I mentioned something similar in my post #52920. There is a lot to be considered with this card. OTOW is not a scam or a POS as stated on frequent basis. The card will slowly but surely accumulate customers. I signed up to moderate because I have interest in this company and see merit, again slow but sure.
While the likes for Wal-mart has a prepaid cards to be fondled, I doubt if they have an outside sales force to call on businesses; Many of which are not even familiar with the convenience that a prepaid card offer as a payroll cost saver. I suppose if I looked hard enough, I could find something wrong with any of the prepaid cards that are out there, but my focus is on my OTOW investment.
In the greater scheme of things, it comes down to spontaneity, as well as market exposure and educating your potential customer. Any sale ads to the bottom line, and that is what Val is after. I’m sure he considers the competition prior to getting involved in this venture. Imagine what the state of capitalism would be like if the little guy stopped trying to nibble at the meal of a big fish. Joblessness rate would be staggering. OTOW should just give up and stop trying to grab a piece of this muti billion dollar market.
News out!!

As always, your responses are well thought out and grounded in expectation. Like you, I will add a few should this dip back into the mid trips; otherwise I will sit where I am. To paraphrase EMZ, it is not a question of whether, but more like when this will return dividends. I ignore any opinions that continuously point out the flaws of OTOW, never allowing for an occasional word of praise. You, like Greg stay in the middle, so I follow your post.
Unfortunately this statement is painfully realistic, and it is not just the 2 years, or misguided “news just around the corner” remarks. During my tenure, there has been over 400 million sold, and only a building worth a hundred K, plus a prepaid card to show for it. Sure there are expenses to accompany such things as legal fee, architectural fees, travel expenses, etc., but to use up the proceeds from that large a sale shares is indigestible. As pointed out; Val is probably a frugal guy, but I will continue to suspect that he is not an effective manager of funds, projects etc. He should have hired people experienced in fields he knew nothing about long ago.
Have to agree.
Yes he has failed to file financials, and I agree that he is anything but the ideal CEO. I’ve said that many times. He promised to open the retail store back in January and has yet to do so. He talked about launching Atlanta and reneged on that promise, as well as the promise of “news soon”. Val shows me little and it is no wonder that many are calling OTOW a scam. But I doubt that this is as much of a scam as it is being very poorly thought out and improperly ran. What does one do with the proceeds from the sale of 400 million shares of stock? I see nothing actually, but I’m not the one trying to get a company off the ground, so what do I know?
Unless you were joking, this prediction will expire tomorrow…Would you like to purchase an extended warranty?
Dilution to operate a company is the nature of the beast, and not uncommon to the savvy investors. Consistent with public companies are the offerings of shares. What is less consistent is erroneous and deceptive information. OTOW did not sell shares but it was posted that they did. The decline of a company’s share price happens all the time. Ouch is only effective if the price stays where it at currently. Doubt casting is not likely to create panic selling. The longs here are solid in their convictions in the success of OTOW.
It needs to be pointed out there were several erroneous posts that alluded to there being dilution, when in fact there was none. This is consistent with a lot of misinformation being given about OTOW. I posted the quotes previously that pertained to dilution and OTOW. All of the quotes were incorrect, as the outstanding share count never budged during that exchange.
Well my point is that you made the dilution claim for a week, and there was no diluting at all. See my post on the outstanding share count.
Not if they have been diluting the way you claimed they were.
Yes, in my opinion OTOW is not a scam. Just as in your opinion it is a scam. The difference is that I do not have an erroneous statement among those quotes, claiming that the OTOW was diluting over the past week, when in fact, they were not. Factually there is no proof provided that OTOW is a scam. Just a lot of unproven accusations at this point.
Yes that is what I have as well. I just wanted to show the on lookers that Val wasn’t dumping and that what they were hearing wasn’t a reliable source. OTOW isn't a scam.
No selling since the post you did, where it went up 25 million. Did you view my previous post?
wow,Val is selling like mad, accepting every price he could get for his shares...
triple zeros....oh yessssssssssssssssssssssss;)))
yes...and the busy bee is selling millions of shares...
no business,no towers,no DR,no workforce,no money,no credit cards,even not an office;)))))))))))))
Wow! Huge dilution and PPS crumbles even more
U R right >> Val is shorting big time by diluting millions every month. Buy em up sos to help him make a living LMAO.
.well someone sold 6 million shares and was willing to "settle" for .001 today...
my suspect is either val or some long and strong that tossed in the towel. probably val since price doesn't matter to him since they are free anyway
LMAO with all the dilution here there's plenty of money to get started or is he enjoying the fruits of the dilution?
Oh he knows how to "play" just fine. Look at the dilution.
Here's any idea, sell something besides shares. Something....anything.
I hear crickets.......
3 years and can't figure out a single sale? Really?
wow..the busy bee is selling like crazy.....haha....what a Scam!!!!
still his folks say that everything is alright;))))))))))))))
Great day of DILUTION here.
He always has the believers who don't know any better. He's been making promises for a LONG time he never follows through on. Well as long as he can dilute and has his sheeple he'll do fine...for HIMSELF. LMAO. Barnum was right.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t Val supposed to hire marketing firms and sales people to push product? I don’t expect the CEO to sell anything. All of this attention to Val is like popping popcorn in a homeless shelter. Now I smell it and will be adding more OTOW next week. Sure there are things about OTOW that bug me, but I own the stock, and I feel I have a right to express an occasional disappointment…okay maybe I do it more than occasionally, but I’ve been here for well over a year now, and I believe that sooner or later, OTOW will produce for me. Any talk of OTOW being a scam is like dust on my shoulders. Dusting right now baby!
Yes, I do. Face it my friend, he has been right about this stock most of the time. He is knowledgeable, states facts without interjecting personal vendettas. OTOW could use some none objective technical input right about now.
That is not my job or interest, and it isn't Vals that will be doing the pursuing. Enough said! Just sharing what has been revealed to me.
Depends on your definition of the truth. In a court of law, one would have to prove all accusations against OTOW, and not just spat off with groundless assumptions. I will watch and see how it all plays out.
Thank you dmlauda! I'm always interested in hearing your take on this stock.
I'm looking to hear your thoughts right on OTOW right about now.
To Val’s chagrin! He has been speaking of “news soon” for a month and a half or better. Two things that make me a bit put off. 1) He told me that he was not selling, but actually did. 2) He told at least two other investors the same thing. This completes the third month without any news. The OS hasn’t gone up a lot over that period of time, but it has gone up. Such actions encourage slanderous remarks. I will continue to hold, but I have to say that I’d like to be more excited about OTOW right about now.
Still watching this one. Any word from that CEO?

