Well, when JBI hits the high 20 dollar range I expect you 'll have a new favorite stock and that will be just the beginning. These processors will be in great demand soon and the company will be able to set it's own terms re: price/royalties. This stock has the potential to hit 100.00 if not more. Check out Koolmoto's matrix.
It no doubt is a matter of days or weeks that we can expect cash flow positive. Costs cut significant;y, record revenues and sales of processors. I'm thinking by the end of Q1 2014.
yes there was a mention of the BoD - it' mentioned in the Conference Call.
Dilute - a few shares here and there at this stage of the company's development is peanuts. Dilution - hardly.
How is it the "best news"?
Other than .03 cent per lb. to process released by the company, what numbers do you have that suggest that feed costs are a killer?
Hope so - can you imagine the number of shares believers can accumulate at that price - although it's quite possible we're at the bottom here. Might be a lot of buying tomorrow
With revenues increasing and costs decreasing and imminent sales CFP is fast approaching.
What a time to average you share price down significantly.
looks like we'll bounce back here. Will the news of the best Q to date that's not unexpected.
Record setting Q and record number of running days? Processor sales imminent. Cost cut significantly. These point to one thing - Cash Flow Positive is upon us.
It's obvious from the CC that we're 1 processor sale away from cash flow positive and with buyers lining up at the door that may but be long.
So - awesome CC yesterday. It's obvious we're a processor sale away from cash flow positive and with buyers lining up at the door that may but be long.
What else could anyone possible conclude from the statements. It is clear to shareholders what was meant by the comments made regarding the side letter. I'm not sure why there is any reason to speculate about the meaning, it is crystal clear to us.
I expect JBI would like to hear from all interested buyers before making a decision on who to partner with. There is little doubt that sales will now be the major source of revenue moving forward. The sale of just 1 processor will make them CFP and that's something that equates to massive interest in my view. As you heard they are working on Processors 4 & 5 (duplicate of Processor # 3 design) so entering into a sales agreement would only require the necessary paperwork.
I like the new business plan and I believe shareholders will recognize that selling machines will make us CFP instantly. And, there appears to lots of interested buyers.
It would be difficult to summit them after the CC wouldn't it? Besides the questions haven't changed

No wonder they had CC questions submitted early.
Did you know that another company similar to JBII, but a few years older, just this past week held a conference call and in the 3rd quarter alone they reported a net loss of $43 million. Wouldn't that suggest that JBI is far ahead of the game at this stage in their development.
Then why are there so many who are always proposing that we sell our shares? Once we've purchased is it mandatory that we sell and not hold - anyone?
Once you buy is it mandatory to hold and not sell. Never heard of that before - anyone?
Okay. But who's selling?
Anyone?
Absolutely - NSS.
why would anyone want or wish for bankruptcy for a company that might be the first company to viably convert landfill destined waste plastic to diesel?
I expect full disclosure during the conference call and the filing of the Q and another update at the AGM - December 10th.
No.
Is it possible processor #3 is basically running like processor #2 and the cost of plastic problem is not solved?
I haven't received mind yet - will wait until Friday. After all, I did actually pay for my shares.
Sure - I expect both - don't you?
mid-4th quarter results should be reported at AGM.
I'm expecting the company to provide a very detailed Q/CC. I'm expecting increased revenues and significant cost cuts.
I expect those questions and many others to be answered in about a week from now.
This processor will prove the concept that plastic can be converted to fuel economically. I expect that as processors evolve all types of plastics will be able to be processed (medical, PVC etc.). Of course, all under the watchful eye of the DEC.
You mean in Processor # 2- I believe that was contaminated and/or wet and plastic from RKT employees. They've all left the building. But I expect they're still land filling that plastic at a cost.
given that the company is a start-up why would the investors have asked for such onerous conditions. To find such qualified candidates for even a well established company would have been extremely difficult. You think there was a reason the investors imposed such a high standard of qualifications for a BoD?
JBI is now under new leadership? I expect costs to be slashed significantly.
JBI is about to release 3 Quarter results. The first Q with #3 running for part of the Q.
There will be plenty more attempts to pry shares from loyal longs. The latest attempt is under way.
Longs know better by now. Been there, done that.
lol - good find
Why would he say it in the proxy when it can be said in the CC in a few days.
so who's the anxious buyer?
What does the number of shareholders have to do with having a virtual AGM? Are you somehow suggesting that because JBI doesn't yet having the number of shareholder as Microsoft that they should spend more time and money on a live AGM? Not getting it?
It's just that there were those who were saying that having a virtual AGM must mean something bad and that they must not have enough money to host a live AGM. Guess that theory has been blown out of the water.
I suggest that all shareholders contact their broker to ensure delivery of their proxies. Provide an accurate address where the proxies can be sent to ensure delivery.
