Goodfill, if we were to make a couple of follow up press releases, as good or better than the one this morning, they won't have any choice. "They will be forced to pay much more than the current asking price"!!!!! Florida
Money, James told the truth as he usually does, when he announced this a couple of weeks ago, and the stated they were forced to pull this announcement back because one of the UFC attorneys didn't like something in the release! Well, here it is again. This time there will be no retraction, instead we should be looking for some very positive "updates"!!!! Great news in my opinion. We're very much in business, and, moving forward once more! Bravo, James!!!! Florida
Probably because they care so much about their customers, and are always "doing things just to protect us"!!!! Many times in the past, market makers "hold" an order, when they should be displaying it, and hope to buy shares at the "bid", and then fill your order at the "ask"!!!! Only one of the many games these people play, while E-TRADE is "protecting us"!!!! They almost force you to call them again. Then, they would have to fill your buy order. Florida
Art, we might be making a little progress here. Last week they said it would take "5" days!!! Regards, Florida

I've sent them "3" e-mails this morning alone! I told them that as a person who trades online, I refuse towait 20 minutes to even "talk to a broker" as happened last Friday.I also said the folks who trade pink sheet and b.b. stocks, don't need their protection or advice to do so. I explained the only thing this will accomplish for them, if they continue to restrict trading in this stock, is a loss of some old time customers.Standing by, while other brokers are removing their restriction, just doesn't cut it! All their customer realations people are doing, is just sending back the "same useless responses"!!!!! Florida
Anyone have a feel for today? The board while still very quiet, seems to show some signs of hope again! Just my opinion of course. Chip, if you're out there, when you look in on us again, just say hello! Thanks, Florida
faster, all their past quarters would have to be filed with the S.E.C. right up to the present. How long this would take, probably only an accountant would be able to answer. Without having all quarters of every year since you've been incorporated on file with the S.E.C. you can't be listed "anywhere" except on the pink sheets. Florida
David, just think, if the "angels" like your ideas, they might make you an "angel" too. Imagine, an "angel" called "500 and long"!!!! Florida
David, here's Kens reply to your post. It would probably be a lot easier being one of the moderators, than doing all this back and forth stuff that I'm doing now. But then you would all be losing your pipeline direct to the company!!! I really can't do both! Florida I read. The problem is I made a promise about not making a name
change this year.. Maybe if the shareholders all agree that they want
this and that it is not me going back on my promise I might consider
it. I sent the email to ken and the Angels anyway..

David, thanks but I'd rather not. I'm already more deeply involved than I really want to be. If it helps the posters, and Ken approves, I will relay some of my questions and his replies, to everyone! P.S. think of all the money I must be saving Imperia, by relaying all these this news, without the company having to pay for press releases !!!! I'm fairly certain, Ken, who I've never been in contact with, realizes this also. Good luck to all longs. One of these weeks, "this stock will rally"!!!! Florida
David, your post is on its way even as we speak. If nothing else, we've awakened the board!!!! Florida
The following is the link to the recent article regarding Imperia and its affiliation with the UFC.This could be real good news! Florida http://www.mmaweekly.com/absolutenm/templates/dailynews.asp?articleid=2486&zoneid=13
faster, I've decided to post my e-mail to Imperia from yesterday, with jame"s response now, instead of waiting until Monday morning. Maybe, this will keep you from getting anymore depressed! Florida,
Thanks for the well thought out email. I realize that on the pink
sheets investors scare easily and that a lot of hand holding is
necessary, but this situation with the brokers is definitely not the
company's fault. I believe the PPS would be much higher without the
restrictions.
With that in mind, I do see what you are saying about the company
taking steps to help the company. Believe it or not, we do have a
plan. That plan is to produce the most amazing, money making movies
we can for the least amount of money necessary to achieve that
quality. That is what we are working on. This takes time. Many who
have seen the trailer for SIIR have seen what we are capable of
creating and it will only get better from here. There is no short
term fix, but our long term plan will be great for the company IMO.
All the best,
James

