Just thinking, but IF AVTI gets $10.00 profit per pair of shoes sold, and IF 250,000 pairs are produced, we'd be looking at $ 2.5 million which is four (4) times the current market cap. Well, we can't report fraud at this point, only suspicion. At some point, when Gelmon runs out of moves in his playbook, the fraud will be exposed, IF that is what is going on here. It will probably just end up being a series of inept people in the production, transport, shipping, marketing, and contract chains.

I would say that innumerable production, transportation, etc. problems would in no way prove intent to defraud, however IF it turns out that there never were any orders to manufacture these shoes, then I would say that there is a case for fraud.