Still waiting on news but looking good.

OTOW...Looking at another leg?

Dear Pete,
As of the close of business on 04/24/2012, the outstanding shares for O2 Secure Wireless, Inc. were 764,315,284.
What other reason would one come to this OTOW site? I'm interested, and I'm invested!!!!
All I can say is keep watching.
It matters, if only in the sense that it would be another accomplishment. I have grown wary of promises, in the hope that they (the promises) will be forgotten over time.
Well either that brown paper is to discourage thieves from breaking in, or to hide the lack of progress being made. History dictates that the latter is probably the case. I’ve received two startup dates on that store and it has yet to open. Just going to sit back and see if something happens.
I don’t know the extent of your legal knowledge, but Val wouldn’t have to spend a sing dime. There are organizations that pursue those who slander for you.
I refer to the slanderous remarks made against OTOW. There are things that are factual, and there are things that are exaggerated. The exaggerated being slanderous. I.e., “Val purchased a new car with proceeds from a stock sale”, is clearly exaggerated, And therefore libelous, should OTOW chose to pursue damages.
Just that shadow of doubt on OTOW. It kills me even more that he has to sell at this low PPS, but what can I do. I believe that he is using the proceeds wisely, but I wish that he would soon bring forth some results. I’m smart enough to not provoke this CEO with slanderous untrue remarks, especially knowing what I already know. I cannot reveal it but it is coming.
Slanderous remarks will only get unwanted attention but,I’m not sure what he is doing with the money. I would like to see some results.
And still no news????? What ticks me is that the guy is spending money but not saying a thing!!! And, hasn't said a thing in months now!!! Now I know why the PPS didn't move, and actually fell this week!!! The PPS cannot keep taking these major hits!!!
I spoke too soon when I said that he hadn't sold anything in a while....My bad.
I sooo feel you on that sentiment. The CEO needs to step it up. Quiet for much tooooo long. NEWS NOW!!!
Unfortunately, I’m forced to agree with part of this statement. There hasn’t been a PR since January 24, 20012 and the CEO has not said a word to his investors. I was told that the store would be opened by mid January but clearly that hasn’t happed. I’m sure that Val is doing some things on the DL, but that does nothing for the PPS, or my account balance.
