Then if you HAVE noticed, why say "nor is it that the PPS is showing signs of improving"..?
No, we do not have a record of him personally stating that he bought his shares, as far as I know.
However, like I said, regardless of how he obtained them...... he still has them.
We can even assume they were all given to him, completely free of charge. Nothing to lose by selling a complete gift of stock, right? His holding of his shares also displays a vote of confidence in the company.
What difference does it make how he got them?
Even if they were a complete gift, he could've just immediately sold. Why wouldn't he?
Spot on Tang. I mean it really is just common sense at this point.
Think about this. Nasrat publicly admitted to being the second largest shareholder, 11 million shares. Now why would he come out of retirement from working at a global leader pharma company to run a penny stock company? "Some people retire and find out they still need a salary" ? LOL. Sure.
Also, with his salary plan being laid out, it is obvious that the common stock will be diluted some. However, he also publicly stated that the dilution will be more than accounted for by the growth in revenues from additional ANDAs and the ART drugs in the pipe. Every year that he doesn't come through, he's gaining shares but diluting his own overall investment. Hmmmmmmm. Pretty big incentive to succeed?
Connect the dots folks.
That's the latest argument? Arguing over how he obtained his 11 million shares of ELTP?
Hahahahahaha! Bottom of the barrel stuff now!
Anyone catch this before on the website?
Phendimetrazine Tartrate Tablets USP,

That's true, won't miss him because he isn't leaving. Good point!
I think thats what I heard also man!!
LOLOLOL
"None of us here are expecting the company to only go from .7 to .10, .15, .20, .25..." LOL BOOM
I'm definitely selling every last share of mine. There is no possible way they will be able to pay the increased electric bill from manufacturing all these new products!!
Oh buddy, you just threw the dog his favorite type of bone.
I dunno Jimmy, maybe we should be worried... After all, they WILL lose the NJ tax credit they've been getting.. Bad things to come?!
LOLOLOL
Likewise, gotta head to bed soon for work tonight. People keep us updated!!
I'm pumped to hear what is said in this surprise CC!
Yep thats a pretty good guess KoKid!! LOLOL
Congrats all! Awesome news I think.
Volume already over 500,000.
Probably so. I haven't delved into the numbers like he has. High time for Naltrexone to launch!! And our undisclosed ANDA to get approved. FDA sucks.
Hoping for 2 mil!
What a random post! And when are some frigging Epic drugs going to be approved and launched? I'm shocked that we still haven't even seen 1 of the 8 drugs headed our way. The FDA sucks big time.
Sure you're confident or you'd have sold already.
If .01 positive moves don't mean much, then .01 negative moves shouldn't either. We can do without the constant tick updates, thanks!
..........but despite it all, you're still invested? I'm confident too! Good luck.
Six. Hundred. Thousand. Dollars. Possibly converted to stock.
Think about it. Lol. For him to even mention it means he's considering it. Even if he ended up not converting, we are still talking about his ONE MILLION DOLLAR PERSONAL LOAN TO THE COMPANY. LOL!!!
Sure sounds like JT is confident to me! LOL
Wrong, you said the dilution was occurring faster than the revenue, which has been shown to not be true as evidenced by the last years trend of increasing revenues and decreasing dilution. Please stop posting false information.
So does this agreement where we pay royalties to Elan on ART products still stand once they've been bought out?
I just want them to pay off the long term debt so they won't be showing a default anymore. Granted, 3-4 million isn't that much debt compared to other companies, but it would be a great move in my opinion to bring up the stock price. I hope they pay it off if the sale of Novel garners 20mil or more. Hopefully if they are showing CFP here in a few weeks, which they should be, that will bring the pps up. We shall see! Good luck longs. Still buying more at these prices when I'm able.
So.. I just had a partial fill of an order for 220 shares... $15 trade? lol...
9000 more shares @ .0691!
Lol. I'm not the one claiming the company went about the API situation the wrong way, you are. Its your point you're making, so prove it. I'm simply asking for proof related to your point. Either you can provide it... or you can't. Very simple.
Post proof that they had a lack of planning or that this was "self inflicted".
If you can't, then its simply speculation. You're speculating the API situation was 'self inflicted', while I'm speculating that the Oxycodone product will bring in hundreds of millions of dollars. Speculation is speculation is speculation.
You're obviously convinced the stock is going higher or you would've sold long ago.
"Revenues for the quarter ended March 31, 2013, were exceptionally strong, totaling $1.5 million, the highest quarterly revenue level in corporate history, 131% above quarterly revenues for the comparable period of the prior year. The large increases in revenues are the result of the successful launch and strong growth in new product revenues which have mostly been created during the past 18 months."
Hows that for speculation? You just said earlier, SPECULATING, that the API situation was Elite's fault. Why speculate one way (negatively) and not the other (positively)? Hmm.
So what is the point being made here? They shouldn't even try for it?
Honestly think they wouldn't make tens, hundreds of millions of dollars on it if it got approved?
Starting trials this year for a generic Oxycodone product in a 3 billion dollar market. Hows that for transparent?
Oh, up to 86 million shares for up to 10 million dollars to allow the company to fund studies on abuse resistant products? LOL. Yeah I agree, what a TERRIBLE decision.
Its also another assumption to say that "planning ahead of time" would've for sure resulted in a lower API price. Why wasn't it mentioned that the company now has a better deal on the API?
