CC for financial? When? Where?

What's up with that, didn't DA say there'd be a CC with the release of financials?

P&L/BS:

- promotional fees Jan - June $240,000:
- professional and legal fees Jan - June $63,500
- consulting fees Jan - June $79,000
- news/press Jan - June $20,500
- comission and fees Apr - June $26,600
- rent or lease Jan - June $25,000

I'd really like to see the general ledger for the above expenses. In my opinion money gets blown out the window. Consulting fees of 79,000 for 6 month, really? is that what TLK was charging? Professional and legal fees - what the heck is so expensive? don't tell me the accounting because it's not! Comissions and fees 26,000 compared to sales of 24,000?? rent or lease, what is that for since it's not for the store?

Even more important, where in the p&l can i find depreciation expenses? or will it hit at the end of the year?

Trademark and Patents 771,000 and no footnote on what it is?

all of this considering mfli is a start up, they are not really concerned about spending money...

So what you are saying is that since we received the fs we should ignore it and move on instead of questioning anything in it?

Would be good for mfli if danny would announce that this is it for now (in terms of financing) and addl expenses will be covered from revenues

those are the same #'s as in the 2009 year end report. almost 80,000,000 shares were issued this year already with practically no effect, except a negative effect for the shareholder's...

Damn, this is painful...but I'm out. I rather take my 55% loss and move on than keeping my hopes up. No bad feelings, I like were the company is going but the fact that DA doesn't give a s#$% about the fs, etc is not for me anymore.

I don't think that we'll have an in-house full-time accountant. I'm sure that this new person will also suppport online sales, billing, etc.

In addition it shows that MFLI is generating enough revenue to hire such a person.

??? what is that supposed to mean ??? they "count" as much as the fs from their prior outside accountant. Their prior accountant wasn't independant as well and on the payroll of MFLI. In addition, MFLI is not required to publish audited fs, which would add another 000's to our expenses.

Speaking of audited fs. In-house accouting could be the first step to get there. Pretty sure DA doesn't want to pay two outside companies to accomplish that. We all know how sensitiv DA is in regards to payroll expenses so there must be something bigger going on we don't know about yet.

of course it is annoying to lose this deal, BUT I rather have mfli growing at it's own and it's own pace then being on the back burner of KK!!

Hey Ica, i absolutely agree with your post! I'm not expecting wonders from DA regarding the fs, i just think due dates are important. I understand that mfli is a start up company, but due to the fact that DA set the time frame for the fs himself and released projections the fs gets more attention than usual.

As for the other message boards, that's why i followed you to ihub;) not paying attention to all the others boards anymore.

It was great arguing with you, but I'll call it the night. I don't want to cause an heart attack. I appreciate all the overwhelmingly positive investors that at least admit that they are unhappy with the fs being late.

One last thought: If DA thinks that the fs being late is unacceptable, why can't we/I? I'm pretty sure you are not going off on DA like this, even though he shares my opinion.

WHat up ICA? I never posted anything negative until lately regarding the missed due date for the fs. Maybe something critical, but nothing negative. Please go back and check my posts. I'm holding stock in mfli for more then a year now, averaging down from 03.9 cents to 01.75 cents. A few weeks back i posted that i'll sell my shares as soon as mfli closes sub-penny and i'll stick with this strategy.

I think it is pretty legit to speak your mind on ihub, especially since DA notices thoughts posted here. It's not that i haven't tried to contact DA, but he only seems to get back to certain people on this board.

In addition, just imagine that the critisism about the fs causes that we'll get them in time next quarter?!

You r damn right! I like that DA is a hard worker, his fundamentals and the way he communicates with investors (until lately). He built a company with a lot of potential from scratch...

Still, i do not like the way he handeled the fs this qtr.

I strongly believe that it is an third party issue. However, DA should have tackeled this problem earlier than last week. Mfli's accountant is not even a CPA and i think a lot of people were recognizing that by just looking at the presentation of the last fs

well, i think holding due dates/deadlines could show (potential) investors that mfli is a serious company regarding their shareholder responsibilities... all marketing campaigns, etc are great, but won't matter to a lot of new investors if the next thing they find out about mfli is that they aren't delivering #'s in time.

so i rather complain now and hope DA will hear it and take counter measures for the next time, then losing a lot of new (potential) investors

i disagree. in bad times your start up expenses will be much less than usual. in addition, you want to establish your brand during the downturn so your are ready to go when the economy catches up big again
