lmao!
Scottsdale
I like how you nailed it down!
I hear ya!
lol, thanks for that precision prediction!
So where's this stock gonna be on the eve of the annual meeting (5/20)?
This message board is way too bi-polar!
Six percent bump up so far this morning... Can we make it ten?
Always love a good roller coaster ride... gets the adrenalin go'n!
All he said was it wasnt an OTC stock. Not quite sure what all the hostility is about!
Im not saying they may put out info that will influence a negative reaction. Im saying TOO LITTLE new info just might cause a negative reaction.
You are right, we are getting too close to let this thing drop at this point. My hope is they will announce they are ahead of the original timeline.
If there's not much news, expect a significant fall. Many will want their money to work somewhere else for awhile.
Good post!
I concur! Lower the expectation or risk being thoroughly disappointed. Anything above your expectation will then be "gravy!"
Exactly! and congrats!
You are correct. A company's position in the stock market is as much psychology as it is true value. But using the same rationale then, almost any company can have a high pps. There are also very successful companies that are way under-valued. People keep missing the point. Is $100 - $150 possible? Of course. Titan has incredible potential. Is it likely in the next 24 months? No. Projected sales a year out from approval would have to be astronomical. Will there be more competition for market share in the next 3 to 5 years? Most likely, yes. Also, plan for a M/A along the way. You most likely will have an opportunity to own stock in a different company.
I know plenty of people who lost all of their gains, and much more, when the tech bubble crashed. For long-term investments Id prefer to invest on the merits of a company and not the potential for an artificial bubble.
And the guy who compared Titan stock to American Airlines is way off base. He is comparing two totally different sectors. AA was an established company with a fleet of jets, tens of thousands of employees and placement around the world. It was run into the ground, filed bankruptcy and bought by a profitable airlines. At 20 cents a share in 2011 it was WAY under-valued and a helluva bargain (bankruptcy affected the psychology of the market). The comparison to Titan's scenario is apples to oranges.
I have a healthy investment in Titan and agree the formula is there for great things. There are too many uncontrolled variables in a speculative stock so I dont count on a triple digit pps in the near future. I sense there will be a very nice ROI within 24 months.
Congrats! Are you done boasting?
Yup! from the day I started on this board I noticed some posters with very high expectations. One person even suggested that a $100 pps would be disappointing and not be close in meeting his expectations. There are a few that need to be brought back to earth. This is a penny stock. There IS a fair amount of risk. The upside on Titan is better than many penny stocks, but the risk is still there. Getting to $4 from today's price more than doubles your money. I advise those who see triple digits in Titan's near future to try and think about this incrementally and not as an all-or-nothing investment. You will have a better chance at weathering any storms that may come along.
...I couldnt have said it any better! That is exactly how I see this thing going down and what I see as realistic.
Say a Stryker or a Covidien buys Titan... I hope it is a buyout of stock with a good ratio so I can hold on to a chunk of the new company's stock for the long haul while SPORT penetrates the marketplace. the other chunk will just be $ in my back account (for other investments). If all goes well and SPORT is everything we think it is, Titan will be purchased at a premium.
One cannot assume that just because Intuitive hit a certain price that Titan will as well. There are just too many other variables.
Exactly... and there will most likely be more competition on the horizon.
$500 pps is not realistic. Can we please just get to $4?
It appears Intuitive will be looking forward to periodic FDA audits. You do not want to get on their bad side!

I just got in this year so my "outlay" pps-wise has been greater than many of the early investors. Im comfortable with the investment Ive made thus far. I was brought in by my brother and his OBGYN surgeon wife as well as colleagues in pharma research and med device sales. I usually go by my "gut feeling" and Titan feels like a winner just on market potential alone. Factor in the players involved and the word of mouth in the industry and it truly fits the "strong buy" scenario.
...and a hostile attempt typically gives shareholders considerable leverage! Lets hope Titan Mgt can stay firm!
If SPORT is approved, Titan WILL get bought - at a premium. Don't know when, don't know by whom, but there will be a M/A.
IMHO
Great point!!!!!!
I believe it's $4 x 3 months.
Yep, legally it might pose a problem.
Sorry, I meant PPS not MS!
I personally think the fastest way (not necessarily the best way) to a high market share is if Titan was acquired by Intuitive.
Other than the possibilty of timelines / milestones moving up, im not sure what other news will have a lasting positive effect on share price.
But you can't hide from it. I'd prefer it sooner rather than later.
An acquisition from another company doesnt mean Titan's stock price rolls over 1:1.
They cannot take orders pre FDA clearance. Here's a good article on what they can and cannot do...

Where did I read someone estimate 60 units sold by the end of 2017?
Ive been saying this ever since the last financing was announced. The dilution is an obstacle without a product on the market!
...and I agree with you!
I agree with glg20 on the outstanding shares issue, but Titan didnt have much of a choice. They need the $ to get this thing to market. No one wants a RS but truth be told, we'd be around $4 ps if we were in a similar position as ISRG with shares outstanding.
...and NO I am not advocating a RS, so there's no need to go nuts! I would just like to see this thing uplisted soon!
Its still low! BUY!
More potential good news linked to the expected "price point" of the SPORT system.
