The obvious would be efficacy problems and/or poverty problems. What combination of the two is anybody's guess. I'm sure the pumpers have some kind of theory, and I would love to hear it.
I promise that you will be the first to know when I make that decision fiat. I guess you will now be loading up bigtime after all of this good news. Nothing going on but good stuff with this company. Correct?
If you think that reading a likely precursor to an obituary is enjoyable than you definitely are a strange one. I guess I just prefer the philosophy of realism over living in fantasyland. Nothing I posted hinted at anything but reality. To put it in a language that you may understand, I will say that the survival of this company for the benefit of the common shareholders will have to be an "Easter-like" event. The cave has been pushed closed, and Jesus is in his tomb. Now, will a resurrection of this company occur? I don't know for sure, but I sure as heck don't equate Rob Swift and company with Jesus Christ.
Likely deregistering, BK, and 16 BILLION potential outstanding. Along with the meager sales of Nicosan, just all wonderful news! Gee, I was so sure we would hit a dollar in June. Why isn't fiat pumping today? I guess his job is over.
Oh for a return to the good ole days. Somehow I think most of us would take 19 cents in a heartbeat. I wasn't aware that it once traded as high as 13 bucks. Wonder what the float was back then?
lol! Yes Rambler, my mistake. 70x would be a nice dream as we would currently be trading at close to a penny and a half. Nice dream. 700x is a little more accurate. COL! (cry out loud)
How about June 1st 2108. EQ the fourth will hopefully be young enough to enjoy it.
Since you recently said today was our dollar day and you were only off by about 70x the current level, when is this new day? Just curious.
And his xkem predictions have been wrong everytime I've seen them. He was wrong about aapl also. I don't know why anyone would chose this stock as a trading vehicle these days. There are thousands of better opportunities out there. I wouldn't be surprised if half the bagholders here (not me of course) tried to trade it and got burned. That's why they are still here.
A very well compensated puppet. Unfortuately, he refuses to let us monitor whether or not he has the capabilities to run this or any other company. Nice position to be in. I guess he believes in the "stealth" philosophy of management. Somehow I missed that one in business school.
Since we're approaching the point where 100,000 shares costs a measly 100 bucks, I don't think there's anyone on this board that can't afford to buy more. Why aren't you eternal optimists here buying? Even I'm considering it at this point.
No reason whatsoever. The theory about keeping Pandey dark on company information is ridiculous. I wouldn't be surprised if he knows almost as much about what's going on with this company as Swifty does. If any settlement that Pandey were to receive were based on company numbers, I suspect that Pandey's attorney would subpoena the records from the company.
True. The exchange where a company trades MAY have a bearing on public disclosure, but it has nothing to do with a shareholders basic ownership rights.
Will the next contact be the janitor or the valet parker in Edison? Maybe we should all write a letter to the janitor and see if he will save the trash for us? His paychecks are probably bouncing by now.
At the rate these guys are getting into fights, those legal bills and travel expenses have got to be adding up. They need their own pro-bono Perry Mason to deal with all the scraps they have gotten into. Unfortunately, I have my doubts that their legal battles will come to an end anytime soon.
So you're saying MAYBE $200k a month. If that's true, might be enough cash flow to pay the current bills but that's about it.
One of the many things that bothers me, is that a significant number of patients have now been on Nicosan for a significant amount of time, and we are not really hearing enough significant chatter from sufferers. Africa or not, you would think there would be quite a bit of positive noise coming out of Nigeria by now if that many people were suddenly living relatively normal lives.
I wouldn't read too much into the board activity today. Most of the increased postings are probably related to a couple of guys recently getting paroled. I probably posted more than usual today myself because my weekend was A LOT shorter than I wanted, and I guess I'm just a little pissed off about working today and kind of felt like arguing with anyone available. LOL! Hope we soon get some newbies posting, but I'm not sure we will until the company opens its lockjawed mouth.
Yeah, a million a month ain't huge revenues, but it certainly should be enough to deal with current liabilities and provide a good start for catching up on delinquent debt. It would be nice if that's the case, but I'm not sure I buy it at this point in time.
Gee whiz fiat, we actually agree on something. Whatever their reasons are, the litigation is no excuse for not filing financials. They should just file Pro Forma's as if the Indian subsidiary doesn't exist with an explanatory paragraph relating to the litigation. It's not as if anyone is expecting them to file audited GAAP financials at this point. It looks to me like they have lost any near-term chance at "SEC Current" pinky status anyway after being delinquent for so long. This BS silence has gone on for so long that something has got to break soon. I'm just not sure which way it's going to break.
Oh I'm sorry. In your previous post you said that you only deal in "real and documented facts" these days and that your days of acting out of emotion were far behind you. I took that to mean that you had real and documented proof that the research is "ongoing", and that the factory is either "complete or nearly complete". I wasn't talking about old pictures, old PR's describing a 500k grant, Swifty's old statement about moving the research to Rutgers, or telephone conversations with Barbara. I was talking about those real and documented facts. Since you again gave me no real and documented facts, I guess I misinterpreted your statement. My mistake.
