I remember in the NCTI NetCert days, that CPN and Mel Rich did some business. CPN leaves ISBL, for RGNO, and in 1 week, they buy some company located in New Haven CT. Isn't this cool? There is probably a connection there too.
DIRK - GET READY TO PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
is it a coincidence that nellocat1 posted they were short 30mln shares of isbl, and that wallst.net was issued 30mln shares of stock? i find that a coincidence.
i wonder what would happen if isbl paid cash to wallst.net, in lieu of stock for services rendered? they could pull the 30mln off the market, and just give them cash. sneaky group.
HI ANDERSON..........HOW ARE YOU TODAY?
TO THE BOARD MEDERATOR OF ISBL:
COULD YOU PLEASE REINSTATE POST#20960
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=25998879
IN THIS POST, AT THE BOTTOM, NELLOCAT1 SAYS THEY ARE SHORT 30MLN ISBL.......TO DA MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DIRK - WE ARE GOING TO $.05 TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it was u that said u were short 30mln, not me. i just pointed out to u, that your post that mentioned u were short 30mln isbl, was deleted. u said it, not me. so, i believe you nellocat1. i believe u are short. besides, this is a free country, and shorts are good for the marketplace. except ,when a SNEAK who was the LEAK to the shorts leaves the company, and then the shorts are left clueless. that's bad....i think.
DIRK, I'm TALKING TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i think it would be funny, if isbl screams to .12 and rgno dumps to .0005....from these levels, of course.
DIRK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
RICK took his money over to RGNO.....he's probably going to spike that stock.....wonder which stock will get to $.12 first? ISBL or RGNO?
gosh, it's only a 5x bagger from here to get past the old highs,,,,,,,,wonder if the new suitor realizes this. yeah, he's probably been buying in front of the short. i wonder if the 30mln short is stupid enough to sell more in here, and average up?
hi nellocat1, it's me again. sorry to ask and pry, but now that the short's leak RICK is gone, do u think the shorts will get squeezed?
sneaky RICK......he had that acquisition in his pocket, and kept it from ISBL....on purpose. RICK was probably the reason for the 1st suitor shorting the stock. typically, there is a company leak, that gives inside INFO, to the one shorting. oh well, let them have their $2mln company. i wonder what is coming our way?
are u sure u can trust them nellocat1? what if they backstab u, and pull a fast one? how can u trust them to sell u 30mln shares?
it was post #20960 on this board. why was it removed? are u negotiating $$$ with isbl to cover ur short shares? shorts always can cover. all it takes is money.
hi nellocat1, i bookmarked this old post of yours where you admitted to being short 30mln shares. for some reason, this post was deleted.

the last sentence, of this post, you tell us that you are short 30mln ISBL.
you need a crooked broker-dealer that would help you, you need crooked clearing that just looks the other way. nowadays, it's alot harder to do, and get away with. in the old days, it was very easy. sometimes, these people would set up their own broker dealer, so that they could short the stocks. now, with REG SHO, it's a different story. but go back to the 1997-1999 daze and earlier, and it was very easy. you know, i don't have a copy of the isbl-wallst.net contract, but it's also possible for wallst.net to be in the "stock-loan" area, where they loan the stock to an entity interested in that much stock. anywways, there is no consipiracy here.....sorry dirk,,,,,doesn't look like we are going to scores this week eiher. best to liquidate and just move on.......
wrong, wallst.net didn't pay anything for the 30mln restricted shares. they were given to them. wallst.net did not pay .0033 for the shares, and they don't have a .0033 cost basis. they paid ZERO for them, and thus anything above ZERO for them is money. heck, in 1 year, it could be worth .0001, and their 30mln shares would then be worth $3,000. that's why some PR companies in the past, would short the stock, to "lock in" the profit. i don't know what wallst.net is doing with their shares. heck, it also says in thedisclaimer that they could BUY SHARES. but i doubt it. no, they are probably selling now, although it's hard and almost impossible to prove.
Inaccurate post:
Your comments, "and at least they are not shelled out at discount to market. are not true. They are given to WallSt.net with a zero cost basis, meaning that they are free shares. Again, they are free shares to WallST.net.
shane67......you get to post rumors like this:

I heard a rumor about a contract with MTV?
and you get to PUMP too, and when i throw my 2cents worth of PUMPING and cheering, i get nailed by you? i don't understand. is this a one way pumping street only? are you and a select few rah-rah cheerleaders the only ones allowed to spread rumors?
i'm going to go uot on another limb.....and predict that ISBL will announce the definitive merger terms after the bell today. after the bell, we get the merger news. i know that 2 weeks ago, i got a little excited, but this is clear to me. we merge today.
this is going to be a rough day....i knew they were going to cut rates, so 50% of my prediction for today has come true....now, the other 50% is a news announcement from the twinkie takeover plan, that a definitive merger is announced today. today, and i would be 100% complete.
YES, THE TWINKIE TAKEOVER TALKS HAVE BEGUN.

