Lol. Kinda hard to make any interest if your investment falls to zero. I wonder why he isn't worried about BK... HMM.
I was wondering as well... Never heard of it.

I quoted you. You didn't say "PPS counts", you said "A company is its pps" which is incorrect. If someone goes to a car dealership and buys a brand new car at sticker price without negotiating at all, does that make their car worth any more than the next person who goes in and negotiates $2000-4000 off the same car's sticker price? Is the car's inherent worth any different? It's what people are willing to pay for it. Does that mean what a stock is trading at is necessarily what it's actually worth? Of course not, in this case, especially. Upcoming catalysts and growth potential will obviously dictate a higher price.
"A company is its pps." Lol!! Couldn't be more wrong.
Still invested I see! Congrats, same here. I agree, this stock is headed up. Up as in a higher price per share so as to avoid any confusion.
My thoughts exactly
Jerry Treppel, Chairman and CEO of Elite commented, “The Company continues to progress towards its goal of becoming break-even on an operating cash flow basis exclusive of any clinical trials required for our abuse-resistant opioid products. We expect this to occur in the next quarter or two. We are in the process of finalizing and scaling up the formulation of one of our abuse-resistant opioid products so as to commence human trials. As we have stated before, we are in the process of seeking additional capital to finance these trials. All in all, it was another excellent quarter of progress for Elite. ”

YEP. Lodrane was a combo of products.

Some "DD King"!
It was multiple products and they were on the market from at least 2006 gaining market share... But you knew that.
Likewise. Good post. It's crazy what all we have in the oven right now.
On the verge of CFP and selling 8 drugs... I don't have much experience in pennies but isn't that almost unheard of for a penny stock?
Its such a simple concept. More drugs = need for more production/manufacturing space.
"I could almost agree with you if we make one minor adjust for it to read "will feed an enormous river of costs." That is what it has been such that the added revenue has been eaten up by now dual facility maintenance costs, 4-5 new employees, perhaps interest rates, i.e., JT 10% (almost like some churches take). All that you say will be home the day that Elite has brought in money that it hasn't already spent or committed to spend."
I never said more employees didn't cost more and that 2 facilities don't cost more than 1, that's obvious. What you are claiming is that added revenues have been "eaten up" by these things. You have no proof of hard numbers regarding maintenance costs, employee wages OR the added revenues themselves. Negative speculation at its finest.
"That is what it has been such that the added revenue has been eaten up by now dual facility maintenance costs"
Links? ANY hard numbers of maintenance for the 2nd facility whatsoever?
Still waiting to hear what IR said.

I'm also unsure on how to respond because I can't understand the post. Point is, we've recently had confirmation of the new facility being in use, internal packaging in use, approval of naltrexone and both new phentermine dosages with product launches due at any time in the near future. They WILL launch, all THREE additional products, no question or debating about it. Also getting very close on our other big abuse resistant patent. The progress the company is making in their business plan is undeniable, period.
Naltrexone (Revia) Oral Tablets

Mallinckrodt Customer Service:

Teva Pharmaceuticals
1-888-838-2872
Both firms report no supply issues at this time.
Huh. Interesting. We wait many many months while Naltrexone is on shortage and then 2 weeks after the shortage is resolved, our Naltrexone is approved? I'm no conspiracy theorist but dang! Seems a LITTLE fishy!
That's what I meant to ask.. Is it official that we are packaging all our products now? That would indeed be a huge cost reduction.
That would March a pretty badass month. Lol
Kinda makes you do a double take to make sure that this is, in fact, a penny stock!
Boom!!!!!! Better late than never!!!
Booooooom! Just got off work an saw the news!! Grats all! Good start to 2013!
My energy is just fine, thanks. No such thing as jinxing.
I'll be laughing too. All the way to the bank. All Benjamin Franklins, please.
SIRI makes billions in revenue and has billions of debt.
Nope, you said "shareholder deficit" and quoted ~20m dollars. Now elite's debt is only 3.5m so please explain sholder deficit.
I thought IMS data doesn't matter and you don't care about it? You've stated as much before, at least.
12.5/share is a hair below the beginning of the teens and your proposed selling price. You would've sold already if you didn't believe it could return to that level. Case closed.
Huge debt? 3-4 million is huge debt? Negative.
Oh it ran with the Lodrane drugs? The ones that were launched at least as early as 2006 and had significant market share? Okay makes more sense when you put it into context.
6$/share? I'll sell you mine right now.
And then what? Pay to buy or build another facility again once the demand for product requires it? What do you think is more expensive, paying the light/AC bill or buying/building another facility?
If the news is obviously positive, why not buy on the dip???????????????????????????????????????????????
Lol probably so! One thing that does irritate me at times is the presentation of the company through PRs. I think the company could be presented a little better than it is. Always seems like the PRs only say the bare minimum.
Small example:
Elite operates a GMP and DEA registered facility for research, development, and manufacturing located in Northvale, NJ.
Why not say:
Elite operates through a combined 30,000 square feet between two GMP and DEA registered facilities for research, development, and manufacturing located in Northvale, NJ.
Seems like common knowledge to us but not the average Joe, in my opinion.
Hahaha. "That's all they could get for their Novel share was a measly 20 million dollars? What a POS company."
Just out of curiosity, do you think if we showed a slight profit (for example, 100,000 profit) that the price would jump to new levels? Or would it require more along the lines of millions in revenues to significantly move the price beyond what we've seen thus far? Just spitballing here.
