Yeah the grant was a pretty good indicator that lends some legitamacy to their business. The cincher for me was the company they are keeping with their IR firm. Definitely not Kistler or Carnes inc. Word is that they are getting ready to move in with another IR firm and from what I saw they're no joke either. I've been DD'n it off and on all weekend and it looks better and better every time I look at it. Look for this one to be on NASDAQ sooner rather than later. I'm buying this one slowly. It trades really thin and it's not going to take much to move it.
-Dave-
So much nicer than the 'Nam...LOL
-Dave-
GOD you're lucky..my brother lives up that way. NICE.
-Dave-
That would be very cool if they ended up with ICR..one thing I noticed is that many of ICR's clients all had EXPLOSIVE moves in their stocks at one time or another..I'll be happy with a stock price like Visa's ;))
-Dave-
Thanks for answering the question. After a cursory glance Looks like neither side is clean IMO. But, I'll read a little deeper when I have time. Thanks again and membermarked ya.
-Dave-
I have posted polls showing McCain doing better than what folks would have you believe on occasions like today where every poll except the one saying that McCain actually has a chance. But, feel free to look.
-Dave-
Yes..I knew ALL of that and that's my point. It's out there for all to see. And that's why it doesn't bother me. Different case with Obama. If I can pry my son off of the TV I'll take a look at it. If not, I'll definitely catch it before election day.
-Dave-
And that's supposed to be the answer to my question? So I'll ask you...what lies have they told? You and your ilk are the accusers, not me.
-Dave-
What lies have McCain and Palin told?
-Dave-
No he didn't. He hasn't lied to me in 15 years and I don't see him starting now. Of course, if I had said that I was polled I would be the one called a liar..actually I've already been called a liar so, it doesn't really matter. It just becomes more and more obvious by the day which candidate's supporters are truly the less tolerant and hate filled bunch. And, it's not McCain's.
-Dave-
Thank you for the video link woofer. I watched all three. However, they consisted of no more than his normal talking points. Nothing new. My questions are to who this man really is. He has missing years in his life, murky family associations, murkier relationships with folks that I find rather disturbing such as Reverend Wright and Bill Ayers. Like him or not, McCain's life is an open book for all to see whereas it seems Obama thwarts any attempts by anyone to get to the bottom of his true beliefs and history. I would have much more respect for Obama if he would just come out say that he sat in Reverend Wright's church and believed most of what Wright said rather than playing it down and suddenly withdrawing from the church after the heat got too bad. That shows lack of character and principles to me. I would have much more respect for Obama if he would validate his relationship with Ayers. I would completely accept it if Obama would just simply say "Yeah..I was young, impressionable and unhappy with our establishment and although my overall views have mellowed Mr. Ayers and I are still friends even though we no longer agree on alot of things." I can accept and respect something like that...But no, all we got was "He was just a guy in the neighborhood." Even though the preponderance of the evidence shows otherwise. Again, that shows lack of character and principles to me. On another note, I found it interesting that Obama said that he would consider McCain for Cabinet posts and that "McCain has a demonstrated history of working with the Democratic Part." Kind of kills the argument of some that McCain would be a devisive influence on the country doesn't it.? So in answer to your request..I've done plenty of research but, I have found nothing from Obama himself that satisfies my questions.
-Dave-
I'm not voting a straight ticket. But, I have no question who will get my Presidential vote. Obama has done nothing to show me who he really is as a person. He just says without providing any legitimate proof. Obama is a cult of personality and a shell of an individual with feet of clay. No more, no less.
-Dave-
Which is within the margin of error and statistically a tie.
-Dave-
This why these infallible polls show such huge discrepancies between the candidates and are not as indicative of the landslide victory of Obama as you would think...My Lieutenant was polled the other night..they asked him a battery of questions which he answered..after he answered them the pollster said..and I quote.."Well ok then..we're going to mark you down for Senator Obama." Joel told them.."Uh no..I'm voting for McCain" Pollster: "But the questions you answered showed that you lean towards Obama and that's how this poll is conducted." Joel: Well put down what you want to put down but, it's going to look pretty stupid on election day...have a good night." Whatever happened to just asking a simple question.."Who are you voting for?" Nevermind.... I have my answer..you can't twist, spin, or stretch "I'm voting for McCain." can you? Don't believe these polls folks..is it going to be close? Of course but, how many people were counted as voting for Obama just like my friend?? It all comes down to what happens in the booth.
-Dave-
Well which poll is right? They all seem to say different things or predict different outcomes yet, the only polls I see posted here are ones that favor Obama...looks to me like you are trying to shape the election just like the pollsters and MSM. Watch the polls tighten dramatically within the next few days. They have to regain credibility somehow.
-Dave-
And you honestly believe that Obama will win by 96.2%??? What color is the sky in your world?
