Got my ass handed to me a few years ago when I bought into this one in the 7’s. Finally took the losses in the threes. I always thought this one owed me back on the upside. Currently sitting on 20k shares with an average of $1.07.
POSCO was more than 50% of FCEL revenue a couple years ago. Can’t see anything good in that announcement, depending on who assumes the POSCO business and how much they want to work with FCEL.

Take a good look at the timeline graph on page 6 of the latest earnings release presentation. Tell me how much generation is expected to come online in 2018? 2019? 2020? When will we be at 60?
It’s in the backlog, and coming slowly but we will need to see significant announcements to change the markets current perception.

45MW - sales
60MW - operating portfolio
Blend of both.
Page 6 of this presentation is the last comment of the nature that I’m aware of. Company has been silent since, regarding break even volume and this projection has disappeared from their presentations. Regardless, it’s a long ways from break even with 25MW generation portfolio.
Case in point, fall of 17 is long gone. Company doesn’t usually follow through with promises. Grandiose prs

Total RFP authority 6%
200MW wind = 3%
Total awards to date 4.7%
52.2 MW to fuel cells and 1.6 MW to digesters = 1.7%
1.3% remaining for Fuelcells/AD = ~40MW
DEEP has asked that all proposals submitted remain open until October 1, 2018. Capacity also remains open for additional procurements of fuel cells.
FCEL press release.
I estimate an additional 40MW of unallocated authority for the open RFP (6% available and wind fully awarded at 3% of load)
Tee up BFEP @ 40?
Here’s the “stick in the eye”

22.2 MW to FCEL
I bought 5% more myself today, didn’t have to cash out of anything else, and actually averaged up this time. I don’t have grandiose expectations for this one, but I do think that it’s going to be a winner in the long run.
I’m in deeper than my advisors recommend, but a year ago, we were trading at a buck or so. I have some dd that I don’t share in this forum.
I wonder how many shares will be outstanding when the need for new financing is in the rear view.
I thought today would be a buying opportunity. There are plenty of reasons to be optimistic but it’s going to take awhile.

Study of Proposed Toyota Terminal Renovations Released
1.1.4 Project Description
Project Components
A new fuel cell power plant and hydrogen fuel dispensing station. The fuel cell would be
powered by renewable natural gas delivered to the project site by a proposed extension
of an existing underground pipeline. The fuel cell would convert the renewable natural
gas into hydrogen, power and clean water. The power plant would can produce
approximately 2.3 megawatts (MW) of alternating current (AC) power to provide all the
electricity required for operation of the TLS facility, with the capability to produce
approximately 1,270 kilograms per day of compressed hydrogen. This hydrogen would
be utilized for an on-site hydrogen fuel dispensing station for TLS. The water would be
used on-site for the car wash operation component and excess hydrogen would be
shipped off-site by tanker trucks. Excess electricity anticipated to be approximately
15,254,000 kilowatt hours per year would be sold back to the grid. The hydrogen fuel
station would not be open to the public. The fuel cell power plant and hydrogen fuel
dispensing station would be located along the northern boundary of the facility adjacent to
the future Pier B Street, and a new driveway to the fueling station would be provided. One
automobile dispensing islands/stations would be provided, and hydrogen tanker fueling
would also be provided.
Fuel Cell Power Plant/Hydrogen Fueling Station
The proposed fuel cell power plant and hydrogen fueling station would be located along the
site’s northern boundary where it would be interconnected to an existing underground natural
gas pipeline, and the fuel cell power plant would be subleased by TLS to a third-party operator.
The hydrogen fueling station would be limited to use by TLS for fueling imported vehicles, in
addition to hydrogen tanker fueling. Excess hydrogen fuel would be compressed and trucked
off-site to be sold (approximately four truck trips per day), which would slowly decrease as
demand for hydrogen fuel on-site gradually increases into the future. This area would be
surrounded by an eight-foot concrete block wall and/or chain link fence and would include a
720 SF office.
Based on the above discussion, the proposed project is not anticipated to result in an increase
in peak daily emissions above existing conditions. Therefore, operational activities would not
violate an air quality standard or contribute significantly to an existing or projected air quality
violation. Impacts would be less than significant and no mitigation is required.

Speaking of wind, I wish IHub would add a category to posters profiles that included “ignored by” in addition to the “followed by” information. Would help posters to separate the wheat from the chaff imo.
Idk, but it seems to me that it would be a TOU violation to publicly admit that an “interest/hobby” is to mock other posters in this forum.
Just sayin

PROCUREMENT OF CLEAN ENERGY AND RENEWABLE RESOURCES PURSUANT TO PUBLIC ACTS 13-303, 15-107, 17-144, AND 18-50
NOTICE OF INCREASE IN POTENTIAL PROCUREMENT
Pursuant to Section 8 of Public Act 13-303, An Act Concerning Connecticut's Clean Energy Goals, as amended by Section 10 of Public Act 17-144, An Act Promoting the Use of Fuel Cells for Electric Energy Distribution System Benefits and Reliability and Amending Various Energy-Related Programs and Requirements, codified in Section 16a-3h of the Connecticut General Statutes (General Statutes), The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP), released a Request for Proposals (RFP) on January 31, 2018. In this RFP, DEEP announced that it would recognize and coordinate its solicitation for clean energy and renewable resources with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ “Request for Proposals for Long-Term Contracts for Offshore Wind Energy Projects” pursuant to Massachusetts Section 83C of Chapter 169 of the Acts of 2008, as amended, in order to maximize efficiencies. As of the date of release, DEEP had authority under the Act to procure up to 4% of load by the state’s two electric distribution companies, with no more than 3% of load to offshore wind. DEEP has exercised approximately 0.73% of its authority under the Act in an earlier procurement, leaving approximately 3.27% available under the Act.
On May 24, 2018, Governor Malloy signed in to law Public Act 18-50, An Act Concerning Connecticut's Energy Future, which, inter alia, increases DEEP's total procurement authority under section 16a-3h of the General Statutes to 6% of load. Public Act 18-50 does not otherwise modify or alter any other relevant terms of the Public Acts under which DEEP has issued this RFP.
By way of this Notice, DEEP therefore will be reviewing and evaluating the bids received under this RFP in the context of its increased authority and may now select projects totaling up to 5.27% of load with no more than 3% of load to offshore wind. Please note that no other terms or conditions of the January 31, 2018 RFP have changed and no new or modified bids will be accepted.
No further action is required on the part of any of the bidders and none of the relevant evaluation or selection deadlines have changed.
Any questions can be directed to Debra Morrell at (860) 827-2688 and/or via e- mail at DEEP.EnergyBureau@ct.gov.

LIPA 39 MW
KOSPO 20 MW
Groton Navy Base 7.4 MW
Toyota 2.8 MW
Several others, but those are of significance.
LIPA contracts were supposed to have been signed in the first quarter but we are still waiting.
Can you tell me how many shares have been issued to cover the warrants and Series C Preferred?
Not sure what you’re speculating on? Last year the report was released on 6-8.
I’m expecting a buying opportunity unless we get good news from the RFP prior to the release. Revenue will be lower quarter over quarter for sure.
Worth noting that the NETL link applies to the DOE coal project. We don’t know how the gas pilot with ExxonMobil is progressing, (at least I don’t) because it is privately funded.
May be ahead of the coal timeline.
Last update on the pilot, timeline a few pages in.