An interesting response from the Hamburglar... lol.. sorry but its
Sunday so I'm allowed to have a sense of humor today...=0
In other news, they put the UFC/IPRE story on the front page of
MMAweekly yesterday which is the top MMA magazine in the country.. I
guess they picked up the story and ran with it... I guess the UFC will
be update but the cat is already out of the bag and many fans have
already started threads about the story and the movie. I guess no
press is bad press... Looks like we will have to clarify the
situation at some point.
All the best,
James

Very impressive page Chip. It almost looks like your own personal web site! I'm one of the many folks that misses you on this board, so if you ever look in on us, post once in a while. In my opinion you're more than welcome here. We need all the "backers" we can get right now! Good luck with all your investments, Florida, your "neighbor"in Boynton Beach.
Hello everybody. Realizing this is a nice summer weekend, the lack of posts today is understandable. Everyone needs some time off, and away from the grind of Wall Street. I just want to inform everyone, that I sent a lengthy e-mail to Imperia, in which I covered several things that were on my mind. Among them was the current lack of interest in this stock, the extremely low volume of late, the never ending online restrictions, and several other topics that I feel are vey important for the success of this stock, including their lack of anything positive lately in the way of updates. I will post my e-mail and the answer I received early Monday morning, so that most of our regular posters can read it for themselves. Hope everyone of you is having a nice weekend. Besr wishes, Florida
very good.

I see that my e-mail was not included in their response. I basically questioned whether there could have been something IPRE did that caused this restriction, and also asked if they were continuing to work towards getting it lifted as soon as possible, since many of us are constantly complaining to our own brokers. Those were my questions to James. Florida
My e-mail and the company's reply! Florida,
No, the company has not done ANYTHING wrong. With all of the brokers
and their statements about the company I have not heard a single one
of them suggest that the company did something wrong or illegal. If
we did we would be under investigation and if something is wrong, why
wouldn't they shut down all trading, not just online?
This is exactly the type of reason that the Angels are right about not
putting out a PR about this, because people will think it means there
is something wrong with IPRE or IPRE management even though we had
nothing to do with it. Like it or not, people jump to conclusions and
people start to panic. We did NOTHING wrong. If we put out a PR
people will think that we did do something wrong and are trying to
deny it.
How can Ken get the restrictions lifted when there are 100 other
companies who have the same type of restrictions and have not been
able to get them lifted?
We have taken several actions to stop this action. This would be like
saying that because of the fact that the restrictions are in place
that obviously the shareholders haven't done enough to lift the
restrictions because they secretly want them in place.
Yes the brokers can and did stop online trading. USA or not it is a
fact and we ARE NOT THE ONLY STOCK.
The stock is still trading, just not online. Since you have a right
to call in your order or use another broker, it is very hard to get a
company such as Etrade to change their policy. They have no
obligation to trade a stock online. They could stop trading Pink
sheet stocks all together if they wanted.
All the best,
James
Did you place it online, or, on the telephone? Florida
Not yet, and thanks for level 2. Florida
Insanity, is it still 2x2 in IPRE?? Thanks, Florida
I don't think we know that as a definite fact. One of the posters told us that about a week ago. The fact that UBSS is usually around the bid and ask, looks a bit suspicious. Florida
Rhino, I believe what you are doing could be very helpful. Instead of dismissing it as being just hype on your part, all investors should keep the pressure on their brokers to remove this restriction, or in the vey least, explain why they haven't done so yet! Complaining about the company not getting it done, as it should be their job, doesn't make any sense. They say they are continuing to try to resolve this problem, and I believe them.If I'm going to lose money in this stock, it certainly won't be because market makers for whatever reason, got it restricted online. Until "somebody" can give us a very good reason why "some firms" still have it on their restricted list, I will continue to fight for this restriction to be lifted!!!!!! This is not one of those "IMO" posts, but a real fact"!!!! Florida
I e-mailed James with Rhino's "IMO post". I asked his opinion, and am awaiting a reply. Florida
Rhino, if your post which of course is "only your opinion", turns out to be correct, restriction on IPRE lifted by Monday, along with some other stocks, then there's a good chance this stock will then start moving up again!!! You don't really strike me as a pumper, but rather a pretty knowledgable person, so, I'm inclined to believe your post. IMO, of course. Florida
That's encouraging news. I will continue to hound E-TRADE, until they give me an honest answer, or remove the restriction!!!! Florida
He must of had a "late night", figuring out his next move!!!! Florida
When I sell my stock, is the day I'll stop supporting IPRE, not before!!!! And when I do, I'll just move on "quietly". No purpose in constantly knocking the company in my opinion. Will they make it, this question still remains unanswered. Florida
can't find UBSS on the bid or ask!!!! Is he just laying low for a while????? Strange!!!! Florida
joro, think about this. If you continue to attack this stock and its president, even calling everything they release false, how could you expect anyone to buy shares in IPRE, which would have to happen for the price to go higher, and you to "break even"????? If in your opinion this company is a "scam", and you publicize it almost daily, why would anyone want to buy it now??? Keep knocking it, and you'll probably get what "you really want", a "lower stock price"!!!! Then, you can finally be a "little" happy. Florida
Goodfill, I passed along your excellent suggestion to James. I told him that Ken, being an attorney, would be the best one to handle this, His response follows. Yes, he is taking actions

