joro, I'm as upset as everyone else that's still holding shares in this stock. There are two reasons I'm still here. The first one is the same as yours, I don't want to take the loss I would have selling it here. The second one, comes only from my personal feelings. From the back and forth of E-MAILS that I've exchanged with James, somehow I still believe in "him". I also rea that he's just an emloyee of Imperia, thus he works for Ken, who I don't know at all.Since there's no way of knowing what Ken does or is or isn't doing, I can only say I believe in James, as he seems to be a decent person. I also understand that many of his answers come from Ken, which makes this whole situation a little tricky. However, if you don't have hope in anything or anyone, then you have nothing at all! Last night I messaged James voicing my concerns regarding this company and it's future. As he always does he responded, and I will post my questions and his answer in a few minutes. Regards, Florida
morcash, I have no idea what's going on within this company. While James is always accessible to shareholders, I get the feeling that he can only answer questions that they've adressed before. New ones, and the more difficult ones seem to go unanswered. As he explained yesterday, he works for Imperia, and Ken is the main man here. At this point I'm not even sure Ken knows what the outcome will be. All kinds of talk involving reverse splits, free shares, which now have been greatly diluted, and not a bit of real positive news in quite a while, just can't help this stock. We all have two choices, sell our shares and take our losses, or keep on hanging on, hoping for that ever elusive miracle. Not a very good spot to be caught in. Regards, Florida
spockster, looks like a very lovely beach !!! I hope it's somewhere in Florida, it might be worth visiting. Florida
Jason, it probably doesn't, but I'm only posting his reply. Florida
joro, here's more from James. ) Yes, it will probably take several weeks for investors to get their
MLMD shares. NOT because of our company but because of SEC
regulations and how they review everything. According to Ken, issuing
the dividend for free trading shares is a TREMENDOUS amount of
paperwork. This is one of the reasons we weren't even seriously
considering the dividend at first, as it is very legally complex (and
expensive) to issue them. We only did so as a gift to our loyal
shareholders.
Our announcing of the Forward split has to do with increasing volume
and getting the stock moving for MLMD and our promotion of it. It has
nothing to do with the dividend other than the timing. Since it will
take some time for the SEC to approve the FREE TRADING SHARES the IPRE
guys can't participate in the split. It's simply the law. I am sorry
that the perception makes it look bad. We have to do the forward
split to get the stock moving and can't wait till the SEC approves the
FREE TRADING SHARES that we are giving away Reply to joro44, from James E-Mail
thanks for the suggestion.

Banana, not only do I agree, but your wish is my command. "Done" fLORIDA
500, could it be possible that Ken decided to "not" go through with this reverse split? After all, they did change their minds on the numbers, from 1/1000 down to 1/500 And they also changed their minds on giving out those MLMD dividend shares. Add to that that this company seems to be full of surprises, would it really shock anyone if they changed their minds once more? If this did happen, and they were to announce it soon, how do you feel this would affect the stock price on IPRE, or would it? Florida
faster, agreed. That's all the more reason that our C.E.O. should be burning up the telephone lines, sending e-mails, or,doing whatever it takes, "to get this thing done ASAP". He should make them understand, and lawyers can be pretty persuasive people, that by not finishing this reverse split now, they're keeping all stockholders of IPRE stock, in limbo. If they don't really care about Imperia, or its C.E.O. they should certainly care about the shareholders that have been waiting "five weeks" for this thing to be finalized!!!! Florida
joro,I got your point. However, in the larger and most important picture, there are now "3" bidders at the 0.0010. This could mean something. It's certainly just a little encouraging to know that some "new" folks are interested in "buying" some shares!!!! Florida
joro, these are not "leaked" e-mails. If the poster "wants" to share his questions and the replies on this board,it's their choice. I would think you would like to know what people are asking the company and how they reply. Sometimes in life what seems like doom and gloom, turns into sunshine and joy. Although many of us aren't thrilled with the lack of progress this company has exhibited lately, we're still here. We can't go down too much further, but being an optimist, I believe we could go a lot higher. Florida
The so called "free shares", which were diluted by the forward split announcement, should not be our main focus now. We should be concentrating on what Imperias stock does!!!! These reduced in value MLMD shares, won't be in anyones account for several weeks yet. The company said as much in one of yesterdays e-mails. What could be important is the fact that the bid which is now at 0.0010, had only one bidder, MLMD, and he's taken a couple of million shares and hasn't budged. "nOW",NITE has joined him at the bid,and is bidding for twice as many shares as MLMD. With no news, no reverse split as yet, people dumping shares yesterday at 0.0009, why raise the bid price???? Could mean nothing, or, might turn out to be very important. Worth keeping a close eye on. Maybe, just maybe, they'll finally make a "positive" announcement. God knows, we need one!!!!!
Hello folks. The early lineup has 1 bidder at 0.0010, TDCM, 6 at 0.0009, and 4 sellers at 0.0011.At the next three fractions higher, there's only "one" market maker at each one. After that the ask is 0.0040. Now all we need is some great news from our company and we could start to move again! However, with the way things have been going the last month, it would be a vey pleasant "surprise" for all of us, so I guess we shouldn't get our hopes up yet. Regards, Florida
tag, you might have a good point. If anyone should be annoyed, it should be us the shareholders. I don't think bashing someone like James is the right thing to do. He's not the boss, and like most employees, he takes orders from the top if he wants to get paid. Florida

