Personally, I think Oct 1st will be when a lot of companies will start to advertise. That is when many companies new budget (to include advertising budget)kick in. The the reason that I say this is for the short period of time that i was an ambassador , I was told that by several times.
Oh boy, here we go with the charts again... You guys are toooo funny
IMHO, there are only two things that will get this stock to where it should be. A major company (Geico for example)advertising nationwide and financial numbers. Unfortunately, although GOIG has more potential and more "real time" good things happening than most pennys, the stock just get held back and quite frankly, it is not going to change until that major company start to advertise or big financial numbers are posted.
You guys have been talking about the charts for months now with the same results, nothing. Eventually this is going to break out and I guess whoever has the "chart breaking this out" at that time will say "I told you this was going to break out." Forget the fact that they were wrong for 4 months straight. Guys, charts means nothing in pennyland 98% of the time. This is not my opinion, it's a fact. Just pull all the charts and see for yourself.
If you are truly a long, you would not be sweating the pps as it stands now. Nobody wants to see "red" in their investment but anything short of total incompetency, GOIG will succeed. All of you who think that you are the expert on "how to run GOIG better than Ike," take your money out of GOIG (if you have any left)and start your own business. Maybe we can all see how a good CEO is supposed to do things.
For all those who doubted Ike and doubted that the WSJ ad would appear, maybe now you can see that he is getting things done. You can have confidence in his ability to grow this company.
My total is 2 mil
Just to let you guys knwo, I'm still around and strong and long as I was back in Feb. I just don't post or get on the boards much. Got tired of negative bashers and useless postings. I always said "if you don't like what is being posted than don't log on and read the post." So I took my own advice but stll long, until we see big numbers.
Look under "Endless Summer offer coming soon."
Let just wait to see who is signed up on June 1st. If they are that would be great but...we'll see.
This has already been suggested to Ike about 3 months ago. Ike liked the ideal very much and said that he is going to get his people to possibly work on it. I believe that it was in March that this ideal was suggested to him.
I won't be going anywhere any time soon. I check the board maybe 2wice a week now to see if anything new is going on.
Although a stopped posting on this board a couple of weeks ago, I'm in it to win it. You can add me, long and strong.
I was telling him the same thing this morning on Facebook.
Yes, will he be releasing a list of companies that have actually signed on. How many? Brand vs generic?
What news are we waiting for that may come this week?
yes, I believe that that is part of phase 2.

Third of U.S. teens with phones text 100 times a day

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – A third of U.S. teenagers with cell phones send more than 100 texts a day as texting has exploded to become the most popular means of communication for young people, according to new research.
The study by the Pew Internet and American Life Project, which offers a glimpse into teen culture and communication, found that texting has risen dramatically even since 2008, eclipsing cell phone calls, instant messaging, social networks -- and talking face-to-face.
The Pew Research Center said that three-fourths of young people between the ages of 12 and 17 now own cell phones and of those that do, girls typically send or receive 80 text messages per day and boys, 30 per day.
"Texting is now the central hub of communication in the lives of teens today, and it has really skyrocketed in the last 18 months," Pew researcher Amanda Lenhart said, attributing the rise in part to payment plans that allow unlimited texting.
The study's authors also say that, unlike phone calls, text messaging can be quietly carried out under the noses of parents, teachers or other authority figures and, unlike computers, it can be done almost anywhere.
"We've kind of hit a tipping point where now teens expect other teens to respond to text messaging and to be available," Lenhart said. "There is definitely an element of text messaging that fits so seamlessly into their lives."
Text messaging has become so much a part of teenagers' lives that 87 percent of those who text said that they sleep with, or next to, their phone.
Study author Scott Campbell said focus groups conducted by Pew also offer insight into the subtleties of teen communication and culture, revealing for example that, while boys don't typically use punctuation, for girls such nuances are critical.
"If a girl puts a period at the end of a text message (to another girl) then it comes across as she's mad," Campbell said, which explains the prevalence of smiley emoticons.
"They have these practices because they've learned that texts can lead to misunderstandings," Lenhart said. "It's a deliberate thing and it's also part of a culture that's interested in differentiating itself from adult culture."
The percentage of teens with cell phones who sent at least one text message a day increased from 38 percent in 2008 to 54 percent in September 2009, according to the study.
Meanwhile 38 percent of teens said they daily make at least one cell phone call, 30 percent said they talk on a landline phone and 24 percent said they used instant messaging.
Give me the name of the company and their number. I'll attempt to sign them up tomorrow.
buy or sell
Up to about 2 weeks ago I think most here were longs. Unfortunately the board has been invaded by flippers and "drive byers'(thanks W8ing) that want instant financial gains. Failure to be able to make a quick flip means the company is no good.

A nose dive, i think that may be a little extreme. We have had plenty of green days without any news. In fact, we seem to have more green days without news than when we do get news.
Does anybody know how much a company pays a minute for 1-800 service? Is it a standard rate?
Bopper, that is an excellent post.
I agree. It's not as if GOIG is doing the advertising. It will take a little time. Once advertising start to pick up, it should grow faster and faster.
I don't believe that the question was ever asked at the meeting. They may give a discount to ambassadors. As far as it being discriminatory, the majority of companies in the United States offer there employees or representatives a discount. I don't think that it would be a problem or concern as far as discrimination being concerned.
Eventually, longs will hold most of the float as flipper flip and longs buy.
Does anyoen know the buy/sell totals? I think around 3ish, somebody bought 25 million. Was that correct?
Sounds like you have it all figured out...LOL
Great post saddis.
Thank you.
Can someone direct me to the post # that has the names of the companies that are already signed up.
You are exactly right. Well said. I was by no means suggesting that it would go up to those numbers, just was making a point that this could either run high today or finish red. We can guess and speculate but that doesn't mean a thing. Either way, in the long run I believe it's going to have great gains after a few quarterly reports

a lot lower.
could not have said it better. Great post
even 6 cents may be a high number for today but it is a possibility. Some here are thinking that we close at 10 to 15 cents. I just can't see that happening. It would be awesome if it does. I would love to be wrong. Just last week a company received FDA approval for their product and it went from 7 cents to 30 cents in one day. So anything is possible but we just have to be careful not to set ourselves up for psychological failure.
cobra, this is absolutely the day that we have been looking forward to for several months now. Since Jan. for me and a lot longer for others. And it has the potential to be the blockbuster that we all hope that it will be.
Will this stock hit 50 cents to a dollar this year, based on all that GOIG has going on, I truly believe that it will as do most of the longs. However, I think that we may be setting ourselves up for a letdown if our expectations for the pps by the end of today are too high. It would not surprise me to see the the pps to rise much only to settle at the end on the day at about 6 cents per share.
IMO, the big test is to be able to hold strong if the price hits a very high high only to start dropping when the flippers flip the millions that they will at some point today. It can be very tempting to hold when we see our accts go from VERY LARGE gains to just a good gain.
So the key here is not where this will be at the end of today, but where this will be after revenues have been reported after 2 or 3 quarters. Absolutely, IMHO.
