Richard,
If we postpone the RS, there will be even more uncertainty. I am sure
people are waiting till after the RS (uncertainty) has gone through.
I have had several investors tell me that they are waiting till after
the RS to decide their buying pattern.
Anyone is welcome to buy into MLMD. It is very low volume so that is
why it is having such wild price swings.
Again, it is illegal to just release news to manipulate the stock
price. We must release news when there is news to tell.
We did receive several faxes for voting for the RS. Interesting
enough, for all of the people who talked about showing up at the
meeting (where both Ken and I attended) and not a single person
showed. Same with the interview. Very few actually submitted
questions, and Ken and I agreed to answer any and all questions. A
lot of people are bitching, but very few are participating in the
process.
All the best,
James

joro, you have to be the gloomiest poster ever! Even if this stock rallys and goes higher, you give me the feeling you'll still find something to complain about. Lighten up. Watch some cartoons or something. Who knows, maybe you'll even "laugh"!!! Florida
Insanity, anything as positive as that would defintely get this stock up and running again. This r.s. could happen any time now, maybe even Monday morning. With this in mind, I e-mailed the company with my concerns regarding splitting this stock at such a low price. There's a good possibility the stock could go lower in the first week or two. My e-mail ended with a request to release anything positive they might have "now", as this would certainly help. Florida
Bid back to 0.0009, and so far "no sellers". Either the bidder is expecting something soon, or, Art was right, the selling has dried up. The higher it finishes the day before the split, the better off we'll be! Florida
Thanks, Florida
Anyone have access to level 2 ??? Could you give us the lineup from 0.0010 to 0.00150???? Thanks, Florida
Insanity, could you give us the lineup on level 2 Thanks, Florida
Folks, nobody is happy with the price of this stock. Having been involved in reverse splits before, and watching the majority of those stocks go lower immediately after they occured, I was opposed to it from the start. However, if the company needed these funds to survive, and hopefully eventually succeed, then they really put themselves in a position where they had no choice but to do it. I have absolutely no idea what the future holds, but I can't believe that changing the President would solve anything. Running a business is very complex. Some make it, a lot of others don't. I really believe that there are other more experienced people involved here, that most likely have the final say in all important decisions. Therefore, if someone is to blame, we just might have to spread that blame around a little bit. To belittle one man, because things aren't going very well right now, is pretty unfair. Putting another person in his place guarantees us nothing. Florida
What qualifications can you show us that you have, that qualify you to be the judge of what James Hergott can or can't do. Granted the stock price right now is terrible. I also don't care for "any" reverse splits, but sometimes they are a "neccessity" for a company like this one to survive. Here's a question for you, where were you when this stock was nearly 20cents per share???? Did you get on any message boards and bash them then? This is the same man, James Hergott, who was then and is now the President of Imperia. If you sold shares in this company after the price dropped, you lost money. Nobody is very happy losing money on any stock. M
IPRE owns 5 million dollars worth of stock in MLMD, approx. 85% of the company. Without all the other irons they have in the fire, how could this stock price ever remain at this low level????? I guess right now we'd all like to own some shares of Muller Media. I'm very happy that Imperia has all those shares. Perhaps we'll all benefit by that investment.James and Ken certainly showed good business sense when they purchased this company! Most folks that remain on this board are positive. Since our company is always working to improve, I have a feeling the best is yet to come. Regards, Florida
Great idea joro, then you won't have to post here anymore. The problem is, you won't have James to pick on any more. Are you sure you really want to sell your shares, instead of hanging around a little longer, and maybe even making some money, you're going to leave us all to enjoy the upswing without you? We're really going to miss you, probably even James when he doesn't see your happy posts anymore. Good luck with your next stock, and hopefully you'll find a president you really approve of next time!!!! Florida
Thanks bizzy. Florida
Richard,
We answer this question directly in tonight's interview. Remember,
this is over 2 HOURS long!!!! So basically all relevant questions are
asked. Shareholders were given an opportunity to submit questions and
I was asked these questions.. even ones like.. "please ask James what
he thinks of the impression that Ken is a crook". EVERYTHING is asked
and answered.