Hello Braden. James said yesterday that them MLMD shares won't be transferred for a few weeks. Something regarding legal filings. As far as the reverse split, I'm trying to get an answer from the company even as we speak. When and if they respond, I will post it. Enjoy your vacation time. Florida
piimpinainteasy, you still have time to do your good deed for today. Some poor, uninformed person or persons, has put in a buy order with E-TRADE at 0.0010. Maybe you could warn them of the danger they face buying these shares, "if they get them", at this extremely low price! Florida
Hello insanity. I think right now, IPRE even has the market makers a little confused, as they wait for something else to be announced. At the bid of 0.0009, there are four, and at the ask of 0.0011 there are four also. Then,it gets even more interesting, there's only "one" seller at 0.0012, another one at 0.0013, one more at 0.0014, and only one at 0.0015. From there the next lowest seller is at 0.0030. This 0.0009to 0.0011, seems to be the battle zone where sooner or later it either breaks down completely, or, with some "good" news, which we badly need right now, it breaks through on the upside. "When" is the question of the day? All we cando right now is sit back and watch! Florida
Florida,
I was not directing it to you, but to those who suggest such things.
Let's look at what has happened in the post few months and take an
overall look at what is going on for the company since sometimes it is
difficult for people to see the forest through the trees:
1) We announced the closing of the Reg D and that we can not issue
another Reg D for at least a year, and don't have any plans to at all.
2) We announced "Never Submit".
3) We announced our deal with the cell phone company which I procured
and that deal is now signed.
4) We showed the trailer for SIIR for the first time. We had a great
reaction to that from both investors and people within the industry.
The movie is not that far away from completion of post production.
5) We announced acquiring MLMD for Whiskers, for which the stock price
barely budged on the news.
6) We announced a deal with Reel Time.
7) We announced a Reverse Split, that will help us get on a better
exchange (which we announced plans to do). Even though investors
react negatively, it does not in fact change the value of the company
since we can not do further dilution as expressed.
8) We have done a tremendous amount of transparency through
no-questions-barred interviews and a PR where I stated firmly what we
will and wont do in the next year.
9) We announce the giving away of shares in MLMD. Now keep in mind,
even if people feel they are getting less because of the forward
split, it is still more then they thought they were getting two weeks
ago, which was 0. AND as I stated, the market barely went up when we
acquired MLMD in the fist place.
10) After the RS we will be able to focus on the projects and move
forward with the future of this company, without fear of an RS, a 504
or other dilution concerns as addressed in the PR regarding what we
will not do.
So given all of this, do you think this is a company that is greatly
undervalued or that I am a scam artist with no real projects? And
given these announcements, do you think the company is stronger now
than six months ago? I think we are on much sounder ground, with a
very optimistic future.
All the best,
James

Haven been in contact with this man, I wouldn't call him a puppit. He has the unenviable job of being the buffer zone between the stockholders, and the horrible press releases that Ken has been putting out lately. I'm as unhappy as everone else right now, but to just keep taking pot shots, is the same as shooting the messenger. That's not too good an idea either. Florida
I just took a look at the board (as you requested). A couple of
points to clarify:
1) Yes, it will probably take several weeks for investors to get their
MLMD shares.
2) I see some people suggesting I should be removed from my position
as president. I think those people should listen to our last radio
interview, the one with subpenny radio. It is up on our website if
they wish to listen for free. If they had listened they would be
aware of the following facts:
A) Ken is the majority shareholder and sole director and chairman for
the company. He hired me.
AND
B) Because Ken is an attorney who specializes in securities, he
handles the legal matters and stock business decisions. I handle more
the movie development side of things and dealing with investors
directly.
Therefor if you are unhappy with today's announcement or the
announcement of the RS, then Ken would have to go as well, which I
don't think is very likely given the structure of the company as
stated above.
All the best,
James

tag,do both our replies look the same to you.? Perhaps there's no way to even attempt to explain what they did, so answering everyone the same way, which really isn't saying anything, is the "easy way out" !!! At this point I have no further interest in our "diluted free shares". What does bother me, is the uncertainty surrounding IPRE, and it's previously announced reverse split. I can't even begin to imagine what other surprises might be awaiting us. Regards, Florida
Florida,
Please note that the following is my understanding to the best of my
ability based on my discussing today's release with Ken.
I know it looks like we gave something away only to be taking it back,
but this is not the case. We are giving investors FREE TRADING SHARES
and as such everything has to be registered with the SEC and takes
time for this to be cleared. If we had given away restricted shares,
the case would be different, but then investors would complain about
that.
We have to do the forward
split to get the stock moving and can't wait till the SEC approves the
FREE TRADING SHARES that we are giving away.
No one is being penalized. It is just the law, our hands our tied.
If we issued restricted shares it could be different, but then
shareholders would be upset by that.
Keep in mind that the stock in MLMD could be more or less by the time
you receive your shares, so all of this could be a mute point
regardless. For example MLMD is up today. I am sure that the stock
price will move over the next few months and there is no telling where
it will be. Your guess is as good as mine.

James

How does todays news affect the free shares we're waiting for. As I understood it, today was the day they were supposed to be transferred to our brokerage accounts. As of now, They don't show in my E-TRADE acct. Florida

No, we don't. And I asked Ken about this and he communicated to me
that he is waiting to find out as well. I know people don't believe

I E-MAILED Ken this morning and asked the question we'd all like answered, the date of the reverse split.. I will post his answer for the benefit of all the longs here. If the folks that are not in our corner object to this, please don't read it! Florida
He just might be running out of shares. He's now asking 0.0012. Florida
500, it looks like it would take a burst of buying to knock him out. The good news is, it wouldn't be too hard to test the 0.0015 price if that happens. Florida
Either an error on the street, or, something very important on the way! Very confusing bid and ask??? Florida
Could this stock be opening this much higher witout being split??? That would really be great news!!! Florida
