Interesting Tool Additions
gleaned from your discovery, DD:
Various Hammer Drills, Impact Drivers, Impact Wrenches, 3 flavors of JumpStarters(Starter, Compressor, Inverter is the new model), Weather Center (probably one of those emergency weather radios), Rotary Tool, Jigsaws, and Hand Vacuums.
Lots of products.

Walmart Target Planogram Update
Did you ever get around to checking out the displays at your local retailers? As I recall, you're right in the middle of several of those stores, and reported on them previously.

If they have financing lined up
today might be a propitious day to announce that.

Well, you guys didn't know it at the time
but you've predicted a most excellent last two weeks of March, anywhere from 35% to 75% gain in CHDO.
I dare say that will beat most/all other investments, should it come true.
Best of Luck to the Prognosticators!

What was your prediction for end of 1Q2008
again? I remember you were next in line after Salve for most conservative near-in predictions.

If you assume it will be a chain wide
massive stocking campaign, and it ends up being a trickle, you'll be let down.
If you assume it will be an initial trickle, and it ends up being a massive stocking moment, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Unless they've been sandbagging on the financing, I don't see how it can be much more than a modest initial roll-out.
On another topic, since it looks like Lithium To Go will turn out to be some kind of nightlight/emergency light/flashlight, and not the PC peripheral, I'm back to my MP3 player prediction. We are due to hear about that soon too, right?

Well, it's not exactly confirmed

Not sure when CSK puts out the new ads, but the two sales they have going now end on the 23rd and the 29th. Watch for the new ads around those times.
Very good
You've found your way to where the tools should first appear, if the CSK auto deal becomes reality (it's all speculation to this point, but the number of stores fits the PR).
Keep your eye on that spot.

Oooh, what to get the CHDT stockholder
that 'has everything'? I'm guessing these 4"x15" decals will go on the rear quarter panel where the 12"x12" decals currently reside.
Here's your big chance: for a mere $3,000US (even less in Loonies!) reserve your space for the Talladega race, and have your IHub name emblazoned under the "STPtools.com" logo, complete with a signed-by-DJ picture commemorating the event!
Now, who's game? Salve? Uranium? Porky?

Or, if 1.5M is too steep
for a mere 150K shares (@.02/share) they could take advantage of this:
MacDonald Motorsports “3G Deal” Created
MacDonald Motorsports Press Release
MacDonald Motorsports is proud to announce their “3G deal” has been implemented for the remainder of the 2008 season. The “3G Deal” provides an exciting avenue for fans and companies to be apart of the every growing Nationwide Series by placing their name on the MacDonald Motorsports #81 entry.
Individuals and organizations a like, can place their name or logo in a 4”x 15” portion of the car on a race-by-race basis. Names, logos and messages or subject to approval.
“This is a great opportunity for someone to be a part of a race team that has always dreamed of seeing their name on a race car in front of millions of fans”, stated Dave Mitchell, Director of Marketing. “This is perfect for the fan that wants to tell his/her friends that they were part of a NASCAR team, at a price that is affordable!”
Not only will the name be featured on the car, but also a certificate and photo of the car signed by driver DJ Kennington, will be sent to the parties involved. “It’s a great gift for everyone. We are already getting request for marriage proposals, birthday and anniversary wishes.”
In addition to the above, tickets can be purchased for the event at an additional price. For more information please contact MacDonald Motorsports at macdonaldmotorsports@yahoo.com or by phone at 330-524-8427.

Maybe a "Lithium To Go" decal, or a "TailGate Power" or "Power Axis" decal, or "Simply Comfort".

Macdonald Motorsports has an open hood
decal position for next Saturday's race in Nashville.
At $30,000 and .02 per share, it would only be 1.5M shares to secure the title sponsorship. Might be good timing, if the CSK ads are about to hit.
I wonder if they have any S-8 shares left...

Looks like DJ finished 34th
In a rain shortened Bristol race. He won't make it into the top 30 this week; I think Macdonald Motorsports will lose a position to drop them to 33rd overall.

I'm sure it's significant to those who live in Brawley
They make you put in a zip code before they'll show you their ads.
One of their sales ends on the 23rd, and the other on the 29th.
I'd look for the new ads around those times. You can also sign up to receive notice in your email, not sure how reliable that is though, haven't gotten any notices yet.

They may get practice in, but the race
will probably be rained out today:
Starting order has DJ in the Mahindra Tractor/NPPL Dodge in 34th, on the same row with Kevin Lepage, one of the cars he needs to beat to move up in owner's points. Cars were qualified on points again this week.

Product facings at Walmart
From this photo, it looks like Walmart had 12 facings:
Maybe we'll get a PR about Walmart facings going forward, like we did for Target yesterday.
The question I have, what are the current product facings for Target and Walmart? We've heard about the 3100 stores, and the year-round planograms. As we've seen yesterday, planograms change.
Are they still selling these same planograms in 3100 stores today? This is a rather important component of CHDT's business.
Regards
I found a workable definition:
http://everything2.com/index.pl?node_id=1350846
In a store (such as Wal-Mart®), the placement of products on the shelves. If a product is brought to the edge of a shelf with the label facing outwards it is "faced". "Product facing" could be referring to both the act of "facing" and the placement of the product.
15 < 29.
Also, 15 is the number of freebie posts. We can pick this up tomorrow.
Regards
Edit: Thanks for the confirmation, Mike! Regards
Anyone in Retail?
Can you tell me how many 'product facings' this display has?
I count 29 separate price tag locations. Is that equivalent to 29 product facings? Anyone know for sure?
Regards
That's a most excellent point, Salve
A reason why the PP holders might not want to sell at 6 months: Long term capital gains tax status.
I could easily see them holding on for the full year, to ease the tax bite, and also give STP time to play out.
Point, Salve!

