiring between 500-600 million shares
3. and of course the whopper of all, saying on multiple occasions there would be no RS.
What I left out was the CV deal where he left out the detail that there would be no profit till 5 airports came online. People bought and accumulated large amounts of shares based on the "4 year contract which is now in year 3 with 0 revenues so far. While not an outright lie this was another case of shareholders not getting the whole story.
If you leave out the truth could that be considered a lie too?
Until I see these supposed revenues in a legal, submitted Q for PJET I don't believe one word I've read here in the past few weeks.
Sorry, this is the pennies and Vargas is a proven commodity. If he's involved in any way you can "kiss it goodbye"; apologies to Bob Prince.
I wonder if Steve watched the Jack Welsh "Leadership and Profits" part. I might be off base here but could Steve possibly need any of that information?
You guys that are posting in support of this company and Steve are the only ones positive. Every other post by people that have been here for many months and in lots of cases years have exposed this for what it is.
If you are trying to drum up new shareholders you should ask this:
If I was looking at buying into ICPA for the first time and looked at the posts on these two boards; and done even a little dd, would I buy into the company? If so I would like to hear your reasons for buying shares.
This is getting pathetic, just look at the history.
End of story.
If Vargas is within a thousand miles of this it's in trouble.
An RS makes no sense.
We are not doing an RS.
We are not doing an RS.
Why do you keep saying we are going to do an RS? We are not doing an RS.
For the last time; NO RS!
Uh oh, hold the phone; all options are now on the table.
1/100 RS. Good-by shares, on the way back to 000's within weeks and share count is heading north at a high rate of speed.