-Dave-
How come this one isn't being talked about?? I've seen it mentioned here on numerous occasions when it favors Obama.....

Reuters/C-SPAN/Zogby Poll: Is McCain Making a Move?
Obama 49.1%, McCain 44.1%
UTICA, New York—Republican John McCain made a small gain against Democrat Barack Obama and has pulled back within the margin of error, now trailing Obama by five points, 49.1% to 44.1%, the latest Reuters/C-SPAN/Zogby daily tracking telephone poll shows.
Almost two days worth of the polling—or about half of the current sample in the three-day rolling poll of likely voters nationwide, was conducted after Obama's 30-minute commercial aired Wednesday evening. There is no evidence it helped him, as he has dropped 1.1 points in the last two days, while McCain has gained 0.8 points during the same period.
Pollster John Zogby: "Is McCain making a move? The three-day average holds steady, but McCain outpolled Obama today, 48% to 47%. He is beginning to cut into Obama's lead among independents, is now leading among blue collar voters, has strengthened his lead among investors and among men, and is walloping Obama among NASCAR voters. Joe the Plumber may get his license after all. "Obama's lead among women declined, and it looks like it is occurring because McCain is solidifying the support of conservative women, which is something we saw last time McCain picked up in the polls. If McCain has a good day tomorrow, we will eliminate Obama's good day three days ago, and we could really see some tightening in this rolling average. But for now, hold on."
"Considering all the bad things McCain & Palin have said about the Democrats"...the truth hurts doesn't it Sylvester?
-Dave-
Orchestrated?? How so? What candidates campaign's stops ARE NOT orchrestrated? Palin's NC campaign stops in NC have been Elon College, ECU, and Concord NC. Except for the visit to NASCAR country the other visits were to the Liberal Lion's dens. Where she did quite well I might add. I know she won my sister's vote when she was at ECU. How many other young voters did she win over? I'm very familiar with this state and have lived and worked here all my life. I know just a little about our fine state. However, I have to agree with your opinion on Dole. She probably won't be getting my vote.
-Dave-
Hahahaha!!! That is the truth. And you are a smart man. ..remember when arguing with an idiot it's hard for others to tell from a distance which one is the idiot. You're not going to undo their brainwashing. So, why waste your time.
-Dave-
Always am. :))
-Dave-
Anyone seen this?? Very interesting. I would love to see these polling companies get their come uppance for attempting to shape this election just like the Wall Street analyst firms are beginning to get theirs for rating crappy derivatives and companies as "Buys".

Thank you! I hope it keeps within the party lines here lol!!
-Dave-
Yes. God help anyone that screws with my family and friends.
-Dave-
I can only imagine what it is like for you on a college campus... WOW!! I feel you though...that's why I'm sticking to online courses. My mouth has a nasty habit of opening before my brain tells it to. Occasionally though, my hands will move before both. I work really hard to keep myself on a short leash. LOL! Seriously though...I have two sisters that are full time, live on campus students..one at UNC-Chapel Hill and the other at ECU. You should have seen their semester reading lists when they brought them home last Christmas. My Dad about had a coronary. There is NO balance at all. Scary.
-Dave-
Welcome Dual..this is a good group here. I Love 'em!! And what's all the better is that I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were not racist, redneck, KKK, warmongering idiots either lol! Anyway, in regard to Jews voting Democratic..I'm sorry but, I don't have an answer for you. I've honestly never paid any real attention to the percieved trend so, shame on me and I'll begin to educate myself on the matter. However, I have no doubt as to which party would help protect Israel against aggression..not like they really need it though. I have long been an admirer of the Israeli Military. You will not find a more motivated, well run, bare knuckle military in the world. They kick some serious ass when they have to. Israel is definitely not a country I would want to tangle with. In regard to Israel though, I find it rather amusing how some of the Libs like to portray Israel as an aggressive country and claim that Israel stole it's country from the Arabs. Nothing could be further from the truth. Israel recieved it's country in the same manner that the Arabs did. Through English and European colonialism. Israel did not 'steal' anything from anyone. I guess the point can be argued that Israel 'stole' the Golan Heights from Syria but, with me that argument doesn't hold much water. If I'm not mistaken, the Golan Heights were won after Syria attacked Israel in conjunction with Egypt. Sounds fair enough to me. In all reality Israel holding the Golan Heights is no different than what the Allies did, and are still doing, after World War 2. Who are we or anyone else to judge Israel for that? My point is that Israel is continually being unfairly portrayed by less than friendly media and Liberal groups as an aggressive nation. Nothing could be further from the truth. How many times were they attacked by Arab coalitions? Three? Four? The only time Israel has ever been aggressive is when aggression has been shown towards them first. Kind of like playing with a snake that tried to get away from you ya know??I'm not sorry that the aggressors usually get what they asked for. They get bit. I wouldn't apologize for it and neither should Israel. The truth of the matter is that Israel is a country that simply wishes to exist and be left alone and they retaliate violently against anyone who threatens that wish. In any case, our future Presidents need to continue to strongly support Israel and Israel should be counted as one of our strongest allies and treated as such. Israel is one of our last true unconditional allies and that relationship needs to be protected and fostered at all costs. I don't see Obama putting to much effort into it though which is one more reason I'm voting for McCain.