All the best,
James

moneybound, the bottom of the release you posted might very well be their ace in the hole."Muller Media Inc." The symbol for Muller is MLMD. So far today this stock is up 7 cents to 17 cents a share. Ken Eade is their C.F.O., and Imperia has a controlling interest in this company. Whenever IPRE issues a press release, MLMD does too. What if these two companies were merged???? Do you think IPRE would still be a 0.0008 stock???? Since nobody except the company itself really knows what's going on, don't discount this possibility!!!! Florida
I just read the bio on James Hergott the president of Imperia. I didn't realize that he's just "29 years old"!!!!! He won't turn 30 until August. Although he's so young, he certainly has some experience in the film industry. His job is far from easy, as he's taking a small company, with very limited resources, and going all out to put it on the Holywood map.Although he's getting much criticism, due of course to the low stock price of IPRE,and the announcement of a reverse split due to badly needed monies to finance their current projects, he still finds the time to e-mail almost everyone back, and makes himself available for all kinds of interviews. To his credit he answers many tough questions even when most shareholders are in a nasty frame of mind. To second guess him as far as his last movie that didn't do as well as planned, is a little unfair. "Many movies, some that cost a fortune to make, have failed. You just don't hang your head and give up. Rather he should be commended for the mental toughness he's shown when everything looks so bleak. But then again he's from Canada, and as a follower of hockey, I don't ever remember seeing a Canadien born hockey player that wasn't tough! Like most people on this board, I'm losing money right now on this investment, but until any shares are sold, I view this as a "paper loss"!!!! I'll take a president any day, that's out there trying to improve things even if he runs into some rough times. I've also had the other type, that turned on an answering machine and would talk to no one! For a young aggressive guy like James, who has the neversay die attitude, I say let's give him some more time. He and his company just might surprise a few people. Regards, Florida
Florida,
I like how one guy on IHUB says that we paid for the interview.. LOL..
we have never EVER paid for an interview. Funny thing is that is even
one of the questions IN the interview!!! LOL. 80% of the posters are
totally clueless. Those who listen to the interview will be light
years ahead of everyone else in terms of information. Good luck to
those who are bailing....
All the best,
James

Folks, although it probably won't happen, I just e-mailed the company and "again requested" they postpone the reverse split. At this point what can we lose by trying????? Florida
Brandon you're probably right. However, wouldn't you think that in Holywood where there are lots of millionaires, someone would buy up some of these very cheap shares right now???? Somebody in the film industry has to see the potential for this company to have a very good year! And, even if things didn't work out, the worst scenario would be for them to use their loss as a tax write off. Seems like an awful lot to gain, and very little to lose. Florida
One trade every 45 minutes, and one message every 45 minutes, that's really being consistent! Maybe my suggestion made to the company in yesterdays e-mail wasn't so far fetched. See message#16576. Florida
"There is absolutely no reason this stock should not go higher starting this morning"!!!!! While we don't know the details of yesterdays interview, the fact that the company is very anxious for everyone to know what the company had to say,"especially it's loyal shareholders", somehow gives me the feeling it will be very positive! Besides, with all the shares sold over the past few weeks, "are there really that many still available"???? The only thing we've been lacking lately, is some fresh buyers. Maybe today will change that. Florida
Richard,
All I got to say, is you and all shareholders have to listen to the
interview on Wed. It was VERY IN DEPTH.. over two hours long.. and it
was with both me AND KEN EADE.. we answered some very tough questions
and no question went unanswered.. ALL SHAREHOLDERS must tune in....
Spread the word...

Maybe James will announce some allotment of free shares for the loyal shareholders of IPRE in MLMD stock. That would be a great reason for the mysyery buyer to be accumulating shares!!! Florida
He's buying for "somebody". The question is for whom???? All these shares wouldn't be for his inventory. Florida
Since I don't have level 2, there's really no way to tell the lineup on the bid and ask. The only guess I can make is, that the big volume without a movement in the share price, could mean the r.s. is at hand, maybe even as early as Tuesday morning, thus the final selling. The good news is, somebody is definitely supporting it at this level, no matter how many shares the seller puts up they buy them. We will see a movement one way or the other pretty soon. Floida
Brandon, just curious. "What if" this company were to announce something in the way of a buy back, where they would buy their own shares on the open market, would this change your thinking regarding this stock and its price? Probably not going to happen, but a "what if" !!!! Florida
Can someone give us level 2, buyers and sellers names if possible. Thanks, Florida
What I find really amazing, is that somebody is still selling shares in this 0.0008 to 0.0009 range today?????? With almost a billion shares dumped in the last month or so, "where in the world are these shares still coming from" ??????? Florida
I believe they submitted it last week. They're now waiting for approval from the NASD, which could come at any time. Shouldn't be too long now. Florida
