To attract that level of talent- something good is happening IMO
Personally I thought it was Col Mustard, in the dining room with the Candlestick.
Actually I think it is you without the clue.
TY - just trying to keep it real and shed some light on how dynamic the changes are that are happening.
One other key point in the tweet exchange is that the $40K is just for Sonnett - doesn't include Vytex cloud or other products.
I live very close to Rotman's but haven't been there for a while. I will be visiting after a short vacation to grab some furniture.
Read the tweets - $40K a month on Sonnett alone + other Vystar products with better margins. As they sell more Vystar and less others, overall profitability improves. That's $500K annually - 1.5% of all sales. So as that becomes a greater % of sales, incrementally profit gets better.
It's one thing to be a dumpster fire, it's another thing to integrate a large scale company, run the business, lay out a strategy and make it all happen ON YOUR TIMELINE.
Sorry, but your expectations and interpretation of what is happening is shortsighted.
Take some time to read everything - things are a way lot better than you assert.
Well it is an odd investment strategy - lol. It's like owning your own restaurant and then doing a bad review on Yelp.
I don't get it - you say you own shares - yet continuously hammer the stock. Not sure I understand that strategy. Better to say nothing than keep feeding the negative view that seems to permeate this board.
JMHO
Good luck - selling before the 8k - seems odd - the timing is interesting - again GLTU.
You have no idea what you are missing - Cradle Of Liberty - City Of Champions - I could go on - and now the epicenter of Vystar - hmmm - seems like a lot of good reasons to make the trip.
Ahh, but the diff is that now they are combined and have a true VESTED interest in the combined company's success.
Hey, I am not happy with the delays and some of the other stuff, but I always go back to the fundamentals - and the biggest one is that the product(s) are real. Now maybe they screw it all up - it won't the first or last time an OTC company did that but I am willing to give them some leeway to see how it all shakes out.
They could do over $100M just in Mattress sales alone based on a nationwide rollout of Sonnett etc. Not saying they will, but they can with a major retailer signing on - there are number of retailers who would fit the bill.
Clearly that is a huge undertaking, but they have the product - it's now convincing retailers that the product deserves their support.
They already have Mfers using Vyst latex in their product, so it's not that unrealistic.
Again, they could fall on their face as well but my sense is that the experience Rotman's has in the industry and with the connections/contacts they have, I am betting that they can at least get the at bats.
Just saying
What flag - never saw it - lol
If VYST could make an historic run like my Pats, I will be basking in the Fl sun very soon. Long time coming - I need this one to be special.
Shocking - dates are hard to come by these days.
With over 4 weeks left in the quarter, should see $7+M for the quarter - possibly $7.5-$8M.
Hope So.
It’s 8 cents per glove - not sure how you got your number
The Labor Day sale is just starting to gear up so I expect the run rate and this kind of news to continue for the next couple of weeks.
I am just look for clarity and transparency on the company structure and how does Attera fit into all of this - based on Twitter answer, Nano101 is a sister company to Cali and Azure “bought” graffiti- so how does this all play as part of sdvi since supposedly we own Nano101
Went on Attera Holdings website and see that they show Nano101 as one of their assets along with Eragon Mining, Azure Holdings, and Cali Green. It would seem to be all tied to a CEO by the name of Nawid Wadood.
Looks to me like there is some investment made in Nano101 and Azure was the company that supposedly bought Graffiti- clearly SDVI owes shareholders an update on how all this fits - Would like to think positive after 8 years but I am not feeling good about their total lack of transparency
Sounds like some high rollers who think this is a better bet than other alternatives - their return would be spectacular if the mine has the anticipated ore and where Gold seems to be headed.
Can someone tell how this is being financed since A/S are tapped out
Have had a small position in this for about a year or so and recently have seen a lot of tweets etc.
Since the shares are maxed out, can someone tell me how all this work at the mine is being financed?
Been in SDVI since 2011 - have gone thru all the machinations, drama, failures etc.
I don’t care what product moves, sells, or moves this forward - I just want to get my investment back - have million of shares and the promises keep on coming with little results.
I want to be done with this and if CBD gets it done then CBD it is. If it’s the tech products then that’s fine as well.
Not fussy - just want results.
Ty - I will read in detail - never actually saw the detail of the deal - appreciate the post
The driver of this business is Nano101 CBD - but we have nothing on the merger, what the agreement is, how it’s selling, how they are supporting it, marketing plans - I could go on but bottom line is - they have a product that is in demand and available to sell on line and direct - AND WE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT.
They have shared nothing- I have emailed IR 5 times the last few months and NEVER Received a response.
Sad really.
Hey Usd123, you need to excuse yourself from this board. No one actually wants to read factual data here - lol. It's all about smoke, mirrors and perceptions.
Facts get in the way of real analysis.
Thank you for the post - it is refreshing to see someone actually posting irrefutable information.
Is very clear to me as well - unfortunately there are those that try to put a dark cloud over all things VYST.
Slow and steady will prevail - looking forward to the momentum they are building.
Not sure you understand real accounting - but WTH - why not throw a little more misleading info into the system.
Consolidation Acctg 101.
So let me get this straight 11 YEARS AGO DURING A RECESSION, they cut back to 4 days a week and since have not recovered.
First - those same sales people that you say are telling you this, are still there selling - that would seem odd. If things were that bad, there are plenty of other furniture stores in the area - I ASSume you know that. Why are they still there.
Why are they still in business - 11 YEARS OF Crappy sales and no profit - according to a couple of "posters" who know all the inside workings of the company. Would think they would fold the tent.
But no - wait - they are part of a mega merger - which also must be a fraud perpetrated on all kinds of insider buyers and other high profile investors.
It would be nice if just once you brought something to the table that is more than just hearsay or made up mumbo jumbo.
It gets tiring listening to the constant harangue of garbage.
Don't know and won't speculate. Investors will wait for the roll out of the 8K and whatever is in the press queue.
Realistically, based on the type of products this could be used in - long term (2years possibly)- my answer would be yes - but getting there will not be easy and will require a lot of other dynamics - but the potential for this to really move up is there.
Just one major contract on any of their products would get this over $50-$60M in the short term. That is not going to sustain a run, but it will keep some/most people around to see next leg.
Capital needs will be high - let's see how they approach it.
"can it sustain it? Of course not."
I don't think you can make this statement - unless you KNOW they can't. Sources???
killjoy - you always ruin the fun - lol.
Believe me I was a contributing factor - but i think this is more skillet calling the kettle black - right.
Lol - sure as hell isn’t me - I have enough of this useless wall paper.
Yup - someone is interested.
Send him some of your whiskey - maybe it will help - LOL
You heard of the Curse of the Bambino?
I am know as The Curse of the OTC - lol
That said, even I can’t mess this one up - I don’t think anyway
My daughter works in the Massachusetts Trial Court system and no phones are allowed in their court rooms.
Very appropriate for my background.
