The J.B. Tubb/Amoco Crawar oil and gas property is located in the Permian Basin, Crawar Field in Ward County, West Texas (12 miles west of Monahans & 30 miles west of Odessa).
The proposed acquisition and corresponding work program includes reentry into two wells in the Upper Clearfork formation (from 4200-4400 feet), and Lower Clearfork formation (from 4550-4750 feet) for the production of oil and gas.
This property is located in and is a part of the Crawar Field, already considered one of the most prolific fields in the United States. Several major oil companies already have projects in this large field. Total present Crawar field statistics show overall production of 500,000 barrels of oil and 4.6 BCF of gas per month respectively.
Dennis Alexander, the Company's Chairman and CFO, stated, "We are excited about the potential asset acquisition for the J.B. Tubb interests and corresponding work programs in the Crawar Field with Success Oil Co. as both operator and part owner. We believe the proposed acquisition presents a strong opportunity to address our continued efforts to build on asset accumulation, oil and gas revenues and cash flow."
Additionally, Success Oil Company is presently reviewing a West Texas based oil and gas property which currently produces $106,000 net cash flow per month and has an additional 46 drilling locations for new wells to potentially be acquired by EGPI Firecreek, Inc.
EGPI Firecreek, Inc. continues review for potential leases, interests and opportunities which are located throughout the U.S. and its surrounding regions. The Company is working on various financial opportunities for the funding of potential project acquisitions and the respective capital expenditure requirements for each.
The Tubb Lease Oil and Gas Project, operated by Success Oil Company and located in the Crawar Field in Ward County, Texas, is the site of the first well that has been planned for re-completion by the new partnership. The well was producing approximately 2,444 mcf per month when plugged and abandoned in 1977 and is located in a known geological formation with an historical 80-90 percent success ratio. The well has multiple pay zones, with a portion of the expected production coming from coal bed methane, which qualifies for tax credits.
The Crawar Field has historically been a prolific producer of oil and gas. Nearby leases are owned by Chevron and Amoco among others. In particular, in October of 2000 Chevron re-completed a well 1,200 feet from the location of the planned re-completion well by the new partnership involving WW Oil & Gas Inc. This re-completion well is still currently producing at approximately 28,000 mcf of gas per month. The same geological structure and pay zones as found in the Chevron re-completion well exist in the planned re-completion well by the partnership. At $60 per barrel of oil and $7 per mcf of natural gas estimated reserves of the Tubb Lease Oil and Gas Project exceed $59 million on a total mineral reserves cash basis.

Encore Energy Partners LP To Acquire Permian Basin Oil And Gas Properties UNDER: ENCORE ENERGY PARTNERS , VANGUARD NATURAL RESOURCES HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Encore Energy Partners LP (NYSE: ENP) (the “Partnership” or “ENP”) today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire an undivided fifty percent interest in producing oil and gas assets in the Permian Basin of West Texas for a net purchase price of $42.5 million from a private seller. The other fifty percent interest in the assets is being acquired by Vanguard Natural Resources, LLC (NYSE: VNR) (“Vanguard”). Vanguard is the general partner of ENP. The interests to be acquired by ENP have estimated total net proved reserves of 2.74 million barrels of oil equivalent, of which approximately 70% are oil and natural gas liquids reserves. The properties being acquired are 100% proved developed. At closing of this transaction, net production to ENP attributable to the assets being acquired should be approximately 500 Boe/d. The effective date of the acquisition is May 1, 2011 and the Company anticipates closing this acquisition on or before August 1, 2011.

