Bunny,
Another side that might be part of any story of a small company working with a 'big' company' 'only focusing on profits.' First, all companies focus on profits.
Also, a small companies can have contracts that limit what the 'big' company is doing with their product. And if the 'big' company breaks the rules, the 'small' company can use the law to correct the situation. Also, it's in the 'big' company's interest to have a portion of the pie. If the 'big' company pays a royality to the 'small' company for bringing a drug into the market, generally speaking, the 'big' company will take a large piece of the profits as will the 'small' company. The upfront money from a 'big' company or the process of bringing the product candidate to the market is paid for in full - something the 'small' company that would take longer to accomplish at this point - then the income to the 'small' company will allow it to complete it's goals of becoming a 'big' company too and more quickly. There are reasons many large companies want to work with small companies, the 'big' company's own products are inferior or don't work (example - the air conditioning Volvo produced in the early 90's didn't work so they outsourced it. Swedes don't know air conditioning). So when judging and achieving an acceptible solution to bringing a product candidate that works to market, it can help both companies. The big company and the small company gets the recognition and the consumer get the products they need. So analysis is needed as are incredible lawyers that do protect the IP from all angles. Let's be hopeful that is what we are invested in here. I think they are going in the right direction and will make good decisions. IMO only.
We would already know it, the stock would be being gobbled up.
You have to remember, Clinton is another force in this too. Very political, major power brokers are focused on HIV/aids. If Clinton was in, the stock would be being gobbled up now too. It's still under the radar so far which is a good thing as the company can negotiate contracts it needs to protect it's intelletual property and establish their manufacturing facilities. Wouldn't be surprised that in the not to distant future, the power brokers will see what's up, see the obvious potential of the many drugs the company has and we'll see their influence and the trading activity will increase dramatically.
I second your vote........
I say some who have waited for a pullback will now have to commit into the close.
I'd prefer the front page of the Wall Street Journal.......
my guess someone is looking for at least 230 more shares on their current order.
sounds like some 'afternoon delight'......
their new dam will be amazing. some say more amazing than the wall.
interesting transaction....... 1.2943 for 537 shares.
mm finger prints on this one????
Maybe the pps can move forward here after breaking the 1.30 block by NITE. UBSS seems to want the lead on buying now. Might be a good sign as they seem to want the lead going either direction.
And, this was not known prior to their study. So in many ways, they have opened greater understanding of the disease and therefore, with their technology, will be more likely than anyone to find the final solution.
mms teasing buyers back up with small blocks to sell at ask.
we need new motivation to blow these shorts out of here.
buyers ran out of money. shorts setting new cap.
Nice breakout. If we can sustain it...... The group just dropped back .10 and why not make more money in their mind. We have to have the new investor to keep the momentum.
Market Pulse starts NNVC as attractive. nice
1.50 is the barrier. break it and we could run a bit.
will be tough to do.
Acutally, I believe there were probably two real buyers and some backwash nibbling.
After this 'woodie' time trading, here comes the big drop as the buyer is most likely finished for the day.
my wife could use it right now. she just caught a cold while here in Versailles. had to change our departure back home until Wednesday.
nice 50,200 block and moving higher to finish the order.
Excellent. I like seeing this action.
In Normandy, France right now, just turned 10 pm and the sun is still out.
Was at the site of the first man killed on D day today.
They came in on gliders (3) and he helped take the bridge needed and it was set with explosives. Their small team got alot of bad guys, he took a hit and helped his guys do their job and then move to their meet with the others. First man to die on D day. Amazing things our forefathers accomplished.
Was at the site of the television series - Band of Brothers - yesterday. Foxholes and blast holes still there. The farmers in the area - 35 to 40 - are killed each year with live ordance. from WWII. We walked in the woods inspecting their battlegrounds. Amazing stuff our fathers achieved.
now to make it to 1.01 without the 'late' post.
nice push into the close. now if we can get the mm to finish at the high
Doing it right now. In Luxembourg today, will see Patton's tomb here tomorrow and many other battle scenes from WWI, WWII and more including meetings at the EU and NATO. Can't think of a better way to spend Memorial Weekend than to tour where they fought, died and are buried and meet with those from all sides attempting to come together to avoid future conflicts.
bottom fish?... bottom fish?.....
Now who would do that?.........
heh, heh, heh, heh!....
Flu 'vaccines' continue to not work.
It is funny to hear one claim of so-called 'cashing in' on such limited trading and narrow pricing. One must have an extremely low threshold of what is considered 'cashing in'. It would also seem to indicate the likely age, limited resources and maturity level of one who might make this claim. If one is believes that their is 'cashing in', they should cash in their shares so they can follow the timeless rule of the market: 'cash preservation, walk away and never look back.'
But again, one must consider all of the these signals and assume where and the character of those making such claims.
Notice that after hours 'slip it in' trade.
Got to love those mms.
when it dropped to .14 / .15, put in an order for 10K at the ask - .15 , AON. What does one know!!!....... They didn't fill it and flipped it back the other way. hard to believe....
If they want to buy NNVC out at $200 per share and pay off all the shareholders to take it private again, no problem.......
Today was a great day.
Let's enjoy it, hope for more.
No need to disect it looking for flaws,
we have the weekend for that.
Enjoy.
Nice touch !!!!
Sir Edmond
Closing at .85 and up 23.19% on the day might attract a little attention............
BellwetherReport.com initiates analyst coverage.
not bad.
Maybe the docs will have a shareholders meeting in Hualalai at the Fours Seasons in a few years. Visit your area of the world.
We need more buying support here.
We're all in total agreement with you on that!!!
you are one interesting 'investor'. you demand promises of profits while trashing the company, the doctors doing the research and the potential of the science. all the while, the companies associations mean nothing? Let's hope you get the 'couple of pennies' soon and perform as you promised. I will cheer for you. will you then promise to discontinue your current behavior?