chip, I agree with you regarding the r.s., and also agree that this stock is "way oversold.!!! The company must know that with such a small amount of shares available, it will be much easier to move higher on much lower volume, especially when the remaining shares are in the hands of stronger people. If they're correct, then a couple of hundred thousand share day with a good news release, could make this stock really fly. I don't think we'll have to wait too much longer to find out, as this is "week two"! Florida
"If we believe the president of Imperia, and the loyal shareholders that still remain, do, then this stock could move up pretty quickly now"! Since the selling was way overdone, and the folks still remaining for the most part are "diehards", our summer rally could start any day, even today! The outstanding shares will be only 4 million, and I firmly believe that it's in the hands of people that will no longer give their shares away! There won't be anymore 100 or 200 million share days, so therefore even a few hundred thousand share day, will move this stock dramatically! With this very low float, good news will now be able to attract buying instead of selling, as most of us that still remain not only are down in price, but we fully expect to be rewarded by seeing a nice jump in our stock price. Low float, continued positive press releases, remaining shares in stronger hands, all these things point to a nice move upward. We should start moving higher right here. There's very few if any, pink sheet stocks with so few shares outstanding,as IPRE will have after they split. I can't find any other stock on the pinks or, the bulletin board with a float of 4 million or less! As they say before the championship fights, "Let's Get Ready To Rumble"!!!!!! Florida
Folks, after expressing my objections to this reverse split on this board, and to the company itself, it looks fairly certain that it will happen! Since Imperia has filed to have it done, it's just a matter of days now when the 2 billion shares become 4 million. Usually right after a reverse split takes place a stock does go lower. However, there have been exceptions, as quite a few have gone up. If these shares are in the hands of "holders", rather than "flippers", this stock may very well rally as soon as the split takes place. Especially, if the company has some real solid things they can announce at that time. Since almost everyone who bought shares in the past 30 days is losing money at these levels, it would make all the sense in the world to hold these shares for the near future, and see how this company and this stock reacts, with the much smaller float it will have! For those who don't believe in the company, or their President James Hergott, most of you are probably out of this stock by now! The remainder of us, that think he and the company are the real thing, let's hang on and see what happens. As far as buying more shares now, or waiting for the split to take place first, that's an investment decision everyone has to make on their own. Of course you don't have to do either, but it has reached such a low price that in my opinion it's probably a lot wiser to hold on to your shares, than even think of "giving them away" now! One thing is for sure, these guys certainly get an "A" for effort. As long as "they believe" in their company and its future, and we've stayed on board this long, , why not hang on just a little bit longer? Since I'm an optimist, after a few horrible weeks for this stock, I'm really looking forward to a nice turnaround very soon. Regards, Florida
joro, I guarantee you one thing, "their wheels are spinning"! They could be discussing what comes next and when, even as we speak! Florida
The best thing they could do now, is release "more" positive news, whatever it may be.e went up to 0.0013, back down to 0.0008, and now we seem to have stabilized with more interest in buying than selling . We would easily break through this 0.0010 range with a strong follow up just as quickly as possible. They have too many irons in the fire,as they put it, to not be able to release some more good news!!!! fLORIDA
seabiscuit, "AMEN" fLORIDA
"Just one more real positive news release and we could really move"!!! Whether it be a definite deal involving one of our new movies, or, I guess this is my real wish, a postponement or cancellation of their reverse split, would really draw some "lasting" interest in IPRE. Let's see how they handle the next couple of press releases. Florida
Did you ever stop to think that he was talking from his heart, and really means what he says???? Believe it or not there are still some "honest and up front people" left in this world!!! But by the same token, I guess we shouldn't forget, there will always be "doubting Thomases" around too, as they only enjoy second guessing everyone and everything. Sound like anyone you might know???? Florida
Did you say "DIP"????? We had ours already, it's now time to dry off and relax in the sunshine! Florida
I don't believe that for one second. After several back and forth e-mails, I feel quite sure that he's not only concerned about the stock price, but really believes in the company and its various projects. And yes, he does care about his shareholders, or else he wouldn't be working his tail off trying to put thungs together as quickly as possible. We've had a lot more positive news released in the past 90 days than most of the other pinkies. I still believe a change in plans regarding their scheduled reverse split would put us back on the right track. Florida
dog, you could be 100% correct. A friend of mine had a pink sheet stock in the same position, and they didn't split it for almost two months. According to him, it's up to the company itself, especially on the pink sheets where almost anything goes, and most companies don't even file, to go ahead with their announced split, postpone it for a while, or, "even cancel it"!!!!!! In the case of Imperia, by going ahead with it, they would be costing all their shareholders huge amounts of money. Since it takes time to finish these films, and to get deals done that make the company money, which is what we all want to see happen, then if we have options here let's use them, and reconsider this reverse split right now!!!! Since we announced it, the stock has been getting "killed"!!!!! Florida
Thanks Richard.