i hope my dreams come true. i've always dreamed that they will spike ACCR, and kick this pig, and bring it back once we see that DOW -1000pt down day. you know that I have been publicly stating this since 13700. all the best.
DIRK,,,,,,here are the spacesuits for the SCOREs chicks:
hey shortie........you better buy back before that "other suitor" sets the right price. actually do nothing. the price has already been set, and i was off by one week. ISBL and their suitor announce something this week.
DIRK, are you implying that people try to cheat using IHUB as a tool....that they would create alias and increase the bookmarks, hoping to get people to buy, while they were shorting,,,,and now that they want to buy back, they remove the bookmarks hoping people will sell? Come on..........that happens all the time. Just like they can stir up and create interesy, while shorting by creating 100 aliases that post, and increase board activity. WAKE UP - this happens all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DIRK, come on. It's a metaphor. SCRH is a terrible stock. Just flip through their 10ks and 8ks and you will read about a money losing operation. Yeah, that got great looking chicks, but the biz is losing money. Besides, it would probably cost ISBL over $1mln bucks to buyout scores, and even then, the insiders would probably not sell.
**if ISBL purpose and goal is to go to the OTCBB, why not follow traditional simple steps. CONTACT A MM.
Only Market Makers can apply to quote securities on the OTCBB. Issuers may contact an authorized OTCBB Market Maker for sponsorship of a security on the OTCBB.
http://www.otcbb.com/issuerinformation/issuerinfo.stm
The MM will advise them, and look at the books, and then file a FORM 211. The company should also then start filing with the SEC. You must file with the SEC - quarterly reports in order to be listed, and maintain status.
Its all a COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS. Is it cheaper to buy out and merger with an OTCBB shell, or is it cheaper to get there the traditional way? If a merger is the route, then dilution to the ISBL shell and other considerations must be scrutinized. SEC filings can be costly, and hence the reason why on the traditional side...I'm going to guess it will cost about $250-$400,000 to list on OTCBB.
Either way is not cheap....and we need $$$ to get there. Remember, there is no free lunch, and twinkies cost money in the real world.
Later.
DIRK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ISBL should now buy out SCOREs......SCRH. That's our OTCBB ticket.
Hehehehehehehehehehehehehe.
ISBL IS GOING TO THE MOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*****SHORT SQUEEZE ALERT*****
They updated the blog and added an interesting LAST LINE to what ANDERSON posted:

Announcement January 17, 2008
We announced in late 2007 that we are in negotiations with a OTCBB company for possible merger. The talks continue, slow but positive. Issues that we are dealing with the potential merger partner are - discussions with regard to reorganization of their debt, before ISBL would even enter into any formal agreement. Also the company must forward additional due diligence to us for review by our attorneys and accountants. We are also preparing our accounting through 12-31-07 for audit.
With this being said, just yesterday, we were approached by another suitor and will begin exploring this opportunity next week.
From the Board of ISBL

do the right thing, dogmeat, when i pass away, and you become #2 in command of this beast.
Sorry DIRK....I'm bailing. This time believe me. I bailed some yest, small, and today I bailed small too. Tomorrow I will bail even if it hits .001. Looks like we are not going to scores, and someone bombed the PINTO.
"II. "Naked" Short Sales
In a "naked" short sale, the seller does not borrow or arrange to borrow the securities in time to make delivery to the buyer within the standard three-day settlement period. 3 As a result, the seller fails to deliver securities to the buyer when delivery is due (known as a "failure to deliver" or "fail").
Failures to deliver may result from either a short or a long sale. There may be legitimate reasons for a failure to deliver. For example, human or mechanical errors or processing delays can result from transferring securities in physical certificate rather than book-entry form, thus causing a failure to deliver on a long sale within the normal three-day settlement period. A fail may also result from naked short selling. For example, market makers who sell short thinly traded, illiquid stock in response to customer demand may encounter difficulty in obtaining securities when the time for delivery arrives.
Naked short selling is not necessarily a violation of the federal securities laws or the Commission's rules. Indeed, in certain circumstances, naked short selling contributes to market liquidity. For example, broker-dealers that make a market in a security4 generally stand ready to buy and sell the security on a regular and continuous basis at a publicly quoted price, even when there are no other buyers or sellers. Thus, market makers must sell a security to a buyer even when there are temporary shortages of that security available in the market. This may occur, for example, if there is a sudden surge in buying interest in that security, or if few investors are selling the security at that time. Because it may take a market maker considerable time to purchase or arrange to borrow the security, a market maker engaged in bona fide market making, particularly in a fast-moving market, may need to sell the security short without having arranged to borrow shares. This is especially true for market makers in thinly traded, illiquid stocks such as securities quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board,5 as there may be few shares available to purchase or borrow at a given time."

I wanted to publicly apologies to the LONGs here for my tactics yesterday. I had a theory, that if I posted I sold ISBL, that the short would attack more, and go into attack mode, and try to knock it down, and scare some people into selling. Looks like @ first glance this is working. They dug a deeper hole. I am convinced that they will be forced to buy back. Forced to buy back. They're nervous right now......look at them. And with the STRONG MM support and buddy that ISBL now has, they will have few options. I think that RICKs departure is a good thing, because that may have been the leak. It's been plugged, and time to fly.
ISBL is going to $.05 this week.....if we get the merger news.......cross your fingers. They said in the BLOG yesterday that there is a FUNDING FREEZE.
FUNDING FREEZE = they have susfficient money to survive.
Cheers!