RECITALS
Preamble: This Definitive Short Form Agreement is agreed to be expanded into the long form agreement to be completed and signed off by the parties by November 4, 3012 which may be mutually extended by the parties signed and in writing and attached for reference hereto.
1. December 31, 2009, Firecreek, through its wholly owned subsidiary Energy Producers, Inc. (“Energy Producers” or “EPI”) closed an Acquisition Agreement including an Assignment of Interests in Oil and Gas Leases (the “Assignment”), with Whitt Oil & Gas, Inc., (“Whitt” or “Operator”) a Texas corporation acquiring 50% working interests and corresponding 32% net revenue interests in oil and gas leases representing the aggregate total of 240 acre leases, reserves, three wells, and equipment located in Callahan, Stephens, and Shakelford Counties, West Central Texas.
2. Firecreek proposes initially to undertake with MNVN as follows: prepare to contract for a 3-D Seismic contract covering the Boyette property in Shackelford County, Texas. The seismic study will focus on specific Barnett Shale formation characteristics that will assist in the drilling of one and possibly two Barnett horizontal wells or an equivalent of up to eight vertical wells on the Boyette lease at a proposed initial depth of approximately 5,200’ to 5,500’ feet. There have been recent Barnett wells in the area that have been productive in the oil segment or phase of the Barnett Shale that have justified the seismic study. The onsite seismic work is expected to commence within 90 days.
3. Price contributed by MNVN for the initial 3-D Seismic study and proposed herewith to buy out 50% partner interests, and other costs with re engaged start up activities: $175,000 of which $10,000 has been received by Firecreek as a deposit to date thereby leaving a balance of $165,000 due.
4. On successful seismic testing anticipated AFE for Barnet Horizonal Well program would be estimated to be $750,000 per horizontal well. A two well objective upon stabilization of the two planned wells would be 80 to 100 BOPD. Firecreek to come to terms of agreement regarding financing for the proposed drilling and development should the parties agree to further move forward after the Seismic study.
5. Miscellaneous.
Historical Information Regarding Oil and Gas Interests
On December 22, 2009, the Company through its wholly owned subsidiary Energy Producers, Inc. entered into an Agreement for the Assignment of Interests in Oil and Gas Leases (“Assignment”), with Whitt Oil & Gas, Inc., (“Whitt”) a Texas corporation acquiring 50% working interests and corresponding 32% net revenue interests in oil and gas leases, reserves, and equipment. The leases, equipment, and a turnkey work program relate to three wells located on the leases representing the aggregate total of 240 Acres in Shackelford, Callahan, and Stephens counties, West Central Texas. The program also includes the right but not the obligation to drill four more wells in the future. The acquired leases and the property to which they relate are identified below:
-- EGPI in conjunction with Mondial Ventures, Inc. anticipates raising approximately $1.6 million in Capital Expenditures ("CAPEX"), for the drilling of an Ellenburger Well to a depth of 8,300 ft. on a turnkey basis. The well is located on the South 40 acreage of the J.B. Tubb Leasehold Estate. Public Records reveal an average production rate of 240 barrels of oil per day for Ellenburger wells on properties adjacent to the South 40 acreage that are currently owned by Chevron, BP and McCulloch Oil Corp.
-- EGPI is currently working with third party financing groups to underwrite in excess of 20 million dollars of its CAPEX requirements.
-- EGPI is currently developing a restructuring program for future market presence.
-- EGPI is in final review and negotiations for several thousand acres of potential oil and gas development leases in its core area of West Central Texas.

Obviously we all know it is hard to trust almost all OTC companies. It takes a lot of risk and sometimes a lot of patience to in some instances have a hefty payday. The J.B. Tubb/Amoco Crawar oil and gas property is located in the Permian Basin, Crawar Field in Ward County, West Texas (12 miles west of Monahans & 30 miles west of Odessa).
The proposed acquisition and corresponding work program includes reentry into two wells in the Upper Clearfork formation (from 4200-4400 feet), and Lower Clearfork formation (from 4550-4750 feet) for the production of oil and gas.
This property is located in and is a part of the Crawar Field, already considered one of the most prolific fields in the United States. Several major oil companies already have projects in this large field. Total present Crawar field statistics show overall production of 500,000 barrels of oil and 4.6 BCF of gas per month respectively.
Dennis Alexander, the Company's Chairman and CFO, stated, "We are excited about the potential asset acquisition for the J.B. Tubb interests and corresponding work programs in the Crawar Field with Success Oil Co. as both operator and part owner. EGPI Firecreek, Inc. continues review for potential leases, interests and opportunities which are located throughout the U.S. and its surrounding regions. The Company is working on various financial opportunities for the funding of potential project acquisitions and the respective capital expenditure requirements for each.
The Tubb Lease Oil and Gas Project, operated by Success Oil Company and located in the Crawar Field in Ward County, Texas, is the site of the first well that has been planned for re-completion by the new partnership. The well was producing approximately 2,444 mcf per month when plugged and abandoned in 1977 and is located in a known geological formation with an historical 80-90 percent success ratio. The well has multiple pay zones, with a portion of the expected production coming from coal bed methane, which qualifies for tax credits.
The Crawar Field has historically been a prolific producer of oil and gas. Nearby leases are owned by Chevron and Amoco among others. In particular, in October of 2000 Chevron re-completed a well 1,200 feet from the location of the planned re-completion well by the new partnership involving WW Oil & Gas Inc. This re-completion well is still currently producing at approximately 28,000 mcf of gas per month. The same geological structure and pay zones as found in the Chevron re-completion well exist in the planned re-completion well by the partnership. At $60 per barrel of oil and $7 per mcf of natural gas estimated reserves of the Tubb Lease Oil and Gas Project exceed $59 million on a total mineral reserves cash basis.

Encore Energy Partners LP To Acquire Permian Basin Oil And Gas Properties UNDER: ENCORE ENERGY PARTNERS , VANGUARD NATURAL RESOURCES HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Encore Energy Partners LP (NYSE: ENP) (the “Partnership” or “ENP”) today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire an undivided fifty percent interest in producing oil and gas assets in the Permian Basin of West Texas for a net purchase price of $42.5 million from a private seller. The other fifty percent interest in the assets is being acquired by Vanguard Natural Resources, LLC (NYSE: VNR) (“Vanguard”). Vanguard is the general partner of ENP. The interests to be acquired by ENP have estimated total net proved reserves of 2.74 million barrels of oil equivalent, of which approximately 70% are oil and natural gas liquids reserves. The properties being acquired are 100% proved developed. At closing of this transaction, net production to ENP attributable to the assets being acquired should be approximately 500 Boe/d. The effective date of the acquisition is May 1, 2011 and the Company anticipates closing this acquisition on or before August 1, 2011.