This guy certainly isn't your run of the mill penny stock CEO....
-Dave-
William Yuan has more than 20 years experience in the software applications,
high tech information and marketing service industries, including 15 years in the
position of CEO for both public and start up companies. Since March 2001, Mr.
Yuan has served as the chief executive officer of MediaG3, Inc., a leading
provider of software and systems delivering rich-media interactive information via
Internet and broadband wireless to global Fortune 1000 organizations.
From 1999 to 2001 he served as chairman, president and chief executive officer
of inChorus, a publicly held company. His expertise was instrumental in
transforming the company from a developer of consumer software into a leading
rich-media email marketing service provider. Mr. Yuan orchestrated the merger
of inChorus with ClickAction, Inc., a publicly traded company in 2001. Prior to
inChorus, he was chief operations officer at NetUSA, a public company operating
in the fast growing ecommerce market.
Between 1990 and 1997, Mr. Yuan founded two software companies operating in
the communication and security markets; each was acquired in 1994 and 1997
respectively. Mr. Yuan's expertise was also essential in establishing a joint
venture software development company in China.
Mr. Yuan has a degree in computer science from the University of California and
an M.B.A. with highest honors from National University in San Jose, California.
Take a look at the companies that their IR firm handles..very interesting. These guys are not lightweights by any stretch of the imagination. If all goes well expect to see mediag3 on the NASDAQ before too much longer.

I've spent most of this morning reading the reports off MediaG3's website. This looks pretty good and seems like a solid company..or a potentially solid company. I also couldn't find any negative items about it's officers and the company itself looks pretty clean. It has an O/S of 23million shares as of October 28 according to one of the reports on the website. However, that is a little over 3 million shares more than was listed in their analyst report so, they are putting shares into the market. I'm not necessarily looking at that as a bad thing but, rather an indicator that this thing might be getting ready to move and they are putting shares into the market ahead of the move. Not a bad little clue if you ask me. In any case, count me in on Monday. I'm buying. Has anyone contacted stockcharts.com to get them to start providing this chart? If not, someone let me know and I'll contact them.
-Dave-
Me either...those polls are so biased it's ridiculous. My Lieutenant was polled the other night..they asked him a battery of questions which he answered..after he answered them the pollster said..and I quote.."Well ok then..we're going to mark you down for Senator Obama." Joel told them.."Uh no..I'm voting for McCain" Pollster: "But the questions you answered showed that you lean towards Obama and that's how this poll is conducted." That became an issue when Clinton deployed our troops to Bosnia and Somalia and they refused to wear the blue beret. The US NEVER fights under another flag and the military backed Clinton down on that one. I'm not sure how it was legally resolved but, we have supported UN missions and operations for decades going back to the Korean War and as recently as the latest conflict in Iraq. Alot of the Libs forget that. The first Gulf War ended on the condition that Saddam comply with certain requirements...he didn't. Therefore, he paid the consequences. The issue of WMD was really irrelevant. The current Iraqi conflict was sanctioned and encouraged by the same UN that the Libs just love. Somehow they forget that and it's importance has been lost in the "Hate Bush" noise. Another thing the Libs like to conveniently leave out is that thousands of Iraqi's starved under UN sanctions that Clinton enthusiastically enforced rather than going into Iraq and ending the suffering and oppression of those people. The bottom line is the Iraqi's have freedom now and they are no longer starving. All Bush did was what Clinton didn't have the guts to do because he felt it would darken his legacy. JMO. I lost two friends that lived here in Fayetteville in Somalia because Clinton didn't want to give them the armor and air support the commanders on the ground requested and needed. Anyway, I don't have a problem with US troops supporting the UN so long as our troops remain under US command and control and can deploy under our flag.
-Dave-
Damn if that ain't the truth...they get just absolutely hateful!! lol!!
-Dave-
If you have any question as to which side the military will fall in a situation like that..this could be your answer....
The Oath of Enlistment (for enlistees):
"I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."
If Obama tampers with the constitution he could very well be veiwed as a "domestic" enemy. I guess it all depends on how it is articulated and interpreted. The way I see it, the constitution is what it is in it's original form. Therefore, any "new" constitution that negated the original's intents would be invalid. Thusly the military would be bound to weigh in against those who alter it's form and granted freedoms. Notice that the mandate of a soldier being required to defend the constitution comes before obeying the the President. JMO.