Kiketbay, The correct adjectives describing my feelings here would be more like "disgusted" and "pissed off". Not "fearful". If you are correct that I and others are fearful and fear causes you to make bad decisions, then I guess you are saying that I have made a bad decision by staying in this stock for the past couple of years. Interesting theory. Also, if you know for a fact that HMF research is ongoing and that the factory is complete or nearly complete, please share the source and content of your information. I'm sure everyone would be interested in seeing proof of this. Btw, please don't tell me that a Swiftly paid Admin. told you so. That means very little to me.
I have very little doubt that they will sell into any run. The obvious hope for the longs is that this potential run is SO powerful that it will eat up whatever they dump. IMO that will take some VERY powerful pumping. I just hope that any of this "pumping" is legitimate and therefore sustainable.
Nothing personal kiketbay, and to say that you are getting beat up here sounds a tad overly sensitive, but to say that negative comments about this company are "based on nothing but emotion" is ludicrous. Good for you that you are in low, and BOL to all longs here including yourself. Also, I've never said this stock is totally hopeless or I would of sold out by now and moved on. Just expressing what I believe to be the obvious.
Yeah, it is pretty obvious that there is some dilution going on here, but I do agree with Mystery that it will take forever at this rate for them to make any serious money. That's why something has got to break around here soon. The question is, which way will it break for us old common shareholders? A million questions and zero solid answers. Same old story, same old song and dance.
All very true zen. Anyone that doesn't admit it either has a separate agenda or is lying to themselves.
Because his post was ridiculous. Anyone with any sense at all can see that there are serious problems here. Only shameless pumpers who obviously have a separate agenda won't admit it. Your posts are always more than "too funny."
What kiketbay? I didn't really want to post and was just passing through on the way to bed, but are you really saying that you are "baffled" by people posting less than positive things about THIS stock and THIS company? I am the one who is truly baffled by that comment! Try pulling up a chart and reading the PR's (LOL!) from this company and you may no longer be so baffled. Also, try and do a little LEGITIMATE DD about what has gone on with this "company" over the past 1+ years. Oh that's right, you only bought in to this stock in '08 at way under a penny, and are likely only looking to turn a quick profit if you are so lucky. Maybe you wouldn't be so baffled if you were a true long-term long who has watched this thing play out over the last couple or more years. Good luck in your flip, and good night.
Welcome back Fiat.
Hope you had plenty of time to catch up on your letter writing campaign while in stir, and that the guards provided you with plenty of pencils and paper. Since we only have 4 more trading days to get to our magical one dollar a share level, we can use all the help we can get around here.
This ain't a courtroom Lochute. In this country, if there is reason for suspicion outside the courtroom, you are usually guilty before proven innocent. Not the other way around. And yes, there is reason for suspicion here.
Unless they need the money to eat, most have no choice but to hold. I think "Rob's" plan is to wear the shareholders down by playing hide and seek until they accept their fate, and he plays one mean game of hide and seek. If that is his plan, he's executing it beautifully. Rob is obviously one cold and cruel dude.
Nigeria is certainly a lot closer to hell than it is to heaven, but Rob Swiftly must think he's in heaven with this job. No shareholder contact because he hides from them. No pressure to perform, because he has basically said from the start that it is an almost hopeless cause. Plenty of travel with I bet plenty of fun European stopovers. And a very nice salary at the expense of those shareholders whom he doesn't even have to answer to. What exactly has this guy done over the past year other than draw that nice salary, and how many more years does he plan on dragging this on? Gee, where can I find a job like his?
I think I know of one thing that he has done. He has stolen our company. His name should be changed to Rob Slow. He sure has taken his time executing his evil deeds. I guess that he actually enjoys watching the shareholders suffer. One of these days I bet that he regrets what he has done here.
Anyone know off hand when the license expires? Seems like it was early June. If that goes away, so do we. If that's the case, this whole thing has been all about Rob Swift earning a nice salary for doing nothing. Let the lawsuits begin!
That's going to take a LONG time with this volume.em
Puking in mouths, crapping on floors, xkem going to a dollar in two weeks. What's next lochute? If you're not going to post something real, please at least post something a little more appetizing.
I said not too long ago that I would average down if the price got down in this range, but I'm not so sure now. Say you're an oldtimer and have forty K in this thing at around 2 cents. Is it worth it to toss in another 2-3 grand to get your average down close to a penny? I don't know. As ugly as this thing has gotten it's hard to say you should throw in good money after bad, but I guess it's just one of those difficult decisions that is up to the individual. I still may average down, but I'll just to have to play it by ear from here. On the other hand, Lochute's sure that it's going to be trading at a dollar in two weeks. Not two many investments out there where you can multiply your investment by a thousand times in two weeks!
Why don't you write 'em a letter and ask them. Not a chance they'll send you cash, but after they finish laughing they might just send you some free samples of Nicosan. I doubt that they have any other use for the stuff.
Not the stock. Have a nice weekend.
I'm kind of against sickle cell myself.em
Sure there are plenty of "Big Pharma" companies walking around with billions of shares, but somehow I think that xkem is just a tad away from being considered "Big Pharma." LOL!