Hey, DD, here's a thought:
The Transfer Agent may be able to give you information about the S-8 shares and the private placement shares held by non-affiliates.
Wouldn't hurt to ask.
Regards
Free trading upon issuance
http://www.learnaboutlaw.com/newsletter/v0001.html
S-8 registrations enjoy two immeasurable benefits: S-8 registration statements are not subject to automatic review by SEC examiners, and become effective immediately upon filing. Once the Form S-8 is filed, the S-8 shares are registered, free trading stock. Company counsel can then issue an opinion letter to the company's transfer agent asking that unrestricted shares be issued in the name of the employees under either the consultation contract or employee benefit plan.
Regards
Well, ask yourself
who can sell at these levels for a profit? There is another potential source of selling: the 10M S-8 shares.
The O/S just recently expanded by about 20M shares, and I believe ~10M of that are the S-8 shares. In my opinion, some of those went to Macdonald Motorsports and some to DJK Racing. Another possible recipient might be Sloven's group, AODG, for all their development and sourcing work on the STP tools.
Plenty of shares out there that *could* be selling, and possibly plenty of buyers that are patiently waiting for substantive news, not fluff.
The net result is the slow, small volume sell-off. Let's see what happens when the real news hits.
Regards
DD, the fact is, many of the PP shares
can be resold today, due to recent changes in Rule 144, which I linked back in February.
The non-affiliates need only hold 6 months now before restrictions are obviated. Here's a run down of when the 6 month clocks started:
In July 2007, the Company issued 2,058,824 shares of common stock for cash of $35,000.
In August 2007, the Company issued 4,117,647 shares of common stock for cash of $70,000.
In September 2007, the Company issued 13,294,117 shares of common stock for cash of $226,000.
The balance of the non-affiliate shares, 6,470,588, would have been issued some time in October, my guess, and be eligible for resale some time in April.

Lithium To Go ™
should be similar to this product:
http://www.all-battery.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=1516
# Multifunction emergence lights and flashlights
# Lights on automatically when power off at home or in office.
# Automatically illuminates in case of emergency or power blackout, when the flashlight is in its cradle
# 6-LED lights provide hypre bright, fully steady light.
# Strobe light function for SOS strobeemergency signaling,
# Also use as a 6-LED flashlight, 10-hour run time.
# Water proof design provides water resistance, which allows users to use in various circumstances.
# Safe contact-less charge and Cordless recharging cradle charging through magnetic induction provide users easy and safe use.
# Come in blue
# AC plug on charging cradle rotates 180o to fit tight spaces
Although, this particular model is NiCd, not lithium, the concept is the same.

No, DD, you didn't miss anything important

Lucy,
I've already told you the float calculations you show in your iBox are incomplete and out of date.
You should pull them until you have better data at hand.

Here's a good link for CHDT's SEC filings:

Don't think so, DD
It's a lithium powered light of some sort. I can't stretch that into a PC peripheral, no matter how hard I try. Besides, they say it's coming from Capstone; the PC peripheral will be an OBS product, reviving and changing the old tile supply company.
The PC peripheral announcement must still be to come.
Regards
To be clear:
Lithium To Go ™ will be the new Capstone lighting product. We still need to hear about the PC peripheral; prior speculation that Lithium To Go ™ had something to do with that appears off-base.
Regards
And there's your Lithium To Go ™
Capstone, over the next month, will introduce a new "eco-friendly" lighting product that will cross over into the housewares, small appliances, hardware, office supply, and emergency preparedness categories. This decorative, lithium-ion powered, induction charging, multi function light is anticipated to be one of Capstone's most popular selling lighting products. Sales presentations will be made over the next month with key accounts, and will formally be launched at the upcoming National Hardware Show in Las Vegas in early May. The company anticipates sales in the 3rd quarter.
So, it wasn't the PC peripheral after all...

Good shot of DJ racing at Atlanta
The Mahindra/MC2 Energy Drink Dodge had electrical problems in the race, so Macdonald Motorsports now sits in position #32, going into this week's Bristol race.
The Bristol track will be the first track where DJ has had prior racing experience, so he's got a good chance to pick up some points.
Owner's near the 30 team cut-off for automatic qualification status:
28 -3 #4 James Finch 336 -269 4 0 0 0
29 -1 #41 Chip Ganassi 321 -284 4 0 0 1
30 +1 #161 Charlie Shoffner 307 -298 3 0 0 0
31 -1 #24 John McGill 301 -304 4 0 0 0
32 -- #81 Pat MacDonald 286 -319 4 0 0 0
33 +2 #37 Gary Baker 283 -322 4 0 0 0
Do you mean the 10KSB/A?
It's part of the process that produces the current 10KSB, due on March 31st.
Normal stuff.
If you read through the /A, there is good reason to believe they'll get 2007's 10KSB out on time; they've taken steps to address their discovered weaknesses in financial reporting controls.
Regards
No, Lucy
I'll decline at this time to provide due diligence for your iBox.
I will note that the 10KSB due out at the end of this month should provide you with a good idea of the current float.

Ahhh, sweet Dial-up relief.
Heads up, Lucy, a couple of those numbers that are a part of the now incomplete float calculation are wrong, in view of newer filings.
You should pull those numbers down, so no one is misled.
