No one will explain this...
I posted a couple of times pleading that someone please explain the MM thing. By MM you are referring to Market Makers, right? And what are they doing and why? I read up a little bit about it and heard about naked short selling and front running, but it doesn't seem like they are doing either of these.
Any help into understanding this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for the help.
I believe it is C+ per their employment section of their website...
"C+ Programmers: Positions available for C, C#, C+, and C++ programmers to work in the development of automated trading systems and related software. Must have experience in development of automated trading systems."
Yeah, but amazingly the stock price didn't not increase in value. What is up with that? Is this the evil market makers? Can someone explain in depth how and why they manipulate stock prices?
Holy cow, I am glad I am substantially in.
MM explanations please...
I was wondering if someone (expert) could explain what the deal is with the market makers and why they need to manipulate things? I mean are they not making enough money buying low and selling high? And what are the stadegies for them to manipulate...front running, naked short sale?
No doubt...I am hanging on to my SPZI stock with both hands and have guard dogs posted around me. :-P
I am suprised it hasn't hit and people buying up the stock like crazy. I guess news travels slow regarding penny stocks.
Then we should be up for the day soon
Here we go...stock market activate....form of some cash!!
Predictions for tomorrow...
I say it will reach .0085 tomorrow, but then finish at .0075. What does everyone else think?
I wasn't a stock holder back when the meeting took place and I know they are demo-ing to professional traders which seems to be the reason that the stock price has gone up, according to the CEO in email. But I was trying to find a way I can get a look see, after the fact. I will check out some of fedfunz posts though and hopefully there will be something more than just screenshots.
I wish their website were more accurate to the current state of development. The website is laid out like you can order the products already to the point of having a shopping cart...but then states that you cannot buy the product yet.
Also, as several other investors have stated, I would like to see a demo. Even if it were just a powerpoint or perhaps a video file that you could stream or download from the website.
Has anyone seen a demo for their product and if so what were your thoughts?
That would be insane and I would quit my job!
Heck I would settle for hitting the $1 mark. What does everyone think the odds of that are?
Why are people so intent on incessantly bashing the stock and insinuating that people are stupid for holding on to their stock? If you don't think the buyout is going to happen and the stock is worthless, why do they continually lurk in this thread to post negative commentaries? I would think if you already sold your stock you would be spending your time in threads that would relate to your investments rather than spending precious time voicing your "opinion" on a stock you do not own.
I do not know whether the buyout will go through or not, but if it doesn't, I can afford to lose what I invested. Conversely, if it does...I would stand to make a chuck of change, which makes the risk worth it.
The only reasons I can think of why people would continue to do this would be...
1. They got scared when the price went down and sold their stock. Now they are second guessing their decision and are trying to justify it by posting negatively.
2. They are busybodies who cannot mind their own business. Thank you for your concern, but everyone holding on to their stock knows the risks involved so move on.
3. The negative posts are propaganda to drive the stock price down for various reasons.
Man, that is begging for a "That's what she said" hahah, but I will refrain.
So I have a couple questions that may be before their time at least with this stock -
1. When does a penny stock cease to be a penny stock? Once it reaches $1?
2. What are the chances of SPZI hitting the $1 mark?
I'm ready to make sure scrill! Go Spoooooooooooooz!
No doubt. I have said many times that I hoped people were diversified as no one should be putting their kids college money on this stock. I am down 50% on this stock although I did not put that substantial amount into it. I am going to ride this out to 0 or to .55 as it will not impact me too much if I lose my investment.
That being said I have tripled my money in SPZI in the last couple weeks so I am pretty pumped about that...and there are no stop signs in sight on that one.
It seems the negativity is back this week sadly, but
I don't care much as I more than just doubled my money on SPZI. Booyah...now if AURC comes through I will be set for the year basically.
Sorry, I misunderstood.
The rumor was it was coming at 11am, but I am not sure if that is eastern or pacific time.
Even if the mob rumor were true, that would make me even more confident. The mob runs their legit businesses very legally as they don't want to take any heat for their regular business ventures as it would interfere with their non-legit operations.
Good stuff. Not only have the proven to be competent, but also doing so with other mining companies. This is great news.
another case of using the same transfer agent...http://www.tri-media.com/en/investors/shareholder_res/investor_faq.php
Heritage Trust Company used in another case as a transfer agent...http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0EIN/is_2003_April_24/ai_100539970
Spooz rulez!!! I am a new SPZI investor and I am excited to be a part of it from basically the ground floor. After doing some research and reading on this forum, things are looking pretty bright for the future.
Go Spooz!!
And I think some people put all of their eggs in one basket too. I have money in normal stocks (LOOP, Netflix) as well as several pink sheets like SPZI and of course AURC. I mean if one of my pink sheets take off it will be well worth losing on 3 or 4 others.
Cool. Although it doesn't sound like things are moving forward at a blazing speed, but it sounds like there is still hope that this might go through.
It will be pretty sad if all of the nay-sayers lost 50% by getting out because they were scared. I remember some people bought at .11-.13 and then they sold at .06 because of fear.
If people are using their child support money to buy Aurus Corp stock I would agree, get out while you still have some money. But for most of us AURC should just be an semi-informed gamble among existing diversified portfolios, so there is little concern.
If you are going to cry about losing your money (if it happens), sell all of your Aurus Stocks and don't post in this thread. I am tired of people regurgitating the same negative crap over and over again.
Is it a scam? Maybe
Will it come though at .55? Maybe
I am going to 0 or .55 on this stock. If you cannot afford to do the same, you may want to think about getting out of this position.
I agree. Everyone running around like a chicken with their head cut off is weaksauce!
I probably don't have as much capital invested as many here but I am gonna ride this one out to the end either way.
TO shavitmi - ask=.13 and bid=-.125
It is showing as .005 now. Not too much activity as I see one sell, one buy...
When (If) the deal goes through, is there anything that the stockholder has to do or do the companies involved handle everything? Or is it a better idea to have set your AURC to sell at a set price like .55 or something?
This is the first time one of my investments has been bought out, so this is new to me. Thanks in advance for the knowledgable responses.