Tnsanity, do you have the current lineup on level 2 ? Thanks, Florida
Art it's really amazing that in todays world, where investors should be fairly sophisticated, and small companies like Imperia, are trying very hard to succeed, that "market makers" could have this much power???? They've been doing a great job of keeping IPRE from moving forward, and at the same time reducing the value of everyones shares. The NASD, SEC,and some of the brokers, really"don't give a damn"!!!!! They've not only succeded in slowing down the buying in IPRE,but they've put a lid on this stock, preventing it from going any higher, while protecting their own self interests. It's got to be frustrating to everyone, especially the shareholders, and the company. Instead of people taking pot shots at James, they should be complaining to the folks that have us stuck in this rut. Florida
Art, maybe you can give James a call for a clarification on this remark. Thanks, Florida
Response from James. Richard,
I suggested such a letter early on but I was overruled by Ken and
others who stated that it could cause a panic because a great deal of
shareholders who don't trade online have no idea about the
restrictions. The concern is that even though we could state that the
company did nothing wrong, the perception would be that maybe there is
something wrong with the company and the uncertainty will cause a sell
off. Our Angels (investors putting up millions of dollars for our
movies rather than selling shares on the open market) are seasoned and
experienced and advised Ken against this action. As you know, those
who have the gold, make the rules.
We have received some information from a source that I can not
disclose that in order to have the restrictions lifted, we would have
to go through with the RS. This makes no sense to me because MUME and
SEVERAL other stocks have restrictions and have nothing to do with an
RS. So far we are getting a lot of mixed signals from Brokers, none
of which make sense. It does appear as if the brokers took this
action at the request of the MM's. If I find out anything more I
will do my best to inform shareholders.
All the best,
James

Art, pink sheets level 2, is showing just UBSS at the bid and ask! HILL must have dropped down. Florida
joro, I can't understand why I even bother to answer you anymore. If you really still own shares, and haven't sold them at a loss, how does anyone who keeps saying they can't wait for this stock to go up, so they will be even and can sell, expect people to run and buy shares, when a guy like you is constantly bashing the company, this stock, and anything and everything he can???? Either you have a death wish, and want this company to fail, so you can prove to everyone just how smart you were, or, you're a sore loser trying to get even because you lost a few dollars. Maybe Insanity was right, he uses that name, but it might really belong to you! Florida