-Dave-
Agreed..and after one or both of those two fall..the rest of the constitution basically becomes worthless.
-Dave-
Great post, and one that dovetails nicely into mine. I just got back in from running a few errands and while in the car I was listening to Hannity on talkradio. He and his guests were discussing the media and the first amendment. In it's original context the first amendment was designed to protect the speech/newspapers of the people from interference of government. Now, the first amendment has been perverted by the very thing it was designed to protect. I.e. The first amendment was designed to protect the people from the government and now, the media is using that amendment to protect the government from the people. It was quite interesting. Every attempt at vetting Obama has been thwarted or given lip service coverage by the media while on the other side of the fence the media has spent DAYS talking about Palin's wardrobe and pregnant daughter..... So, the way I see it, after they take our guns I guess the next thing to look forward to is the American version of PRAVDA.
-Dave-
Change:
Years ago, there was an old tale in the Marine Corps about a
Lieutenant who inspected his men and told the 'gunny' that
they smelled bad. The Lieutenant suggested that they change
their underwear.
The Gunny responded, 'Aye, aye, sir, I'll see to it immediately!'
He went into the tent and said, 'The lieutenant thinks you guys
smell bad, and wants you to change your underwear.
Smith, you change with Jones. McCarthy, you change with
Dzwill. Brown, you change with Schultz. Get to it.'
The moral: A candidate may promise 'change' in Washington,
but don't count on things smelling any better
At this point, I would venture to say that our own country is just a little bit more dangerous than Iraq...these numbers are from 2005..crime stats run 2 years behind.. but, I would venture to say that the numbers certainly haven't decreased in an amount worth mentioning. I wonder why there is no outrage from the liberal media over these homicide numbers or the 107 cops that have been killed in the line of duty this year...oh yeah, that's right. There is no political gain in it.
-Dave-
Mortality
All homicides
Number of deaths: 18,124
Deaths per 100,000 population: 6.1
Firearm homicides
Number of deaths: 12,352
Deaths per 100,000 population: 4.2
Source: Deaths: Final Data for 2005, Tables 10, 11 PDF 808 KB
http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/FASTATS/homicide.htm
Nah...the surge in Iraq isn't working one bit. This is the work that Obama will undo on the backs of all that have given over there.

U.S. deaths in Iraq plunge in October
ADVERTISEMENT
BAGHDAD (AP) — U.S. deaths in Iraq fell in October to their lowest monthly level of the war, matching the record low of 13 U.S. fatalities suffered in July. Iraqi deaths fell to their lowest monthly levels of the year.
Eight of the 13 Americans died in combat, most of them in northern Iraq where al-Qaida and other Sunni insurgent groups remain active. The U.S. suffered 25 deaths in September and 23 in August.
The sharp drop in U.S. fatalities reflects the overall security improvements across the country following the Sunni revolt against al-Qaida and the rout suffered by Shiite extremists in fighting last spring in Basra and Baghdad.
But the decline also points to a shift in tactics by extremist groups, which U.S. commanders say are focusing their attacks on Iraqi soldiers and police that are doing much of the fighting.
Iraqi government figures showed at least 364 Iraqis were killed in October — including police, soldiers, civilians and militants.
An Associated Press tally based on police and U.S. military reports showed the previous monthly low for the year was August’s figure of 475.
Despite the sharp decline, the Iraqi death tolls — though well below levels of 2006 and 2007 — serve as a reminder that Iraq remains a dangerous, unstable country despite the security gains, which U.S. military commanders repeatedly warn are fragile and reversible.
U.S. commanders are also worried that security could worsen if the Iraqi parliament refuses to approve a new security agreement by the end of December, when the U.N. mandate under which the coalition operates in Iraq expires.
Without a new agreement or a new U.N. mandate, U.S. military operations would have to stop. Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki’s government is pressing for changes in the draft agreement before submitting to parliament.
Much of that concern focuses on Mosul, Iraq’s third largest city about 225 miles northwest of Baghdad. U.S. and Iraqi forces launched a new operation Oct. 15 to clear al-Qaida and other insurgent groups from the city.
Violence occurs almost daily in Mosul, although the U.S. military says attacks there are down by almost half since May.
Attacks and threats against Christians in Mosul prompted about 13,000 of them to flee the city in early October.
On Friday, a local official, Jawdat Ismaeel, said Christians are trickling back to the city after police and soldiers increased security patrols and checkpoints in Christian neighborhoods.
He said 35 Christian families, or about 210 people, have returned in the past week and the exodus from the city has largely stopped.
The Iraqi government has offered each Christian family that returns the equivalent of about $865, although officials say the response so far has been lukewarm.
